anja (6/5): nur im Hochsommer geeignet - sauber eine Eishöhle zum frieren, auch nach 1h heizen - musste mit Pullover, Socken, lange Hosen schlafen schlechte Ausstattung, es gibt noch nicht mal einen Wasserkocher viele Treppen

There a real feeling of being invited into the hosts home. He allowed full use of his kitchen. Dinner was spectacular local cuisine

Sofya (10/5): Great place to relax near Yerevan - Very clean territory, hospitable owner, there is a swimming pool, sauna. Place is dogfriendly - we were with an adult retriever. Beautiful view of the mountains, many fruit trees - in the middle of the day you can hide in the shade of the garden.
Rene (10/5): Exceptional - Now that our Armenia trip is coming to an end, we can easily say that Villa Mimi was one of our best stays. We were allowed to eat fruit from the garden and have never tasted better apricots! It really is a little paradise very close to Yerevan. We were lucky enough to enjoy it on our own. :) If you ask the owner, he makes breakfast and dinner for a reasonable price. He is very responsive, informative, and polite. Thanks a lot.
