• Shi (9/5): - Convenient location near the center of Lech means easy arrival and departure. Hosts seem to be nice people and put out a decent breakfast spread even during the quiet shoulder season. It was a bit pricy for the low season.

• john (9/5): Very comfortable stay in a convenient location. - Great Location close to the town centre. Attractive building, spacious bedroom, good breakfast, friendly hosts. There was a kettle, but no coffee or teabags in my room. Not a problem for me because I had my own supply. I don't know if this is usual or just an oversight on that day.

• Theodore (6/5): Not our favorite - Interesting furnishings and decorations. The hostess tried her best. Hostess didn’t speak English. Breakfast wasn’t as plentiful as at other places, though after another guest translated, we were given eggs. We found the bed and pillow unsupportive.

• Scarlett (7/5): Verblijf zonder persoonlijk tintje - Locatie vlakbij centrum en ruime kamer. Geen koffie op de kamer, geen warm ontvangst met geen info. We misten de gastvrijheid. Prijs - kwaliteit zal voor Lech ok zijn maar wij vonden het erg duur.

• Craig (8/5): Very comfortable stay, the owner was really friendly & his English magnificent. - Breakfast was good continental, a very good & varied selection. The Pension Hartenfels was within 100 m of the main lift to OberLech Breakfast started at 8am which is a rush if you want to get to first lifts. Boiled eggs only, would have been nice to have scrambled or fried options.

• Oliver (1/5): remarkable unfriendly staff - when arriving the very unfriendly owner told me she has no room for me. I was quite surprised as I had a confirmation from booking. it turned out they forgot to tell me that in advance but still did not excuse for making a mistake. finally they told me to see another hotel 10min outside the village. am still shocked about how unfriendly they treated me although it was their own mistake. (sidenote: even on the outside sign on the hotel it showed room availability?!)
