- Eline (10/5): Geweldig!

- Juris (9/5): - Room was clean and quiet with many interesting wooden elements in interior. Beds were comfortable. There was a free parking in the yard. At first the breakfast looked small but in reality it was more than enough. There was a guestbook in the room with interesting and useful information. Property is quite close to Insbruck and you can go there by bus or train which are very close. We also got guest cards that can be used to get good deals, discounts and free passes in different places. We would love to have electric kettle in the room for some tea in the evening.

- Massimo (6/5): Si può fare molto di più.. - Soggiornato 3 giorni e 4 notti in famiglia.
- Kornelija (10/5): Exceptional - It was our pleasure to stay here. Everything was just perfect! Nothing
- Philippa (9/5): Superb -

- Anonymous (9/5): Superb -
- Jon (8/5): Good stay. - Beautiful home in a beautiful setting. Very clean. Easy check in and check out.
Easily accessible via transport. Through no real fault of their own, our stay was during a heatwave. However, having no air con (known when booking) wasn't ideal. As such, a floor standing fan would have made a big difference. We asked for this but had no reply. Didn't sleep well because of the excess heat.
- Wilson (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rajitha (9/5): Peaceful and relaxing - Everything is well organized and the host is very professional. Location is perfect and a little far away from Innsbruck but tram/bus stop is 3m away from hotel. So we did not feel anything odd about it and infact views are pretty awesome . I can definitely recommend this property Wooden theme is very good inside house but if the person is heavy weighted , bed might give creep sounds when you get up, turn aside
- Daniel (9/5): Superb - Overall good location to visit Innsbruck. Nothing.
- Agron (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shiva (10/5): Exceptional -
- Don (9/5): Superb - Next to tram station
Clean
Hot water big room
- Andries (9/5): Great - All good Location
- Sarah (8/5): I highly recommend this property and working in the travel industry for more than 20 years. I’ve seen a lot of propertie - It was spotless, it was located in a charming little village outside in Innsbruck with a two minute walk to the tram station that takes you into central Innsbruck. It it was picturesque a nicely situated on the outskirts. The little village has some amazing history. There was not much we did not like about the property apart from one person who worked there everything else was extremely positive Christoph our host could literally not do enough for us. He was welcoming and assertive and really did make us stay really lovely since I took my son there for his 13th birthday and I also had a birthday there in the same week. Christophe was wonderful to my son on his birthday.
- Simon (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely place in the center of the village. Comfortable and parking.
- Carmel (8/5): Roomy and spacious - good price. Close to the tram. Need to take supplies with you on arrival - It was roomy and separate kitchen was great.
It would have been nice to have an initial supply of tea coffee and milk as we arrived after dinner. The bed was quite uncomfortable and for a six day stay we would have appreciated a bit more toilet paper and some body wash in the shower. Disappointed the restaurant and bar had closed down after we booked.
- Rochelle (8/5): Would definitely stay again. - Breakfast was great and convenient location to catch public transportation. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. The room felt like a sauna and the church bells went off every hour during the night but I would still stay again.
- Finocchiaro (8/5): Very good - a beautiful place to spend a weekend. very kind staff very sparse breakfast
- Avis (8/5): Very good - Excellent location near tram station. Free ticket for local transport. good breakfast. Friendly staff attractive location.
- Paul (9/5): Superb -
- Teresita (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (9/5): Very pleasant stay in traditional surroundings - Very good breakfast. staff-less check-in was a bit odd, but we figured it out. Enjoyed dinner out at the Sonnenburg and at the pizza place, which offers much more than pizza and really seems like the local 'place to be'.
The travel pass gets you to and around Innsbruck effortlessly. We even got a ride up the mountain on the gondola. Good value! We had eaten in the restaurant on our first visit to Mutters and were really looking forward to our return. It was like eating in a museum of traditional country life, including the wait-staff dress. Disappointed to see this fine business close...
- Linda (8/5): All fine. Nice old building. - All was good. Lovely town. Would have liked a kettle in the room. Otherwise good.
- Michael (7/5): Mutters is a great place to stay - Location and bed good. Caretaker helpful. Heating not on until complaint was made.
Internet kept dropping out so tv not reliable.
- Petra (8/5): Comfortable nice place in pretty village with good transport. - It was clean and comfortable, the staff were very helpful. Some confusion with rooms, we needed a kitchen but the staff upgraded us.
- Wayne (9/5): Enjoyable, convenient and easy to access. - Easy parking. Easy to access. Convenient to airport. N/a
- Johny (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, comfort rooms, nice interior, very helpful owners! 100% recommended! We had no problems, everything went fine.
- Ha (4/5): Disappointing - Place was very dusty that it made us allergic, no ventilation, instructions to check in was unclear Nice location
- Jan (10/5): Really enjoined the stay - The room was with a small private kitchen corner, and I was really surprised that the owner invested quite a lot into the equipment. It was even with the coffee capsule machine, variety of cutlery, plates, pans, cups, glasses etc. This was really appreciated during the whole stay as we could prepare our own meal anytime we needed. Everything was super clean.
STB (local tram) was only 3 min's walking distance away, and the bakery around the corner offered variety of exquisite products (especially the coffee yogurt and poppy seed pastry)
Personally I enjoined bells on the near church tower, it actually completed the atmosphere of the village.
Check in was easy and 'modern' (we arrived on Sunday) - a code was sent via mail just before the day of arrival, which then opened a safe box with the key. Simple and pragmatic solution, w/o any obstacles.
- Aneesh (5/5): Room is suitable for family but not satisfied with breakfast.not worth for paying amount.so please improve your quality - Breakfast is not satisfied .they need to improve quality and quantity of breakfast.
- Rushabh (9/5): Superb -
- Christine (8/5): Lovely place lovely hosts - Superb location, picturesque village set in the hills above Innsbruck. Easy convenient tram service into the city. Free tram passes provided by hosts. Nothing
- Mario (7/5): Good with field for improvement - The room is big and clean. The kitchen is nice, but it is a good idea to have some salt at least, because people do not buy salt for a 3 day trip. The house is close to the tram that can take you to Innsbruck and works till after midnight. If you have at least two nights, you receive a public transport card from municipality at least in summer. There is a parking. My main problem was the bed. It squeaks so much. Every time you move a centimeter, it squeaks, if you are a light sleeper, it is not pleasant. I suppose because it is wooden. Also the pillows are too low so you are constantly waking up to fix it, move and the bed starts squeaking. For three nights, I was not able to sleep good any of them.
- Marek (8/5): Very good - Our stay was great. Staff was very friendly and supportive. Room was nice and clean. The area is great and Mutters is really nice little village. Parking is available for free inside the area. Unfortunately, the restaurant is closed (not sure if for good or temporarily..). This was unfortunately not known before our stay. However, there are many good restaurants nearby but you need to plan it upfront (there are different days of closures). Breakfast was very basic but ok.
- Allan (9/5): Lovely apartment in a beautiful town. 100m from the tram stop and would definitely stay there again - Great apartment in a lovely little town. Owners provided a city pass so no transport cost The shower rose kept dropping and was a little difficult to shower
- Moteb (9/5): Very nice host - Very quite Nothing
- Lorena (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kaja (8/5): Very good -
- Joanne (10/5): Quiet beautiful location with easy access to Innsbruck. - Quiet location with beautiful views of the mountains. Free tram was 2 minute walk and took 20 min to get into Innsbruck. Apartment was perfect; clean, stocked with dishes and utensils, and balcony. Nothing.
- Michal (8/5): Very good -
- Tamar (3/5): Poor - Very basic. Defenetly not 4 stars.
- T (8/5): Cosy and comfortable - Clean, cosy and comfortable. Good breakfast. Friendly owners. Good parking. Lovely traditional Austrian farmhouse. Nice location, up in the hills above Innsbruck. A bit of a trek into Innsbruck (4kms?), but looks like there is a train / bus. We drove and paid quite expensive parking.
- Leif (4/5): Great location and okayish price for value - Location is just perfect. You arrive in Innsbruck, take the tram and 20 something minutes later, it spits you out right in the city center of Mutters and therefor infront of your hotel. So location, never seen anything better, right in the middle of the mountains nothing is really far away and you can easily walk anywhere. Even, if you like walking direclty to the lift, but the busses are frequent and driving off right infront of the property. Therefor many thumps up! To be honest, the service quality. Our shower was broken and did not work properly. Showering in the morning was not the wake up you needed more the errant to do. Told them the first day and nothing happend within the first 7 days. Then we had to leave.
On top of that, the restaurant of Gasthof Stauder was just... really not good! One dish was so overcrowded with garlic, you could NEVER eat it. Dunno what happend to the chef.
- Robin (9/5): Superb -
- Ajinkya (10/5): Exceptional -
- Fiona (8/5): Affordable accommodation for families visiting Innsbruck - The staff is friendly. The room was clean and a cot was provided. Also there was a lot of space for our toddler to walk around. Unfortunately, there was no mountain view from our balcony. However, it should be considered as a plus as a mountain view would mean having ones room close to the main street. If one wants to look at the mountains one can go out for a walk, as Mutters is surrounded by mountain views. The train station is close to the guesthouse and we got free public transport to Innsbruck and back since we stayed for 3 nights. The bedside lamps and their sockets were within reach for our toddler to grab. I would have liked to have a mini-fridge in the room to store baby food and drinks. However, we have managed without.
- Denise (9/5): Peaceful convenient and comfortable - Location. Out of town. Secure parking lovely village. Easy access to public transport. Gorgeous room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast stunning views Nothing not to like
- Bence (9/5): If i will need I will come back, no exceptions. I can recommend this place. - I spent only 1 night in Gasthof Stauder, the room was clean and I loved so much the style of the room. Morning I drank a coffee on the balcony, the view and the fresh air was awesome. The staff was friendly and kind. I found the key and the room without any issue. I can recommend this place. What is more, the neighborhood. Simply wonderful and the people are so friendly. I didn't find the wifi password, but honestly I didn't asked the stuff about it. A kettle for morning tea or coffee would be good to have in the room. Nothing more, honestly.
- Mark (8/5): Very good -
- Beniamin (8/5): Very good -
- André (9/5): Superb - Beautiful place (very well decorated) . Free parking. Comfortable A bit pricey
- Alparslan (9/5): Superb - Nice guest house in a very nice location. Clean and big rooms enough for a family of 3 to stay in.
- Mark (9/5): Superb -
- Erin (8/5): Overall a great experience! Nice room, great location and beautiful view from the porch. Bathroom not the best, but good - The location - it has beautiful view of the mountains from the porch. The bedroom is spacious and had almost everything we needed. The check-in was easy and efficient.
Public transport is also very accessible and within walking distance from the accommodation. The shower is in the bath tub and had to be handheld, as it could not be fixed against the wall. This made showering a bit difficult.

- Marilyn (6/5): Pleasant - Living 10 minutes from Innsbruck Kitchen closed, no use of lovely advertised cafe, under construction, no view, no balcony of supposed views. Views existed but not sure any rooms faced supposed views. Maybe new building on other side but still hanging over parking lot. The land has been efficiently used for profit. Very disappointed kitchen, cafe, lovely portion of building was completely not able to use, not even a coffee. The cook had bad teeth issues????
MUTTERS like other hillside towns are really worth a visit, ten minutes vroom Innsbruck! Great views, pretty churches and traditional paintings! Fantastic weather, clouds are amazing in Bavaria!
- Emma (10/5): Exceptional - free travel into Innsbruk with the guest card if you stay more than 2 days. load of parking. owners very kind. would come back
- Amit (9/5): Superb -
- Roberto (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, nice for sleeping, with birds chirping
- Stevanus (10/5): Exceptional - Rooms are spacious & clean.
We book 3 rooms for 6pax but was separate in another building (still closed by only few steps). Master room has kitchen is super, only dining table fit for 3-4pax. Btw master room do not furnish with body soap nor shampoo. While the other 2 rooms have it all.
