• Alvaro (10/5): Muy cómodo lugar para visitar Viena - Lo cómodo que estuvimos. Fue nuestro hogar durante esas 4 noches Todo estuvo bien. Lo único que no pudimos fue ver los canales de la TV, Realmente no lo necesitamos.

Приємні господарі, які на прохання залишити речі, дозволили раннє заселення без додаткових компенсацій. Дуже приємна жіночка, яка нас зустріла. Простора кімната, зручні ліжка, в загальній зоні на 3 кімнати є холодильник, мікрохвильова піч, чайник, праска, прасувальна дошка, посуд, кава, чай, цукор, мед. За весь час перебування 5 ночей, не було жодного вологого прибирання, лише один раз винесли сміття (треба залишати на дверях табличку з проханням про прибирання, але так як після такої таблички з прибирання було тільки винесено сміття, ми більше цією послугою не користувалися) Постіль з синтетичних матеріалів, що є не комфортним. Погана звукоізоляція, але наші сусіди не були шумні, то це не завдало великих незручностей.

• Stewart (7/5): Lots of tradeoffs here; location and price are very good but you'll miss food storage. - Three single beds was what we wanted. The room was fine, and the price was good. There was no kitchen/refrigerator in the room. There is a common area for several rooms that features hot water and coffee/tea makings, but nowhere to prepare or store food, so money saved on accommodations ends up being spent in restaurants and cafes. The shower is about as small as anatomically possible.

• Agurtzane (6/5): - La ubicación. No había ascensor y el lugar era bastante viejo. Las camas eran demasiado incómodas y muy blandas. No pudimos dejar nuestras maletas allí el día que nos ibamos ya que no hay recepción ni nada. Todo funciona mediante unos codigos que te mandan antes de llegar.

Das WC hat ohne WC Chemie gestunken, mit WC Chemie roch das ganze Zimmer nach WC Chemie. Ein offenes Fenster war keine Hilfe, da die Straße stark befahren war.

• ileana (8/5): Consigliato - Abbiamo soggiornato con una bambina di 4 anni. La struttura è al primo piano senza ascensore , ma le rampe di scale sono appena 2 (per noi non è stato per niente faticoso nonostante avevamo anche il passeggino). La camera è molto spaziosa, ci sono tutti i comfort (asciugacapelli, micro, frigo) . La posizione ottimale! abbiamo girato quasi sempre a piedi è a due passi dalla chiesa volitiva e a 10’ dal centro. La zona è servita da ristoranti e un supermercato. Il check in molto Facile da fare con istruzioni. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo . Unica nota : i materassi non sono proprio al top.

• loredana (6/5): Viaggio a Vienna - La posizione è perfetta sia per andare in centro a piedi che per prendere la metropolitana viola. C'è una pizzeria sotto casa e diversi bar . Il bagno piccolo, il letto scomodo e i cuscini troppo bassi.

• Davide Vettore (7/5): Scappa e fuggi - Punto strategico molto vicino al centro. All'ingresso fornitura per un te caldo istruzioni per girare in città. Ottimo direi Nulla di ché, la casa non era propio pulita e lo staff completamente assente. Ma tutto sommato bene a noi serviva solo per dormire

• lucia (8/5): - Lo mejor es la ubicación esta muy bien ubicado, diría que casi en pleno centro. Hay parada de metro a 5 min, tranvía a 8 -9 aproximadamente. Para visitar todo lo importante, Museo de Sísi, cafetería central, los palacios y demás puedes ir perfectamente andando ya que esta a 25 minutos de todo. Detrás del alojamiento se encuentran cafeterias y al lado una pizzería. Aparentemente es un hostal antiguo aunque fácil de llegar a través de google Maps, no tiene perdida. Volviendo al alojamiento es antiguo, pero no por ello un lugar donde alojarte unos días si solo buscas descansar y no estar en el apartamento la mayor parte del día como si fueras a un hotel de 5 estrellas. Es un hostal - apartamento cómodo para todos aquellos que lleven la mentalidad de uso exclusivo de descanso después de un largo día de turismo. Los vecinos no molestan ya que el alojamiento en sí está completamente en silencio, la habitación a pesar de ser pleno invierno y encontrarnos a 2 grados e incluso -1 se mantiene calentito, pero las calderas llegadas a cierta hora la quitan ( no pasa nada porque la habitación mantiene el calor). Lo único malo por así decirlo es que las toallas valen 1 euro si quieres ir cambiándolas todos los días. No se dispone de recepción pero están en todo momento pendiente y te dan las intrucciones mascaditas para que no tengas problemas por entrar. Te facilitan paraguas para el uso de los viajentes en caso de que no lleves, es un gran detalle porque además los paraguas son muy resistentes. Sinceramente iba con malas expactivas teniendo en cuenta algunos comentarios, pero quiero mediante este mensaje hacer ver a todas aquellas personas que no todo es lo que escriben y depende de la experiencia de cada uno. Recordar que lo que pagas y donde te alojas calidad - precio es bastante asequible y recomendable para todos aquellos que valoren dormir bien y estar en una buena ubicación, porque debo recalcar que no te alojas en un Mélia de 5 estrellas. • Ramona (8/5): In centro, comodo per muoversi a piedi e con i mezzi - Posizione perfetta per visitare il centro di Vienna. 5 minuti a piedi dalla Votivkirche. 3 minuti dal tram. 10 minuti dal centro. Camera spaziosa e molto pulita. Arredamento un po' datato. E' un monolocale in quanto ha anche un angolo adibito a cucina. Check-in automatico quindi comodo per chi come noi è arrivato la sera tardi. L'arredamento è un po' vecchiotto ma comunque funzionale. Purtroppo c'è qualche vicino che fuma e nelle scale e all'ingresso della pensione si sente odore di fumo. Nell'appartamento non si sente ma se si lasciano le finestre aperte, purtroppo arriva l'odore. Ma nonostante queste due cose, lo consigliamo.

Alături stațiile diferitor linii de tramvai și metro U2. Cameră curată. Stil vechi dar în regulă. În coridor microundă și fierbător cu veselă și ceai. Totul cam uzat. Miros în toată camera de la dezinfectant din wc. Prosoape curate cu plată - cu toate că de pe booking pare a fi incluse. Prosoape cu miros specific.

• Dalia (8/5): - The location was perfect. The old town and city centre is within walking distance. It was very calm, did not feel that there was someone in other rooms. The check-in procedure was very clear and efficient. I appreciated kitchen utensils; very convenient. It was not very clean. There was hair on the floor, the room was not cleaned thouroughly. I also did not like the smell in the bathroom. However, this is most probably due to old sanitary unit and pipes of the building and the Pension has nothing to do with it.

Would stay there again. A little cold, the air conditioner did not seem to warm up the room enough and the shower door did not close properly which would make the bathroom wet.

• Deborah (5/5): Not a good experience - Close to transport and restaurants Definitely not value for money!!! Very disappointing!!!Very old!! Doors to apartment were old and not very secure. Beds did not have good mattresses. Bad smell in both rooms one was fishy smell and the other ablution smell. Could not wash dishes properly as there was no plug in sink. It was a struggle to get into the shower. Picture below. Very depressing feeling. Curtains in room 3 did not close so at night the cars lights would shine into the room. Blockout blinds would be great.
• Elizabeth (8/5): Fijn verblijf in Wenen. - Het is een lichte en ruime kamer voor 3 personen. Er is airco wat heel fijn is. Op de gang kun je koffie maken en er zijn borden, glazen en bestek. Er zijn geen theezakjes, die kun je evt zelf meenemen. De bedden zijn goed. Het is een echt Weens gebouw, wij houden van die sfeer en hebben genoten van een weekje Wenen met als uitgangspunt Pension Gross. De dekbedden en het beddengoed zijn synthetisch. Dat is jammer want het voelt niet lekker en is broeierig.

• Sandra (7/5): Muy bien pero... - La ubicacion y la amplitud de la habitacion. Muy comodo. Hay una pizzeria enfrente con pizzas muya ricas y tranvia a 3 minutos. La ropa de sobrecama y almohadones no estaban lavados y se notaba por el olor. Me parece algo importante a tener en cuenta en proximas estancias y no merece la pena hacer eso.

• Selina (10/5): Optimal for young people that want to explore the city on a budget! - Optimal location with a lot of restaurants and stores around the corner. Clean and spacious room, AC in room is very useful. Bed is comfortable. Communication was reliable and easy. The shower is a little high and it might be difficult for old people to get in. The furnishing is nothing too fancy but totally enough if you plan to spend most of your time outside anyways.

• Ellie (7/5): Old style accommodation in central area close to transport. - Location was great for transport or walking to central areas.. Check-in information was clear. Room size overall was good. The facility is old as expected however a few suggested improvements would be welcomed. For example, basic coffee/tea supplies were provided in the hallway however we realised that milk was own responsibility even though it is a common room shared fridge. Milk supplied would be an improvement. Beds were very low and separated during the night. The bathroom is very small.

• Sokratis (7/5): Good - It is located in the center of Vienna, near the train station and a supermarket Not very clean and properly maintenanced.
• Mairead (7/5): Good value for money in a good location - Excellent location, close to the city centre. Beds were comfortable, with feather duvets. Kettle, coffee, mugs, sugar, fridge and microwave were available in the communal area. The room was very clean. The room was freezing when we first arrived but was warm after that. There are several notices in the room which didn't leave a good impression, such as that there are only 100 litres of hot water available per shower (not a problem in the end but it makes you worried), additional towels are 1 euro per towel, and the heating goes off after an hour and has to be reset for every additional hour (though thankfully this turned out not to be the case). The room is fine for sleeping in but not a place you would want to spend a lot of time in.
