• Michal (9/5): - The pension is the best way to explore the eastern part of Alps of Austria. It is just off the motorway in a picturesque countryside. The location is quiet and well accessible. Nearby is, for example, the castle of Werfen and meadows where the Sound of Music was filmed. But Huttau and the valley is full of locations like the one in the Sound of Music. The host is welcoming and very hospitable. We had a great stay.

• Gael (10/5): - Tout était parfait! La propriétaire est au petit soin avec ses invités. Les chambres sont propres, cosy et bien équipées, tout comme la salle de bain et les toilettes. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et de qualité. L'emplacement est très facile à trouver et il y a de quoi se garer. Je conseille vivement cette pension

• Bahar (10/5): - Andrea ist ein so wundervoller Mensch – warmherzig, hilfsbereit und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Die Pension war nicht nur sauber und gemütlich, sondern hatte eine ganz besondere, liebevolle Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück war perfekt, aber am schönsten war für mich, Andrea kennenzulernen. • Reinate Maria (8/5): - Een autenthiek Oostenrijks huis in een prachtige omgeving. Goed te vinden. Niet ver van de hoofdweg. Een aanrader voor een rustige overnachting als je op doorreis bent. Een uur voor aankomst pas geboekt. Ondanks dat was het ontvangst heel goed en de kamer fris, schoon en opgeruimd. Wat hebben we goed geslapen! Het ontbijt was meer dan verwacht. Top!

• Diana (9/5): Eine Pension mit Herz ❤️ - Du kommt als Fremder und gehst als Freund !!! Andrea die Besitzerin und so herzlich. Sieht man nicht so oft. Sie versucht jede Frage zu beantworten und hilft gerne bei allen Anliegen. Das Frühstück ist überwältigend. Eine Auswahl als ob man in einem Hotel ist. Sie hat mir sogar eine ZimmerUpgrade gegeben, da es frei war. Danke dafür 👍🏾 Alles war prima 👌

• Utkarsh (10/5): A pleasant stay with a wonderful host! - Everything. The host was very welcoming and kind. She was like family and treated us like her own kids/grandkids 😄 The location can be confusing at night if someone is arriving by train. There are two stations in Huttau one of which is closed. So make sure you plan well.

• Chronist9 (1/5): Gleich wieder abgereist.... - Die Betreiberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es ist auf jeden Fall sauber. Bei der Buchung war mir nicht klar, dass dies eine Gemeinschaftsunterkunft im 1. Stock eines Wohnhauses ist. Wir hatten zwar Glück weil keine anderen Gäste da waren aber man würde mit fremden Leuten in einer Wohnung schlafen und sich somit Toilette + Bad teilen. Der "Speiseraum" ist das Wohnzimmer mit ein paar Tischen in der gleichen Wohnung. Auch der Geruch war für uns unerträglich. Überall in der Wohnung sind Duftsteinchen verteilt. Stunden später hatten wir den Geruch noch in der Nase. Wir haben uns extrem unwohl gefühlt und sind nach 45 Minuten wieder gefahren und haben ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Eine Pension wird so schnell nicht mehr gewählt. Auch der Preis von über 150€ steht zu keiner Relation und ist schon ziemlich frech. Es war sauber und die Dame war nett - mehr gibt die Unterkunft leider nicht her.

• Gea (10/5): Einfach nur herrlich! - Aber herzlicher Empfang- obwohl wir erst am Abend anreisen konnten. Und Mitgabe von Reiseproviant weil wir schon vor dem Frühstück abreisen mussten. Liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück mit ungarischen Delikatessen.

• joke (5/5): Voor ons was de overnachting voldoende. Ik zou het echter niet binnen mijn kring aanbevelen. - De gastvrouw was erg vriendelijk. Ze heette ons welkom, gaf aan, dat als we vragen hadden, we bij haar terecht konden. Omdat beide kamers leeg stonden, mochtten we zelf kiezen welke kamer onze voorkeur had. Er waren érg veel luchtverfrissers. Dit was echt te overdadig. De deur van het toilet draaide naar binnen. Een beetje stevig persoon zou daardoor de deur niet dicht kunnen krijgen. Wifi-code konden we niet vinden. Voor ons niet erg, we hadden er ook om kunnen vragen. Maar zelf zou ik het gastvrij vinden, als dit direct in het oog sprong.

• Matko (7/5): Fine for a one night stay - The house is right on the main road which is very convenient to find. The host was welcoming and did her best to accomodate us. They get a lot of motorcycle travelers so the place is a little rugged, but it has a certain charm. There's a garage, a balcony, a fairly large kitchen area with seating around tables. The included breakfast was fine, not a hotel buffet, but decent. A selection of salami, some cheese, bread, eggs, a salad, cereals with milk, yoghurt, coffe, tea, a couple fruits and packaged sweet pastry. The host offered vegan/gluten-free options. There's no-smoking stickers on ALL the walls, but the wifi password is pasted behind one closed door. The host will warn you not to party but will offer you beer for a couple euro. They don't allow walking in shoes on the floors, so it's a little weird, but I guess that does keep it clean. They offer slippers, but better bring your own. The towels are okay, looked and smelled clean, but seemed like they have been used for years. The decor is unattractive, but if you just need a place to crash, that doesn't matter. The breakfast was scarce, we ate all the savory selection and then some cereal although none of us usually eat cereal.
