• Zora (8/5): Great option - It is so central. The staff was so kind, they allowed me to leave my bag at the reception and accommodated my late check in Few little things like shampoo or towel to lay on the floor while showering could be helpful.

• VIKTOR (9/5): - This hotel is a real gem with a great value for money compared to the other neigbouring hotels. It has a very central location - 5 min walk to Bascarsija. The best was its host - Medina was very accommodating, helpful (especially during check in), great source of information, thank you very much. Room was spacious, hot water had strong pressure. I also liked the kitchen area where it is possible to make a tea. I would stay here again. It would be nice perhaps to have a little fridge in the room, on the other hand kitchen area has a fridge where one can leave food

• Burak (2/5): Konumu gayet güzel - Kahvaltı yoktu yada biz kahvaltısız oda mı seçtik hatırlamıyorum. Personelin davranışı iyi değildi. Gece otele geldiğimiz zaman uyuyordu biz kendi kendimize anahtarı aldık ve odaya geçtik. Ayrıca sabah erkenden bir kaç kez arayıp parayı ödememizi istedi. Neden bu kadar acele etti bilmiyorum sanki kaçıyoruz. Ödeme için aşağı indiğim zaman fazla para istedi. Neden diye sorduğumuz zaman ise taksi parası dedi. Halbu ki biz kendi aracımızla gelmiştik. Sonra hata oldu kusura bakmayın dedi ve normal ödemeyi aldı. Memnun kalmadık. Davranışları rahatsız ediciydi. Banyoda şampuan yoktu.

• JazzRamona (10/5): - We were a large group that needed accomodation in the city centre. The hotel was exactly what we needed. Furniture could get an upgrade, but nothing terrible. Staff was amazing and they met every need we had. We got eveything we expected, would recommend Rooms could use some refurbishing. You should communicate about your arrival time before check-in day so you could avoid some delays about getting in the hotel if there is no one there.
• Eva (9/5): Gute preiswerte Unterkunft im Stadtzentrum - Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Für die Schlüsselübergabe habe ich rechtzeitig Anweisungen erhalten. Es ist möglich in der Nähe einen kostenlosen Parkplatz zu finden. Das Zimmer ist funktional eingerichtet. Es bietet keinen großen Komfort aber für den Preis ist es in Ordnung. Der Besitzer ist äußerst gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Noch mal vielen lieben Dank dafür ! Verbesserungsvorschläge von mir, bzw. was ich vermisst habe: Vorhang für die Dusche, Zahnputzbecher, paar Haken an der Wand für die Kleiderbügel, größere Badetücher, Kosmetikprodukte und ein Bild an der Wand wäre schön
• Djesevic (6/5): - Location, service. So when you shower, all bathroom is wet, bcs they have cheap structure od showering. Also their water mechanism for showering is broken, so you have to push it al the time. One more thing, one towell for two days.

The location was very good with close proximity to the old town (if you don't mind a bit of a steep hill to get up there). Comparatively it was quite cheap to other similar places. No real dislikes. Noting there is no air con - but i knew this beforehand.

Pokój jednoosobowy może być użytkowany jedynie do spania. Ja jestem zadowolony, bo zależało mi na zwiedzaniu miasta i w pokoju przebywałem wyłącznie na nocleg. W pokoju jednoosobowym wyposażenie stanowi jedynie: łóżko, niewielka szafeczka przy łóżku. regał i jeden wieszak.

• Ertan (6/5): - Boendet var i stort sett helt okej. Läget var väldigt bra – nära till Baščaršija med många affärer och restauranger i närheten. Smidigt också med parkering precis utanför hotellet. Överlag ett bra val för dig som vill bo centralt! Det som var negativt är att det gick inte att stänga en fönster saknades handtag . Den andra fanns ej handukar i rummet istället var vi tvungna att fråga efter och handukar hade cigaretlukt samt duscblandare funkade ej. Fanns ej AC på rummet det var jätte varmt det gick inte att sova ....

Bed and bathroom were clean, which is really all I want in a hotel! Sometimes noise (from other guests?) could get a bit loud. Closing the window helped immensely, but because there’s no AC this was a tradeoff. (That said—the noise never got so bad as to disrupt my sleep!)

Odalar temiz değildi,çarşaflarda,yastıklarda ve havlularda lekeler vardı ayrıca duş başlığı bozuktu. Yataklar çok eski ve konforsuzdu.

• Nikola (7/5): - Odlicna lokacija, do centra se stize za svega nekoliko minuta lagane setnje. Motor parkirao u zatvorenoj sigurnoj garazi, osoblje bilo ljubazno da otvori garazu u 06h ujutru kada sam planirao pokret.

• Milosevic (1/5): Ogromno razočarenje. - Lokacija hotela je odlična. Smešten je na samo par koraka od Baščaršije. Ako niste zahtevni po pitanju opremljenosti smeštajne jedinice, hranite se u hotelu ili u gradu, niste pušač, hotel je idealan. Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno i bili su nam na raspolaganju za svaku informaciju. Pogled iz naše jedinice je bio fantastičan. Internet veza je bila stabilna. Soba prostrana, čista. Kreveti udobni. Obzirom da smo prvi put bili u Sarajevu i ne poznajemo grad, lutali smo dok smo ga našli. Parking je u stvari uzana ulica tik uz hotel i neophodno je ostaviti ključ recepciji jer su pomeranja neizbežna. Opremljenost jedinice je zaista više nego skromna. Kreveti, noćni stoćići i garderober. Definitivno nedostaje bar jedan stočić sa stolicama. Tv nije imao, mada nama nije nedostajao. U kupatilu nemate gde ni peškir da okačite, nema čaše za četkice, peškir za umivanje nema, ne postoji ni zavesa na tuš kadi, a tuš poluispravan, bukvalno smo mogli svo troje odjednom da se kupamo koliko je prskao na sve strane. Ali postoji nešto daleko gore, poražavajuće, zbog čega mi je odmor bukvalno preseo. Na info pultu, recepciji, pored zaista korisnih agitki, stoji i ona posleratna ( 30 godina kasnije ?!) u kojoj se navodi genocid. A još kad sam tražila objašnjenje, bukvalno sam zažalila sam što sam uopšte i došla. Dakle ja, koja sam tada imala celih 7 godina, nakon 30 godina , treba da se osećam prozvano, nepoželjno, za sopstveni novac i to zato što pripadam Srpskom rodu. Ja sam to tako doživela. Ovakvu praksu poslovanja nigde u svetu nisam videla. Da sam imala bilo kakve predrasude, trunku animoziteta prema Bošnjacima, sigurno ne bih ni bukirala sred Baščaršije. I da sam želela da se informišem o ratu, otišla bih na mesto shodno toj nameni, a ne da me tako nešto sačeka u hotelu. Žao mi je, Sarajevo je definitivno nešto najlepše što sam videla. Grad sa dušom. Ali što se mene tiče, nikada više.
