Beautiful views, very peaceful and very friendly hosts
I strongly recommend this place
- Leonie (10/5): Great! - It was an amazing place. So peaceful and an enjoyable place to stay. The owners made us so welcome. They went out of their way to make everything easy . Nothing
- Gomes (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -

- Kassandra (8/5): Very good - Great place to stay.
Nice fire place.
Electric blanket.
Host - Michael was really lovely and helpful.
Hearing the birds.
Beautiful little lake.
Great breakfast. Very generous the host were with food.
- Glenn (5/5): We had a lovely weekend apart from a couple of issues. - It was lovely and quiet, Michael and Mary are lovely people, the breakfast which was left in the fridge was awesome, so much food, the room was lovely and big There was a smell of dog in the unit, and a damp smell. Unfortunately, the bed was uncomfortable.
The whole area is looking a bit tired compared to the photos on the website, needs a bit of work.
- Hazel (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful, fruit, cereal, bacon and eggs and lovely juice.
- Peta (1/5): Unhealthy and an environmental disaster and a hazard in all aspects. For $200 a night was ridiculous!!!!! - Leaving Everything including the black mould everywhere and the bad odour
The unclean kitchen and the microwave that didn’t work and when owner looked at it. He suggested that unplug and plug back in to get two minutes at a time. Everything was run by power boards piggy backed. Everything including the bed was damp at all times. Heat pump/air conditioning was blocked up inside and out and smelled. And we were told not to drink water even after boiling. Felt like a third world country. All
Trees and gardens over grown and water was full of algae
- Claire (10/5): Exceptional -
- Setareh (9/5): Overall i loved the place specially beautiful rain completed my trip . - Lovely cabin right in front of beautiful lake , unforgettable experience.waking up each morning to the stunning views .one of the highlights was breakfast , Michael has provided everything you need for breakfast fresh . I just needed more utensils and plates for decorating my table with my food and snacks but there were only 2 plates and pan got very sticky after use and very hard got clean .
- Wendy (10/5): The host couple made sure guests had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. - Treetops Villa's rainforest setting was private and tranquil. The bathroom had a safe walk-in shower and storage for toiletries. The villa is spacious and well-equipped. The refrigerator was stocked for healthy breakfasts in the room. The host demonstrated the features of my room, provided restaurant suggestions, and advice to arrive early at Eumundi Markets to ensure parking. He even accompanied me to a service station to check my tyre pressure. I was scouting for a dog-friendly property for a friend. The villa was suitable but there was nowhere level to take a dog for a run.
- Eric (10/5): Exceptional - Extremely friendly hosts. Really pleasant surrounds Comfortable , well appointed cabin. After a good nights sleep comes the breakfast, make yourself from the so well stocked fridge and a proper coffee machine, We enjoyed two nights there and if we want to stay in Eumundi again we'll look no further,
- Petra (10/5): Serene getaway overlooking a beautiful pond – Dogs welcome Indoors! - I had such a lovely time at this gorgeous villa. The view is stunning, and the breakfast a real treat. One of my favourite features was the deck and the flip-out window that opened the kitchen right up to the outdoors—it made the space feel so open and connected to nature.
During my stay, I got to experience a bit of everything—sunshine, heavy rain, and even a storm—but the villa stayed cozy and comfortable throughout. The host was amazing—super helpful and welcoming. I would have loved to walk to the Eumundi markets but unfortunately there is no footpath on the busy main road. I had no phone reception (Telstra network).
- Rebel (7/5): Relaxing, tranquil, short stay - The peacefulness & off grid vibes. Michael and Mary were beautiful people and very accommodating. They went above our expectations with the breakfast food they provided us, fresh eggs, bacon, lots of fruit, fresh milk and orange juice, tea coffee etc. we felt at home. we didn’t have phone service/or wifi and that could of come in handy for us at the time. But if your wanting some R&R it was quite nice
- Christine (4/5): Disappointing -
- Allan (9/5): Superb - Everything catered for
- Sandra (6/5): It was good for what we needed but don’t know if I’d stay again - The location is beautiful, quiet and the water lollies are divine in the morning in the lagoon but the property needs some maintenance done on it, the pool area especially and the grounds. I think the bed was not very comfortable and hard, the lodge had a musky smell about it and the microwave inside the top was dirty.
- Nicolette (10/5): Exceptional - The host is lovely! Highly recommend staying here. So close to Eumundi, but very private and peaceful. The host provided a lovely huge fridge full of breakfast food.
- Joe (10/5): Exceptional - accomodations and supplies were out of this world, best ive seen The pool, we could not use it which was a bit disappointing, however we went to relax so was very nice
- Emma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pauline (9/5): Would recommend - Great breakfast selection.
- Thomas (8/5): Very good -
- Weeden (9/5): Superb - Awesome setting for a wonderful, relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of city and work life.
Eumundi market is just around the corner, with something for everyone.
- Jasmine (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (7/5): Good -
- Eva (9/5): A wonderful stay - A yacht club in a rainforest, such a peaceful and beautiful place! The turtles
- Kerry (9/5): Very comfortable and lovely owners. - There was an amazing amount of good in the fridge for breakfast. The pool needed cleaning but that probably was sue to all the rain ovet the last couple of weeks.
- Paul (8/5): Very good -
- Gabrielle (8/5): Great place to stay - Lovely relaxation location. Great breakfast & fantastic owners
- Lima (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alexia (3/5): I was catfished by an unsafe hotel - The location was great! Upon arrival the staff seemed a bit over bearing but nice. The view from the room is lovely. The fridge was stocked nicely on arrival- although I would have preferred a clean room and no abuse from Michael the owner. The photos have been taken at least ten years ago and no maintenance and very little cleaning has been done since. Outside of the property is mouldy and dirty, inside is covered in dog hair from the owners dogs, the floors and walls were covered in thick dust/muck. I had to clean it myself. The electricity is as the owner put it “on the edge” so he said not to use two things at once or it would short out, however i found that it shorted out with just only the microwave on. At one stage the owner gave me a pool cleaner to clean their filthy pool. The place was riddled with spiders and the owners put no effort or resource to address this. The gas stove didn’t work and the TV reception was poor. When I mentioned it the owner called me a “stupid girl who couldn’t use a TV or gas stove” - I’m CEO of a business in construction. The taps in the kitchen are incorrectly labelled and i got no warning about it- so cold is actually hot. Apparently he said I was stupid for that too! 😵💫 He became so aggressive with all of my concerns that his wife has to ask him to stop saying all of the personal attacks he made at me. Then she couldn’t handle his behaviour so much she had to walk away- which I was not shocked at given he started making comments to my 3 year old son. I became so scared I was unable to pack my things properly to leave and I ended up leaving things there out of fear. After I raised my concerns, the owners broke into my room because they “feared for my dogs safety” it was clear at this point that they did it to inspect the room, as I knew the temperature the dogs and was monitoring it with a device i’d left in the room. At this stage they placed bug spray into the cupboards and then falsely accused me of creating damage- when I asked to see evidence of the damage they could not show it. These people and their venue are unsafe by my standards, and the wife couldn’t stand her own husband’s conduct which says something.
- Jan (10/5): Happy to go back again ! - Very clean … excellent fridge full of breakfast goodies …fresh fruit was a amazing so much choice … Beds really comfortable … Hosts very friendly and being dog friends is the best thing ever !!
- Ivan (10/5): Enjoyable, relaxing and good value - A unique and bespoke place to stay. Wonderful breakfast provided. A very relaxing place
- Robert (9/5): Superb -
- Wayne (7/5): Wonderful dog friendly accommodation - Wonderful hosts that were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast provided which was nice. Great that it was dog friendly. The accommodation is a little tired and the pictures on booking.com were old and not representative of the place now
- Robyn (9/5): a wonderful weekend retreat - The refrigerator was packed with food for a hot breakfast or cold and the servings were generous, and the kitchen well equipped, the room was light an airy and over looked the large pond, very homely and comfortable the rain
- Cherie (10/5): Quiet time great location - Gorgeous spot peaceful Bed was a bit rough
- Ewan (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, fabulously stocked fridge for breakfast, secluded. So peaceful
- Ian (8/5): Very good -
- Trudy (8/5): Very good -
- Marty (9/5): Loved it. Perfect getaway - Breakfasts were great, kitchen was excellent, location was very accessible to lots of beautiful spots and landscaping was superb.
- Wilson (10/5): Looking forward to a return visit 😊 - Such a peaceful environment, we felt like we were home. The fridge was full of fresh fruit and all the necessary ingredients for a cooked breakfast.
Michael and Mary were wonderful hosts as well as their welcoming party Mr and Mrs Parker 🤭🐾🐾
- Taylor (8/5): Very good - Mary and Mike are wonderful hosts. The room was clean with good facilities, and a lovely position over the little lake. The cabins are lovely, but it is a huge job to maintain the resort given it is essentially a tropical hideaway in the bush. It's now beginning to suffer from a lack of maintenance, but it's still a lovely rustic setting.
- Lergesner (10/5): Relaxing at the Yacht Club - This is our second time staying at EYCB&B. We love the environment looking out from our cabin into the tress, listening to the songs of the birds Close to entertainment. And we were looked after by the most beautiful host of the Club and their dogs 🐕 ❤️
- Rebecca (10/5): Very relaxing stay Mike and Mary are excellent hosts we had a wonderful stay and hope to be back soon - Beautiful setting in the tranquil forest .
- Courtney (8/5): Beautiful, secluded getaway away from the hustle and bustle. Lovely hosts! - The hosts, Mike and Mary, were so welcoming and accomodating. The breakfast supplies left in the fridge were generous and the cooking facilities were perfect for what we needed. The room we stayed in had a beautiful view looking out to the lake and trees, which was also a great spot to watch the sun go down! Eumundi BNB was the perfect location away from the hustle and bustle, but within driving distance when we wanted to visit Noosa and only a few minutes drive to Eumundi. Mike had so many great recommendations for sights to see around the area, from walks to breweries and the more reasonably priced but quality restaurants in the area. There were some areas in the room that didn’t seem to be cleaned as regularly, particularly some cobwebs in the bathroom. Their sewage system had a bit of a smell on some days. The pool was also out of action while we were there which was disappointing, but Mike was working on it during our stay. Overall despite these things we had a wonderful time and I feel it was good value for money!
- Caitlin (10/5): The perfect hosts with sensational accommodation. - Exceptional hosts available to help at the drop of a hat. So friendly, like chatting with old friends. They think of everything, the shower is amazing, the scenery from your balcony is breathtaking. We will definitely be back a hidden gem 💎 Pool is getting ready but not a big deal as we didn't feel like swimming.
- Birgitte (7/5): Good - Location is excellent. Very cool place and cabin over water. Great hosts!
- Abigail (10/5): Will be back again!! - The hosts were lovely and welcoming. The location was gorgeous, the cabin was homely, and fridge generously stocked. Cute doggos Billy and Tilly. Nice and quiet and relaxing!
- Kerryn (8/5): Lovely mini break from the Gold Coast - we loved the varied selection of groceries supplied for us to have breakfast each day of our stay. As it was our 30th wedding anniversary, they also supplied some cheeses/crackers etc. The couch was really comfy (we want to know where it is from). We stayed in the Treetops Lodge which had a King sized bed. The view from the cabin was lovely and peaceful. We really felt like we had a lovely break from reality. The accommodation is close to Eumundi markets and a short drive to Nossaville and Noosa. We went to Sum Yung Guys for dinner which we also recommend (try the Feed Me menu). You can also bring your dog which is sweet. We realised that there wasn't access to Channels like Binge etc and it had a DVD player... but all good, we searched through our DVD's in our shed and packed some and games and also downloaded some shows on our iPad. They had a selection of DVD's there too. We didn't get down to the pool to the area as it wasn't really warm enough - not sure if guests can access it atm?
- James (9/5): Birthday Weekend - Tranquil setting, pet friendly & still just a short drive to beaches, cafes, etc
- Roy (8/5): Very good - N/a N/a
- Amanda (6/5): Perfect for what we needed. Great to bring our dog. - Beautifully furnished. Lovely breakfast provided. Friendly hosts and gorgeous dogs. The outside needs a tidy up and a bit of care.
- Kelly (7/5): Calm, refreshing stay with amazing hosts! - Excellent location, 15-30 mins in any direction for lovely adventures. We loved sitting out on the deck, enjoying the sounds of nature.
Incredible hosts, very friendly and accommodating and we loved their dogs. We loved that they allowed our dog to stay. Our dog loved it there too. There’s lots of attention needed to the facilities. The cabins are good, clean, comfortable and a nice distance from each other. The grounds, pool, gardens are in desperate need of a clean up. If you’re happy for go to stay in your cabin it’s great but don’t go for the pool/BBQ/pizza oven, it’s not useable.
- Raylee (5/5): Passable - Very little. The place is in a terrible state of neglect and disrepair. The unit was not very clean. Dust and mould on doors and walls. The place is nothing like what is showing in the photos. It was very disappointing. If we had not been met on arrival, we would have turned around and left. All the reviews on your site are positive. I've since found all the reviews on Trip Advisor are similar to mine. Definately Not worth the price.
- Laurelle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Melissa (9/5): Absolute peace & serenity - Close to town but out far enough to feel relaxed.
Our hosts were beautiful Nothing we didn’t like
- Ross (8/5): Very good -
- Sarah (8/5): Very good -
- Sarah (8/5): Enjoyable - It's pet friendly, which is always a bonus. It's comfortable and has everything you need. Mike and Mary are lovely hosts and are willing and offer any help that's required.
- Green (8/5): Beautiful quiet location, pet friendly, home comforts. - Pet friendly, lovely hosts!
- Matilda (10/5): Amazing - Very friendly hosts, lodge was clean and very peaceful Nothing
- Tom (8/5): Very good -
- Despina (7/5): Kind & lovely couple/owners. - Convenience, location Bed was very firm/hard. Wasn’t keen on the polyester bed linen. No ventilation or exhaust fan in the bathroom. Steam filled the whole apartment. As it was too cold to open the windows.
- Valentine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mary (10/5): We loved our stay! Michael and Mary are awesome hosts. They were warm, welcoming and lovely to speak - All the little extras that we were not expecting. eg lovely fresh fruit in the fridge The steps getting down to the wonderful place
- Homan (4/5): Disappointing - Quite and peaceful Dampish smell inside
Termite damage to scurtons
Power extension plugs need replacing and tested small kitchen for the amount of appliance provided
- Denise (9/5): Loved our stay. Will definitely be back - The owners were extremely accomadating and very friendly, as were their 2 beautiful dogs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our cabin was quaint and the location was very tranquil. We could not fault anything during our stay.
- Stacey (9/5): Beautiful stay, fantastic hosts - Beautiful surroundings and friendly, hospitable hosts. Breakfast was incredible! Nothing was not to like, was an amazing stay. Perhaps a slight musty, damp smell in one of the rooms
- Paul (6/5): Accomodation is a little tired - Location & view Bed was uncomfortable - the mattress needs replacing
- Lorena (6/5): Somewhat disappointed in the property - Breakfast supplied was more than enough for our stay and with a great selection of food Property could have been cleaner. One of the glass doors to the verandah did not lock, so we could not leave valuables in the room whilst out for the day. Two of the blinds didn’t come down all the way and we had to use cushions to cover up the rest of the window for privacy.
- Riana (9/5): Superb -
- Tracey (7/5): Good - A great breakfast of cereal, fruit, yoghurt, juice, milk, bread, eggs and bacon were provided. The location was great, and the dog was very welcome. The accommodation was suitable and comfortable for us.
- Jewel (8/5): Very good - Clean tidy Nothing- great hosts to communicate with as was booking for a work trip.. kind helpful people
Would stay again
- Mary-anne (7/5): Good -
- Anaïs (10/5): Exceptional -
- Naomi (10/5): Exceptional - I love the setting... the hosts were so kind and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others...❤️
The position is really very central to everything to experience in Eumundi and surrounding sunshine coast ...
- Allison (2/5): Just don’t - Breakfast supplied was good; bed was reasonable; easy chairs were comfortable. Bathroom, including towels, was unclean with a distinct smell of mould. We were advised not to use toaster and coffee maker at same time or we’d trip the power. We reheated a meal in the microwave and had to turn that off at the wall due to flickering. On top of what seemed to be unsafe electrical there was no smoke alarm installed. Fireplace was not usable, no flue installed; likewise cooktop range hood was not vented to outside. To top it all off, there was no hot water in kitchenette sink.
- Matt (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful room and location, amazing hosts who were extremely helpful, fridge was full of goodies
- Robyn (10/5): Unique Eumundi B&B - Great location 5mins from Eumundi, in tropical setting, lovely owners M&M gave me the rundown of area, doggies welccomed, owners had x2 golden retrievers with another 2 visiting. My freshly painted cabin was beside the pond, close to tweeting birds, beautiful lotus and babbling brook. The hosts left bacon&eggs, tropical fruit, yoghurt, oj&avo, bread/toast for make your own brekky, what a marvellous gesture as per post-covid conditions. That l didn't stay longer, but humidity made the tiles slippery, altho l was wearing slippers, l slightly kicked a small ball to my small dog and ended up on the floor, small head bump but otherwise fine.
- Jenna (10/5): Amazing, cute little cabin with freezer full of food,if the cabin they will put in the mozzies net it’s going to be amaz - The cabin was good, the design looks nice with small balcony facing the lake and also little deck area. The parking is a little bit narrow but still manageable
- June (8/5): Beautiful location - Michael and Mary were very accommodating when we arrived late due to accidents on the road. They also kindly upgraded us at no extra cost when there was a cancellation in a larger cabin. They are very knowledgeable of the local area, helpful and friendly. The view from the Treetops where we stayed was gorgeous, the breakfast supplied was fantastic, and the balcony-breakfast area was beautiful! There were a few cobwebs with spiders in places such as right beside the bed head that were a bit off-putting.
- Ben (9/5): Lovely little getaway - Great location set on a nice little lake
- Nott (8/5): Quiet and peaceful place but not too far into the town. - Lovely hosts very welcoming and friendly. Brilliant breakfast supplies including lots of wonderful fruit. Well suited to our needs with our two Border Collies with us. Pool area was poor but we were out most of the time and didn’t use it.
- Leanne (10/5): A very pleasant stay that went way too fast ... - The owners were welcoming and very friendly. They stocked the fridge well beyond our expectations, including an abundance of fresh fruit and decadent desserts. The cabins were set out for privacy and comfortably suited for 2 plus our fur baby. The pool was delightfully warmer than we thought it would be and well set out too.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would happily book again. The only thing that wasn't so great was the sandflies and midges. We ended up going for a drive into Cooroy to get some citronella candles to ward them off.
The kitchenette needed a peeler, a grater and a lid for the small frypan... definitely not a deal breaker, as I made do but, would've been a help when I was preparing meals.
- Hayley (10/5): Exceptional - Great nature get away with your dog, around the corner from the markets, good location There is a few mosquitoes but just come prepared with citronella candles and spray and you'll be fine
- Debbie (8/5): Very good - Michael and Mary were lovely people. The food provided for breakfast was amazing! Well more than expected. Loved the fact My Mum n I were able to bring our dogs. Lovely little room overlooking the pond ( which was a little dry.. but hey it's summer!) Quiet and cosy. Picturesque. Micheal had great foodie tips for us as well. The place is a little rundown but still passable. Enjoyed our stay.
- Debra (10/5): Exceptional - This was a wonderful and unique place to stay and fabulous for relaxing. It's a tranquil place surrounded by nature.
The owner was so friendly and the breakfast provisions were very abundant and we were spoiled with choice and variety.
The cabin was gorgeous and well thought out with everything you would need.
I highly recommend this place The pool needed some work but granted there was a lot of heavy rain and wind at the time its understandable that it was in some disrepair
- Victoria (7/5): Dog friendly getaway - Great location and very dog friendly. The kitchen was well stocked for breakfast. Beautiful view from the deck and the grounds were well lit at night Grounds and room required some maintenance and a good clean. The room was quite dusty and set off my allergies
- Yolande (8/5): Very good - We had breakfast in our room, it was in the fridge. lovely and tranquil place and you can even have a lovely swim in the pool. lots of birdlife around to. We liked it and it was dog friendly.
- Trevor (9/5): Superb - Nice quiet and relaxing
- Antonique (10/5): Great pet friendly accomodation and we would definitely stay here again - We stayed in Tree Tops and really enjoyed the facilities. Supplied breakfast (to cook yourself) was simply amazing with good quality products and ingredients. Great location for a visit to Eumundi markets although a little farther from Noosa Beach (15-20minutes away.) Hosts Michael and Mary very knowledge, friendly and welcoming and we felt very much at home. Only downside to our stay was the fact that we had to move on.
- Melanie (9/5): We had a great, relaxing stay with beautiful rainforest views - The location was great, the hosts were wonderful Tv reception not so good
- Templeman (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay was amazing. The cabin was lovely, and the Yacht club was nice and quiet.
We enjoyed the old school DVD player, the bbq and being super dog friendly.
Michael and Mary were absolutely beautiful, and had fully stocked up our fridge for breakfast! Definitely
More than we expected
- Michelle (8/5): Very good - This property is in a great location. Property is lovely and quiet, just what we were after. The hosts are most welcoming and there, if you need them, however not intrusive. We look forward to staying there again soon! Great value for money.
