We were given privacy to do our own thing, but we were assured they were close by, if needed. The home and grounds were immaculate, clean and well maintained. It was too short a stay; another night would have been nice.

Location was exactly half way between Kiama and Byron Bay - perfect for splitting the journey up. The room was beautiful - very stunning. Best nights sleep that i have had in a while - so cosy in my warm bed. The bedding was very good quality! Owners are the lovelies of people - very accommodating, friendly and welcoming. They introduced me to their 8 week old puppies which was, honestly the medicine that i needed!

My husband and I had the most enjoyable time, sadly we were only here for one night - I would have loved to have stayed longer only we were travelling back home from a holiday interstate. If you get the chance to stay here do so you will not regret your decision. The house was stunning had such a lovely country feel about it and soooo clean! The bed very comfortable and the scenery was gorgeous to say the least. Compliments to the owners, they are very friendly and welcoming - breakfast was awesome as well. If we are pasting by Tuncurry Forster ever again I will definitely stay here! Thanks again from Deb & Pat

Located only a few minutes off M1 but feels like mikes away. Very quiet and private. This is our second visit as we travel Gold Coast to Sydney and highly recommend. Nothing to not like.

- victoria (10/5): I had an Extremely comfortable stay, - The lovely pool and the beautiful decor and the very comfortable bed! It was a lovely enormous bathroom which I shared but was conveniently close. The pool was crystal clear, warm and a real treat to sit by in the afternoon sun. It is not a served breakfast however everything was there to help yourself, and you can cook your own bacon and eggs so there was a hot option if you liked. There is a full kitchen to share if you want to prep your own dinner as well, which was fantastic. Diamond Beach 10 mins drive has a lovely pizza place I would recommend and has beautiful walks. There was nothing to dislike about the property

Beautiful home with very comfortable bedding and a claw foot bath to soak in. Wish we had more time there so will def be back. We are well travelled and rate this place very highly. We could swim in the pool and breakfast was included. The owners were very helpful and looked after us well. On hot nights the air-conditioning doesn't reach the bedroom. We brought a small fan and it helped a bit. A ceiling fan in the bedroom would be great.

The grounds were spotless and ducks and ponds. 1 cabin away from main house for couples to enjoy. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Bonus is if you meet Luna (puppy) she loves to play ball. - Osborne (8/5): Recommended as an alternative to a stopover in Taree if you are driving the highway - Gorgeous old building with lovely gardens. Friendly owners. Great pool and barbecue area. Easy to get to from the highway. Petrol station close by. Halfway between Gold Coast and Canberra so it was an ideal stopover. Not a major criticism but I was under the impression you get a cooked breakfast. I cooked my family's breakfast in the self-service kitchen and cleaned up. Maybe clarify this in the booking info?

Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the storm yet staying dry. Wonderful variety of fresh food for breakfast. Close to lovely beaches, not walkable, but only short drive. Very handy to Forster as well if you want to find crowds or need to go shopping. Great supermarket near the beach so not vital to go into forster. Nothing, I liked everything

- Caitlyn (10/5): Nothing short of perfect - Absolutely everything. A perfect not so country, but still country escape. Lush gardens and beautiful birds made the property lively. There’s a large family of ducks who were SO cute! The studio was perfectly planned, just the right amount of everything. I really liked having to cook my own brekkie! Meant I could sleep in and enjoy the bed for a little longer. The breakfast bench was the perfect spot for a sunrise cuppa and sunset bevvy soaking in the surroundings. Unfortunately didn’t get to use the bath but would’ve been totally insane. Not much! Except my bad driving on the gravel was loud and embarrassing lol, that’s on me.

- Stephen (9/5): This property was a gem of a find, which we will most certainly will be staying at in the future ! - The property is in an excellent location for people who prefer to stay outside of busier towns, such as Forster or Taree, which are still only a very short drive away. The hosts were extremely friendly and hospitable and provided us with all the necessary items for a very enjoyable breakfast prior to our departure. The wonderful home has a variety of room types for all requirements and budgets. Unfortunately we didn't have enough time to take advantage of the very inviting pool, but we will certainly be doing so in the future. The only very minor negative was that there was a bit of traffic noise during the day, but it was hardly noticeable at all during the evening and it certainly didn't have any negative effect on what was a wonderful stay.
