Pas de service d’hôtel et présenté en tant qu’hôtel restaurant qui lui n’est pas accessible et petit déjeuner fourni par un prestataire extérieur Odeurs de remontées dégoût dans la chambre

Nous sommes arrivés en début de soirée donc difficile de trouver une place sur le parking commun à l'hôtel et au restaurant, mais nous avons trouvé une place en revenant vers la fin de soirée.

• Anne-Sophie (8/5): Top découverte, personnel à l’écoute et serviable je reviendrai avec grand plaisir - La chambre très spacieuse, lit King size, grande salle de douche propreté. Accès parking sécurisé L’accessibilité à la chambre à l’arrivée comme c’est un restaurant je suis arrivée avant le service et j’ai dû attendre dehors pour avoir quelqu’un qui m’ouvre la grille ainsi que personne ne m’a répondu au téléphone. La prochaine fois je dois anticiper l arrivée car ils étaient occupés à préparer leur service du soir pour ne pas avoir la blague. Pour le petit déjeuner du matin, c’est un restaurant et il est servi plus tard qu’un hôtel (ouvre en général vers 7h), comme mon séjour était professionnel et programmé pour débuter à 9h pour la formation je n’ai pas pu déguster leur petit déjeuner mais cela partie remise lors de mon prochain séjour à Spa

• thomas (10/5): - They made sure we were still able to secure a reservation at the restaurant downstairs, even though it was fully booked. Both the breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the service was outstanding. We even forgot our jacket, and they kindly arranged to have it mailed to us. I would highly recommend this place. Nothing much everything was great. Some minor detail: some signs that point to the entrance for registration could be added.

Das Essen im Restaurant war hervorragend und eine kleine, aber perfekte Frühstücksauswahl machten unseren Aufenthalt zu einem schönen Kurztrip nach Spa. Vielen Dank

• Didier (8/5): Un séjour agréable auprès d’un hôte de qualité - La bienveillance du personnel et la situation géographique de la Villa. Bien que le petit déjeuné soit bon, un buffet un peu plus varié avec cafetière à table serait le bienvenu.

Et on ne peut pas le dire sous peine de paraître pour un chiant. Le restaurant marche trop bien et le service pour les chambres passe au second plan. Le restaurant est de très bonne qualité mais là aussi le service est tout ou rien. Les entrées servies au pas de course. Le plat qui se fait attendre et l'accompagnement qui n'arrive pas. Tout cela pour nous servir 4 gnocchis et ramener le reste en cuisine... alors que la cassolette est laissé sur la table... enfin on a attendu 15 minutes pour commander un café qu'on a finalement pas pris en fonction de l'attente.

• Markus (6/5): Please improve your service quality during breakfast - The service in the morning during breakfast. No Englisch and it all takes an extremely long time. Unfortunately, breakfast was only offered from 8.30 which meant stress for us. Egg dishes took ages. We ordered omelette and got a fried egg.

• Alexey (3/5): Never be back again. - Nothing. I liked we left this place. 1. The pillow cases were dirty, which was the first bell. 2. There is no garbage can in the room. It was very strange to keep garbage in the plastic bag on the floor. 3. There is no kettle in the room. And when we asked to get some boiled water to fill in the thermos bottle before our hiking, we figured out there wasn't even a kettle in the kitchen. Eventually after a long time of explaining and proving WHY we need hot water we got semi-warm water from the coffee machine. Disaster, the kettle is a simple thing, which isn't costly. 4. The worst part is parking. It is kind of free, but... when we arrived in the evening after intense hiking we realized there are no spots anymore. All the spots were busy with the restaurant guests. When I tried to ask reception where I should park - they told me to wait 3 hours until restaurant guests would go home. Absurd. I had to park my car just in the middle of the parking road, risking it being damaged, Next morning when I asked reception to keep one place for me, because I was scared the situation would be repeated, they simply said 'it is impossible'. They could simply place a piece of paper with the note 'No Parking'. No arguments helped me to explain to them how unsafe this situation is. Surprise surprise in the evening time there were no parking spots for me again. If you value your car - never go to their parking! 5. Staff isn't friendly and totally not supportive. Communication in English is almost impossible. And even when you manage to explain something they simply don't care. 6. Glass door to toilet/bathroom for family room. 'Brilliant' idea. Zero soundproof, perfect visibility. 7. Restaurant is very expensive by the way, but the choice is limited. Nothing for kids.

• Sjors (8/5): Stylish and modern stay close to the centre - Easy check-in and check-out, a very stylish and modern room, large bathroom and free parking, large TV with Netflix and it only takes around 5 minutes by foot, to go to the centre of spa. The room in the front is quite noisy, especially street noise can be a bit too audible.
• Koji (2/5): Very poor - At the time of check-in, we entered the room through the emergency stairs outside the building, and the staff did not take our luggage. The room was not cleaned for 3 days, there were no chairs at the table, there was no refrigerator, and the only amenities were shampoo. I didn't meet any of the staff during our stay.

Yes, if you arrive outside the time lock you agreed on. Stairs to the rooms. Had nr 1. Small room but good enough. Good bed. Reasonable pillows. Is located at the back. Single glazing. No ventilation. Thus, steamy windows occur during the night. The bathroom is modern and spacious. Sadly, encountered twice that we ran out of hot water. Checked in on Friday and out on Sunday and no cleaning and changing of towels or adding of new nespresso cups. Breakfast €20,- pp. That's a lot for breakfast. Breakfast was good and sufficient but not worth €20,- We had dinner on Friday, which was excellent. 10 out of 10!! Paid that evening for dinner and 2 mornings breakfast. Was solved but had no fresh fruit, no sweets, Nutella, etc., with our breakfast Sunday morning The lady said we had not ordered the breakfast the day before. Good thing I kept the receipt so I could prove we did. Lack of communication between employers. Large parking but in the evening, due to guests of the restaurant, packed. Area is closed of during the night with a gate. Only 10 minutes walk to the city centre. Staff speak only French. Water is not always warm. Expect cold showers. Communication intern. Paid on arrival for 2 days breakfast. Was not communicated, so I had to show the bill. Breakfast was not complete on the second day. So €20,- pp was a ridiculous price. Staff speaks French only

• Joanne (8/5): Great rooms above a lovely restaurant with secure access and parking close to Spa city - Great room rentals above the restaurant. One with a terrace and shower over bath, the other with a walk in shower. Lovely hosts, secure parking and a short walk into the beautiful city of Spa. Only minor - No full length mirrors in rooms, or mirrors near plug sockets, no bin in the room or fridge. But only minor items.
• Paul (4/5): The cost of a night in this hotel without offering a breakfast was far overpayd - Hotel was closed the day of our breakfast. Tilling us in advance that the hotel was closed on August 16, 2023 we did not booked for this hotel. Looking forard to have a nice breakfast is was very unlikely that we are informed "after the payment of our dinner" that the hotel was closed the next morning.
• Keith (7/5): Comfortable hotel worth having dinner at and for exploring Spa from - In good location to explore Spa, our room was comfortable & clean and all staff at hotel were good. We really enjoyed dinner on our only night’s stay which was to a very high standard. This may not be the case in all rooms, but the layout of ours was rather odd. The bath was behind our bed and not screened in any way and although there was a shower head, the water pressure was very poor, necessitating running a bath in the morning. In addition to this, the bath was wide and very deep, meaning it was v difficult to get in and out of and would not be suited to anyone with accessibility issues. In addition, the WC was separate but with no wash basin so you had to go cross the bedroom to wash hands - not great in the middle of the night!

• Rafael (9/5): Superb - Seems to be a recently refurbished property, all looked new and clean. There were some weird design choices though (like some exposed electric meeters and extension cords). Maybe they haven't fully finished the refurbishment. Staff didn't speak English but was nice and we manage to communicate The only actual negative thing was that the Curtains were way too thin and would not properly block the light in the morning.

• Umiii (5/5): Great location, terrible design and service - Location, the room, free parking The staff didn't speak any language apart from French, totally misleading advertising that they do. Upon arrival, she wasn't aware of early check-in and had to call someone to check it. In the bathroom, the sink drain was leaky, also so weird to put the glass door right in front of the toilet? No heating in bathroom which got freezing cold. Also the towel rail was two meter high, I mean how you expect someone to reach it ? So the room was really small . Over all not worth the high price and because of terrible design not even a place recommended, especially if you traveling with kids, friends or teenagers!
