- Jakkemakke (9/5): Exept for the bath and separate bathroom everything was great! - location, breakfast and room the heat was not working and the water for the bath was running very slow but they gave a compensation and are going to fix it.
- Jan (8/5): -
- Sarah (7/5): Very friendly staff and family, that is number 1, but for my taste it was all a bit too old and rusty - The location, the look and the old vibes Its quite old and can be smelly a bit, the water pressure is low with warm water, and for me personally it felt a bit weird to be all alone in a big old building with many stairs and doors and staff from the neighbors using the kitchen downstairs late in the evening, it was all a bit random
- Felix (8/5): -
- Manfred (8/5): -
- Sabine (10/5): - Fantastic hospitality + good location

- Top locatie! Fijne bedden, leuk aangekleed !
Douche was iets minder

- Vanbellingen (10/5): Top B&B ! - Locatie is top!
- Acronius (9/5): -
- Mark (8/5): -
- Halters (8/5): - De ligging. Beetje oudbollig
- Wim (10/5): Mooi gelegen B&B met vriendelijke service - Ideaal gelegen
Mooie kamer met grote badkamer
Vriendelijke ontvangst
Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt
- Josie (10/5): Loved it and the muffins were delicious! - They provided complementary muffins and mini toblerones on arrival. The bedding and beds were lovely. We were able to go in and out as we pleased. Loved it! Nothing.
- Matthew (4/5): Disappointing. - Nice room, pretty well located, in a nice building. Contact with anyone who worked there was virtually non-existent and we were left to fend for ourselves. The room wasn't cleaned, and it was very hard to get information as all communications had to be the booking.com messaging facility, despite the owner living next door. I understand she was distracted with other things on these days but I don't think she should have taken the booking, which we'd only made the day before, or the price could have been reduced with an explanation. Not good enough.
- Damian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lisa (8/5): ++Amazing staff & location | ~ Breakfast extra | * Accessibility / Steep & narrow stairs - Staff was very friendly & welcoming. Room was comfortable, clean & nicely decorated. Breakfast was delicious. Perfect location, close to everything and good carpark close by. The stairs are quite steep and narrow & "private bathroom" is across the hallway from the room. That wasn't clearly described in the overview.
I think it is important to know that it is not a typical Bed & Breakfast (aka B&B). As breakfast is available but it is not included. So you will have to pay extra.
- Luc (9/5): Top curated welcome in the heart of Antwerp..! - What an experience…! Very central location, the very heart of Antwerp. Cosy interior and room, with spacious bathroom. The breakfast is superb, really 5 star, don’t skip it..! And we were welcomed by the very friendly mother in law of owner Gea. Top top experience 👌👌
- Penelope (5/5): A great location and quirky interior, charming staff but let down by not taking care of the basics. - The breakfast was very good - the one saving grace. Location also excellent. Pillow was truly dreadful -- Lumpy foam. This is basic for a decent night's sleep and doesn't cost much to get right. Ikea for example! Sheets not ironed. Only a piece of blackout fabric over the large windows which were overlooked by offices so impossible to undress without closing the black out curtain. I had to resort to getting dressed in the bathroom.
- Tomoko (9/5): Superb - The family room was very comfortable to stay with 2 adults & 2 children. We appreciated that the staffs were nice and friendly.
- Arthur (10/5): Cozy place to stay in the heart of Antwerp - This was a very cute hotel in the old part of town, walking distance to a lot of the sights, with nice employees.
Although the face of the building looks old fashioned in a cute way, the rooms looked very modern and fancy.
There was fast wifi, a big nice shower and a comfortable bed.
The breakfast was similarly very well done, when we arrived downstairs our table was already set with various breads, meats, cheeses, nuts, fruits, eggs, and some extras, and an employee served us fresh coffee.
Basically the place was everything I wanted from a hotel to experience what Antwerp has to offer. I disliked nothing. There were some minor nitpicks, though.
The room and the bathroom are separate, and you're given keys for both. The doors have to be pulled a little harder into place than you'd expect for the key to fit. Also, it would be nice to be able to close the doors without a key from the inside.
Furthermore the night lights in the room are fairly high up on the wall and therefore not possible to reach from bed.
These again, however, are only a mild inconvenience.
- Danielle (9/5): Superb -
- Jeremy (10/5): Friendly and excellent accommodations in perfect location - Excellent from greeting to departure! If our travels take us to Antwerp again would definitely book again.
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Yashar (9/5): Superb - Location, Personal The WC had no door and was divided with curtain.
- Mark (10/5): Fantastic location with amazing hosts! - Where do I even begin. First the host and her lovely family: Just great people. Our flight was super early and Gina went above and beyond to let us check in early. Great recommendations on places to eat, things to do. We were on our way to another town to day trip and she suggest Ghent instead after talking to us about our likes and dislikes. Fantastic advice.
Location: Just off a square that is mostly locals. Convenience store just around the corner. Also she owns the bar right around the corner. Stop by for a great beer or cappuccino and hang with locals. It truly is an ideal location for old antwerp.
Accomodations: Bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was huge and plenty of hotwater. 2nd floor, there is a shared fridge to store some food and beer. Massive windows and fan for each room.
1st floor is the common area with tables and a couch. We used it to have breakfast and plan our day and meet other guests.
The following notes are mostly for americans who may not be used to traveling in europe: The stairs are very narrow. This is old town and narrow stairs are so common. If you have any mobility issues and cant handle carrying luggage up steep stairs, this place isnt for you. Also there isnt AC. Antwerp was in the middle of heat wave in the mid 90's. Everyday morning we closed the windows and pulled the curtains close. At night we opened them up and turn on the fan and everything was fine.
This place is a gem. Old town, great hosts, great location.
- Cody (10/5): Exceptional -
- Diksha (9/5): Superb -
- Cat_r (9/5): Great Location - Fantastic location, in a lovely old building. Gi is very welcoming and made us feel at home in her beautiful B&B. Breakfast was amazing. Narrow stairs to get to the floors where the accommodation is, but this is very normal for an old building.
- Luciana (7/5): Good -
- Bram (8/5): Cozy B&B in the center of Antwerp - Absolutely wonderful breakfast!
- Sharon (10/5): Fantastic place to stay with wonderful staff. Perfect location to walk to everywhere. Comfortable and cozy, highly recom - Location

- Bek (9/5): Lovely place to stay - A lovely little BnB close to the centre of town. Hosts were lovely and breakfast was very good, we were also allowed to take our leftovers for lunch. Room was very spacious and clean. A bit of street noise at night which went quite late. Stairs were a bit tight, but host helped with bags etc.
- Mihnea (9/5): Superb - Proactive approach of the host. Excellent location, cosiness level 1000, very homey and welcoming atmosphere.
Big, big breakfast and very good as well.
- Menheere (9/5): Superb -
- Kay (5/5): Gia was a hard worker, but it was listed as a bed n breakfast. The breakfast charge would have 20 €, which we did not ge - Location. Hard to get to rooms. Light out in shower, couldn’t see!

- Mia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Laurence (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gillian (8/5): wonderful family room for a Ciry break - Great location just note the square can get noisy at the wknd - it was a public holiday when we stayed so bring ear plugs and you’ll be fine. Kids loved the comfy beds only note that it wasn’t clear on booking.com that breakfast wasn’t included in the price - it was fabulous and our host was super apologetic that it wasn’t clear
- Anonymous (10/5): we loved staying there. - it is in an excellent location. Very clean. Staff are amazing!!! It was a holiday weekend, so the square was a little noisy.
