Guest Reviews
- Russell (7/5): Disappointed on arrival to have maintenance still happening - Views Doing maintenance as we arrived & general cleanliness
- Ethan (9/5): - Loved the Cosyness and location, greeted by the gorgeous horses everyday was a nice bonus also! Most things were fairly dusty upon arrival
- Angela (10/5): Exceptional. - Location - scenic views. Close to town and Montville.
The host offers amazing food hampers / packs.

Private oasis
- Kurt (10/5): If you are looking for a relaxing weekend away, this is the place. - The location is brilliant. So quiet and tranquil. If you are looking for a relaxing weekend away, this is the place. The breakfast provided is top-quality produce.
- Ian (9/5): Great place for a quiet get-away for two. Breakfast, amenities, view and solitude were all positives - We had ample for breakfast and great variety. While obviously one would like to avoid the effort of cooking oneself, it does have the advantage of having precisely what you want when you want it. Loved the spa and the view. Minor and latter maybe specific to our cottage. Would have been nice to avoid the drive for dinner though a taxi would likely address this - just not sure of the level of service so was easier to jump in the car. Larger TV facing couch would enhance that aspect of relaxing but obviously a compromise in a small cottage.
- Jessie (10/5): The perfect stay - Perfect views, clean and tidy, great facilities, amazing food, and hosts were very accommodating Nothing, everything was great!
- Andrew (10/5): -
- Darren (9/5): A beautiful spot for a romantic getaway - The privacy was great. Didnt see another person the whole visit. The cottage is very comfortable and accomodating. The view down the hill with the horses was spectacular. The breakfast provisions were also greatly appreciated.

- Rebecca (9/5): - Spectacular views over the rolling green countryside. Peaceful and quiet, surrounded by nature. Very relaxing. Close to great bushwalks and lookouts. Nothing really
- Dale (10/5): It ways to stay - Great The spa pump was a little bit noisy
- David (10/5): -
- Bruce (9/5): It was fantastically fabulous as it suited me for a quiet getaway to recharge. Would definitely recommend to anyone. - The breakfast provided was awesome and the relaxing atmosphere of the cottage was amazing, very clean and a great design. The only thing I would say is that number 4 cottage car park could be a little closer especially for the rainy weather that was at the time . Although in saying that number 4 cottage is more secluded from the other cottages which is great.
- Gail (9/5): A very special 3 day stay for our 50th wedding anniversary was very enjoyable - Breakfast was superb that Melany yoghurt was the bomb also the fresh bread Sitting on the deck even if it was raining the scenery and the birdlife Weather lol can’t be helped tho someone turned the rains on,
- Hovey (9/5): Maleny stay - Beautiful place to unwind. Spectacular view, quiet place. Sometimes there is a little road noise.
- Stephen (10/5): Perfect getaway Cabins - Such a peaceful location and an absolutely beautiful cabin. The views are incredible and everything is very well looked after. The breakfast provisions are absolutely delicious and a beautiful gesture.

Could not fault this accommodation.
- Michael (5/5): A rustic getaway -not spacious, but offers great views! - The highlight of our stay was the quality, quantity and variety of the breakfast provisions provided. Special mention also to the comfy bed. The views too were something special. Cottage 4 is two-storey with a large area of the main living space taken up by the internal stairway. There is limited lighting through the main living area (and bathroom). One had to be mindful not to hit your head especially when sitting at the dining table which is positioned directly under the stairwell. Cottage 4 is also located the furthest from the carpark, and requires visitors to carry their cases down a narrow gravel path.
- Denese (9/5): -
- Denise (8/5): - Breakfast provisions were exceptional The path to cottage 4 we found difficult due steepness and gravel (we use a walking stick)
- Anne (9/5): Private, breathtaking views, quiet, cosy, well appointed and charming - wonderful breakfast. - The setup and breakfast options were terrific. the spa bath overlooking the deck and scenery was enjoyed both days. A king bed would have been wonderful, but the queen bed was very comfortable.
- Diane (9/5): Our second stay but in different cottage. - Had everything we needed. Quiet Road noise
- Wright (10/5): It was all excellent, beautiful cabin and venue - Absolutely loved the stay will definitely be back!

- Jasmine (8/5): Very good -
- Jason (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jodie (8/5): Very peaceful and relaxing - The breakfast package was excellent. Loved the fireplace in front of the spa. Sat drinking my wine and really relaxed. The power went out the morning we were leaving but the power box was very handy to get to and flick the switch back on.
- Roy (8/5): Very good -
- Caitlin (10/5): Homely and relaxing - All the little touches around the property made it so homely
- Andrew (10/5): Country Getaway - The views were fantastic and the cottage was very cosy. The breakfast hamper was outstanding and a lovely touch.

Will definitely be back & would recommended to friends & family to enjoy to serenity!
Thank you so much 😊
- Liz (9/5): Superb - Well equipped with everything you need including multiple breakfast options provided. It was very clean. Has beautiful views and located on a quiet country road. It is old but this just adds to its quaintness so not really a negative.
- Lisa (9/5): Superb -
- Sandy (10/5): Stunning cabin in Malaney - We loved the location, the view, the amenities and the amazing host who was incredibly helpful. The spa overlooking the valley was the perfect touch and breakfast was delicious. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway in a stunning location, this is it! Nothing
- Wendy (10/5): We booked back within a month and can’t wait to return again - It was extremely private, cosy, tranquil and gave off a very relaxing vibe There was nothing
- Kristelle (9/5): Beautiful little cottage , amazing views . -
- Renee (9/5): Superb -
- Bryana (9/5): Much needed - Lovely little cosy getaway, for couples or if you’re just needing a solo get away from life. No matter the weather the views & vibes are amazing. The little touches & breakfast hamper are such a generous extra. The owners are very caring & are in contact if you need anything.
- Michael (9/5): Superb -
- Dylan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jayden (10/5): Exceptional -
- Veronica (7/5): Pleasant - The location overlooks hills to the west so you can watch the sun set. 5 min walk to town or 30min walk. Bathroom downstairs made it difficult to go during the night. Main bedroom is upstairs in a loft. Was asked not to use two beds downstairs as they were for extra guests with a surcharge. My husband has a medical condition so we don’t sleep in the same room but felt we had to on this occasion and therefore did not get good sleeps. When booking for two adults it does not necessarily mean you are in a relationship sharing a bed either. When you book it should be booking the property, not the beds.
There some timber venetian blinds that were either broken and wouldn’t turn or did not fully come down covering the window allowing lighting in early in the morning. An umbrella on the deck would be good so you could sit outside during the day. The decking also needs a touchup. There was a dirty and dusty electric frypan under the sink but thankfully we frowned another frypan to cook the generous breakfast hamper that was included.
- Wendy (10/5): Exceptional - The property was clean, very well presented and very private There was nothing
- Jodi (8/5): Very good -
- Sherred (10/5): Delightful cottage in a beautiful location with delicious provisions, a spa bath with wonderful views and a great wood b - Such a peaceful place to stay - there was no reason to go anywhere else!
- Jill (9/5): A relaxing and rural escape to recharge from reality. - A hidden jewel to rest and recoup. So peaceful and private with everything that you need to go off grid for a couple of days. Would have like a compost bin.
- Karen (10/5): peaceful, isolated from the world if you wanted, the privacy was perfect for couples wanting escape - Facilities outstanding, everything little detail was catered for and more, beautiful location and outstanding breakfast with local produced included. Only detail l would change would be to include local made jams but that's my preference to the scrumptious breakfast that was provided. Love the placement of the spa bath so you could relax and overlook the beautiful hillside country that was a canvas before your eyes. It was all fabulous!
- Carol (9/5): Lovely and relaxing - We had a lovely relaxing time. Great breakfast provided and close to the shops.
- Shannan (9/5): Superb -
- Peter (7/5): Good -
- Charlotte (10/5): Exceptional - The view from the cottages is absolutely incredible and incredibly relaxing. It’s a whole vibe, especially on sunny days. The breakfast hamper was well-stocked and delicious.
- Philip (8/5): Very good - I loved the large self contained cottage. It has great views out over green grazing country (horses and cows). A full set of breakfast provisions. Which I understand you could alter if you didn't like ham for example (we didn't need to). If you needed to, the owners made it very easy to communicate with them. I love nature. I loved that the cottage has lots of windows. But I really really hate when nature, especially mosquitoes joins me when I want to sleep. None of the windows had insect screens. They did provide bug spray, and there was a zapper. But I really prefer to keep my windows open without worrying whether mosquitos will spoil my nights sleep. Please also note that the bed is upstairs and if you need to go to the toilet during the night you will need to navigate the stairs.
- Ando (9/5): Superb - Breakfast basket. Clean with no cobwebs was the first start of good. . and some little nice touches..
- Fiona (8/5): Very good -
- Aimee (10/5): Exceptional - The breakfast provided was amazing.
- Rebecca (9/5): Superb -
- Katarina (7/5): Good -
- Lisa (8/5): Beautiful location, perfect for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway - Beautiful, quiet location. Close to Maleny. Breakfast provisions were excellent. Loved spa with view, it was very relaxing Larger TV closer to bedroom would have been good. Starting to need a bit of painting outside
- Lelliott (10/5): Excellent. Will definitely come again. - The fact that we walked in and our hosts had already gone and got us a beautiful fresh loaf of bread, was amazing. I was so impressed and from there I knew it would be an amazing stay. I think the only thing we didn't like was a possum running in the ceiling, but sometimes that just happens!
- Peter (8/5): Very good -
- Adrian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dana (9/5): Superb - Very generous serving of breakfast supplies. Great views and so peaceful, wonderful stay, thank you.
- Walter (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jason (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stefanie (10/5): Refreshing and relaxing - Easy care free check in and out, beautiful scenery, lovely clean amenities Nothing!

- Caroline (5/5): On a positive, the kitchen, utensils were clean and adequate. Sinks and toilet were cleaned to a good - Location was perfect for our purpose Cleanliness was not of a high standard, the window blinds were thick with dust. bed not particularly comfortable, lounge had stuffing hanging out of the back.
