- Fynn (6/5): - Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der Altstadt, die Lage ist super! Das W-Lan war sehr gut. Vor dem Hotel sind Parkplätze verfügbar. Das Zimmer wirkte sehr kühl. Zudem wurde scheinbar nur grob geputzt. In den Ecken sammelte sich Dreck, der Handtuchheizkörper im Bad war verstaubt und die Wände im Zimmer verschmutzt. Neben meinem Bett waren gelbliche Flecken an der Wand. Insgesamt leider keine Athmosphäre zum wohlfühlen. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war eher mäßig.

- ArankaA (10/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt - Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach super und zentral, die Zimmer sind groß genug und das Frühstück auch sehr vielfältig. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend 😊. Parkplätze gibt es genügend, entweder direkt am Hotel oder gegenüber auf einem Parkplatz, die Kosten dafür übernimmt das Hotel für seine Gäste, deshalb verstehe ich die Kommentare mancher Gäste einfach nicht! Des Weiteren ist jeder Gast, egal welcher Religion oder Herkunft herzlich Willkommen! Alles war super, aber es ist beschämend wie manche Gäste dieses Hotel aufgrund religiöser Hintergründe schlecht bewerten! Absolut untolerant und wenn ich sehe in welchen Ländern diese Personen leben und diese ebenfalls christlichen Ursprungs sind, finde ich das umso schlimmer solche Bewertungen zu schreiben. Im Hotel ist jeder Willkommen gewesen und mein Land Bosnien generell ist ein Land mit 3 Hauptreligionen die friedlich miteinander leben und wer das nicht akzeptiert oder respektiert, hat hier nichts zu suchen!

- Helene (10/5): Gute Preis-Leistung - Nettes Hotel mit christlicher Ausrichtung. Dies ist zwar präsent aber nicht aufdringlich. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich. Wir durften nach dem Check-out das Auto noch den ganzen Tag auf dem bewachten Parkplatz stehen lassen und konnten in Ruhe die Stadt erkunden. Die Lage zur Altstadt ist perfekt. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist dem Preis angemessen. Das Frühstück war etwas enttäuschend. Frühstück wurde von 7 bis 10 Uhr serviert. Wir waren um 8:30Uhr dort und es gab fast nur noch Eier, Joghurt und Äpfel. Wurst und Käse waren so gut wie leer. Als ich fragte ob nochmal ein bisschen aufgefüllt werden könnte wurde gesagt nein, es ist alles aus. Als wir gerade fertig waren (9:45 Uhr) kamen nochmal Leute zum Frühstück und plötzlich wurde doch noch eine komplette Platte mit Käse serviert.

- Roman (10/5): Все очень классно. Питание и персонал чудесны. Запретите курить в здании. Тем более что у Вас отель при церкви - Наверное отель при какой-то церкви. Новое здание. Есть комнаты где занимаются с подростками. На самом деле очень хорошее и светлое впечатление от этого места. Вечером возвращались с прогулки. Оказалось что в холле пахнет куревом. Мы из России и нам не привычно что кто-то курит в общественных местах. Но весьма вероятно что это проблема всей Боснии.

- René (5/5): Lage super, Saubertkeit mangelhaft, Einrichtung in Ordnung - Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Badezimmer war nicht wirklich sauber. Auf dem Waschbecken und der Dusche Haare von fremden. Die Dusche war sehr verkalkt und bedarf einer Grundreinigung. Insgesamt ein wenig lieblos eingerichtet. Es gab beispielsweise keine Nachtschränke.

Odamı temizletmek istedim dışarı gezmeye çıktım. Döndüğümde temizletilmediğini ama başka bir odada kalabileceğimi söylediler. Verilen diğer oda nispeten daha iyiydi ama genel anlamda hiç memnun kalmadım. Kahvaltısı da ortalama altındaydı.

- İvonne (10/5): - Hay lugares que no solo se visitan… se sienten. Dompes no es simplemente un hotel, es un susurro de historia y recogimiento. Su nombre, “casa del pan y el vino”, no es casualidad: guarda entre sus muros la memoria de quienes un día llegaron desde distintos rincones del mundo en busca de fe, silencio y propósito. Esa esencia permanece intacta. Se respira en la calma de sus espacios, en la serenidad que envuelve cada pasillo, en las cruces y las imágenes que observan en silencio, como testigos de otras épocas. Es un lugar donde el tiempo parece ir más despacio… donde el alma descansa. A pocos pasos del casco antiguo de Mostar, permite caminar sin prisa hacia la historia, y luego regresar a ese refugio de paz. La limpieza es constante, casi invisible, como si el cuidado estuviera en cada detalle sin necesidad de mostrarse. Y los desayunos… generosos, variados, llenos de ese cariño que se siente más allá del sabor. Mis hijos lo amaron. Y yo entendí por qué. Porque Dompes no se queda en la memoria como un hotel… se queda como una emoción. Y hay emociones… que siempre invitan a volver
- Daniel (8/5): Vrlo dobro. - Sam smještaj, parking, osoblje je dostatnoj razini, što je bilo primarno. Sobe su čiste, ima malih nečistoća koje nekima mogu zasmetati, no meni nisu. Fleksibilno vrijeme dolaska i odlaska je plus koji se moglo dogovoriti. Zaista je osoblje vrlo ljubazno i susretljivo. Što se tiče ponude doručka mislim da bi ponuda trebala biti malo raznovrsnija i šire aspektiranija.

- Edwina (8/5): Fantastic value in a great location for the Stari Most. - Reception staff were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. The whole place was spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the canteen-like dining room was fantastic. Location just 5 mins’ walk from the start of the touristy old town shops en route to the bridge. Our standard twin room was very large. We didn’t realise until we arrived that the hotel is actually linked to the Franciscan church and guests can stay for a longer term too - a nice, interesting change from being with other tourists! The hotel is at a very busy road junction so there’s constant traffic noise but the windows (and we had 4 of them with fantastic views!) seal the noise out very efficiently. We found it odd that there were no bedside tables but that didn’t really matter as we used chairs instead! It’s about 25 mins’ walk to the bus station but we chose it for its proximity to the old town.

- Enis (4/5): - Dorucak je bio uzasan i dobio sam blago trovanje zeludca. Zidovi su pretanki i sve se cuje i vani i u hodniku. Cijeli dan i cijelu noc je neko hlupao vratima i non stop ulazio izlazio. Na samom ulasku u hotel se osjetio ogroman smrad iz kuhinje. Nikada vise!
- Stojković (10/5): - Odlično iskustvo, hotel u neposrednoj blizini Starog mosta,čak I u blizini trgovačkog centra,nekih 20ak minuta šetnje. Soba je bila čista i ugodna. Doručak raznovrstan ,za svakog ponešto. Parking osiguran.
- Ivica (10/5): - Nalazi se na savrsenom mjestu. Sve je blizu. Osoblje jako ljubazno. Izuzetno čisto. Doručak odličan. Parking siguran.
