About this Property
Anno 2024 start Kerkevelde met een heel nieuw concept. Naast een nieuw interieur en inrichting kozen we ervoor om onze B&B om te vormen tot een vakantiewoning.
De gezellige woning biedt plaats aan 6 volwassenen en 2 kinderen en beschikt over 4 ruime en mooi ingerichte themakamers waarin wij een unieke combinatie van de persoonlijke gastvrijheid met alle comfort aanbieden.
In de vakantiewoning werd de ontbijtruimte aangepakt zodat u met familie/vrienden kunt genieten van een warme, charmante living met ontbijttafel en vernieuwde open keuken.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
Gezien de woning in een wijk is gelegen moet de nachtrust gerespecteerd worden. Inbreuken worden zonder uitzondering met de politie afgehandeld. De huurders dragen hiervoor de volledige verantwoordelijkheid alsook de kosten. De woning is gericht naar families en gezinnen.
