Heater
- Janet (10/5): Great stay in Orford - The apartment was private, clean and comfortable, the very generous breakfast was delicious
Mary was very welcoming and friendly
I also liked the outdoor area Nothing
- Joseph (10/5): Our room was very well equipped for a relaxing and comfortable stay. - Our B&B hostess Mary was so welcoming and all our needs were met.
It was a very comfortable stay.
Chocolates to spoil us and a lovely breakfast surpassed our expectations. All very good
- lesley (9/5): Hospitality and comfort in a great setting - From the host’s welcome onwards, this was a wonderful stay. Quiet, large clean comfy space with an excellent breakfast , plus a resident wallaby in the garden! Nil - we should have stayed longer than one night!
- Alexander (10/5): - A convenient stay for our trip to Maria Island. We were well looked after by Mary
- Tess (10/5): Perfect B&B near Maria island. - This was our favorite accommodation in Tasmania. The B&B was in a great location for visiting Maria Island but the property was still very quiet and peaceful. The host left us wine, chocolate, and a fully stocked fridge for breakfast. We especially enjoyed the freshly baked croissants and cinnamon rolls that she made for us. We also had access to the garden where we saw wild wallabies. There is nothing to dislike!
- bursle (9/5): -

- Artem (9/5): - Friendly and lovely host. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. There is also an outdoors nook where you can watch wallabies hopping around the property's garden!

The room was clean and cozy.
Highly recommended.
- Derek (10/5): Lovely stay, lovely host highly recommend. - Lovely property. Lovely Mary so helpful. Home made produce for breakfast. Everything you need. There was nothing not to like.

- Meryl (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anthea (8/5): We would visit again! - Excellent breakfast. Welcome by Mary. Wallaby in the garden All
Good
- Astrid (9/5): Lovely dark and quiet room at night. - Beautifully dark at night in the room - you rarely get to experience this these days as there is so much light pollution even in the country and usually there are tiny bright red or green standby lights on appliances to disturb you. Also it was quiet. So wonderful. And you get an excellent night's sleep. A lovely garden. Friendly and helpful host. Very comfortable. It would be good to have a system for composting organic waste, rather than sending it to landfill, where it contributes to greenhouse gas production, as it breaks down.
- Lindsay (9/5): Superb - Very well equipped, comfortable room.
Nice breakfast provided and liked the fact we could take our time and have this in our room.
Lady owner was very friendly.
Loved that we were welcomed by a wallaby in the garden!
Spring Beach was worth a visit. Not much around in the way of restaurants if wanting to eat late at night.
- Heath (10/5): Exceptional -
- Holschier (10/5): Friendly hostess and room was large and comfortable with lovely garden views - Mary was friendly and the room was large and very comfortable
- Philip (9/5): Superb -
- Cheryl (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the quiet and peaceful setting. There is a private patio just off the room that was very relaxing. We saw kangaroos in the yard.
- Lene (9/5): Cozy B&B - Big room and very comfortable bed. Nice outdoor area (we even saw a few wallabies in the garden), and great location. Very close to restaurants and grocery store, and only 10 minutes to the ferry to Maria Island.
- Marina (10/5): We had a very enjoyable one night stay. Would highly recommend this place for future guests. - Beautiful, clean and comfortable place. Excellent breakfast provision. Friendly host. Nothing
- Tamara (10/5): Exceptional -
- Clive (8/5): Very good - Very spacious, cool, and comfortable. Good location and quiet. Breakfast was generous and loved the pastries.
- Sally (10/5): Exceptional - Such a friendly warm welcome...lovely breakfast, and access from the room to a beautiful garden.
Brian rescued us with a bike repair and a lift in the morning which was absolutely golden. Nothing
- Mark (9/5): Superb -
- Colin (10/5): Just perfect, all l can say is look no further, book it. - This property is amazing, beautiful outdoor space, garden views, massive continental breakfast. Large area and beautifully presented. Highly recommended. There isn’t anything to dislike
- Jenifer (9/5): Superb - Great place to stay on our way to Hobart after a visit to Maria Island. Comfortable and cosy room with a nice terrace overlooking lovely property and gardens. Our host, Mary, thought of every detail, including fresh baked pastries for breakfast.
- Jacqui (10/5): Beautiful spacious surroundings - Very comfortable place to stay, particularly if planning a trip to Maria Island as the ferry departs from nearby Triabunna. Host Mary was friendly and very helpful. We had the whole downstairs level of her house with a lovely patio overlooking the garden. Generous breakfast provisions. Would definitely stay again. .
- Brett (10/5): Great amenity with added comfort. - Very comfortable bed, ample amentity and breakfast provision. The steep driveway can be a challenge, park on the level ground at the top of the driveway to unload your vehicle.
- Kerry (9/5): Superb - Freshly baked pastries were awesome!
- Ruth (9/5): Lovely for a one night stay. Thank you - Nice location tucked up a drive. Friendly host. Lovely croissants. Nice and warm as cold when we were there.
- Helen (10/5): Lovely B&B - Lovely B&B set in a very quiet position. Our hostess (sorry I can't remember her name) was lovely and explained how everything worked. The breakfast options were great and the bread basket lovely. Very comfy bed as well.
- Susan (9/5): A great place for an overnight stay! - We had a lovely stay at Beezneez which is positioned in a quiet location. The room was very spacious and had all the amenities that you need. There is also a pleasant outdoor area where you can relax and enjoy watching the local wildlife. The bathroom was across the hallway but we had exclusive use to it. A continental breakfast was provided in our room, plentiful and yummy. Mary is a lovely host and we would happily stay here again. Nothing really.
- Landfall (10/5): Relaxing, quiet well situated accommodation. Not to be missed. - First impression was the entrance. Leading into a well established garden we immediately started to expect a nice homely feeling. The short drive along the track through the trees was encouraging our interest, then the premises with the sign, "Guest Parking" was spotted. Car parked and entrance found with a note on the door welcoming us and please enter and make ourselves at home, host (Mary) will not be far away. Found our accommodation and was delighted with the size, layout and furnishings. Mary arrived within five minutes and explained everything we needed to know and informed us a little later in the afternoon a platter would be brought down with the ingredients for our breakfast which included fresh croissants that rarely made breakfast time. The room had a comfortable area with two large easy chairs with foot rest, dining table with two comfortable chairs. Bed, TV and coat stand. Patio door led out to large outdoor area well furnished with protected area to enjoy the magnificent gardens. Large bay window in room looked out to gardens and in the morning we looked out to see a rabbit munching of the grass plus numerous birds. A very enjoyable stay and highly recommended. A reading lamp on each side of the bed would have been handy.
- Bill (9/5): Superb - Good location for Triabunna based cruises, very nice continental style breakfast. Bed could have been better.
- Diedrer (7/5): Beautiful position for a stay by the Bay. - The location was wonderful.
Owner very friendly.
Beds very comfortable and clean and warm. Light breakfast was ok, but I'm not
sure about quantity for 2 full days for 2 adults.
- Cincin (10/5): Great house, great owner - Owner very nice and prepare breakfast for us the night before. Room is big. At night, we drive to the beach and saw the aurora. The bathroom is outside the room (but the whole floor is for us to use), just that it is cold at night on the hallway when we have to go to the bathroom.
- Annamaria (10/5): What a gem! - The location is perfect, surrounded by a beautiful garden. You can tell the owner really puts an effort into providing a great stay, the more you look around the room and bathroom, the more little nice touches you find, and the breakfast was very generous. The selection of teas and coffee is great. Nothing - I wish we stayed longer
- Wei (9/5): Superb -
- Wei (9/5): Great location to stay if going Maria Island - Location was great. Very near Triabunna jetty to Maria Island. Mary made delicious croissants and choc au pain as well as the yummiest hard boiled eggs for us. If lucky, you get to see bunnies and wallabies from your room. Lots of birds too. Nothing really. Would be great if bathroom was ensuite and not across the small hallway. But it's only for our use.
- Zoë (9/5): Superb -
- Isla (10/5): Facilities were great, very comfortable and friendly. Would recommend to anyone. - Lovely host, very accommodating and yummy fresh pastries on arrival. Quiet space and very comfortable and clean. Recommendation for dinner was also useful as we were aware that restaurants in the area may close early on the weekdays. Non Applicable. There wasn't anything we didn't like.
- Lynne (10/5): B&B Which Is a Little Gem - The accommodation felt very private being on the ground floor of the house with its own separate courtyard with lounge chairs to relax in plus a table to eat outside in good weather. There was also a table and chairs in the room. Some lovely touches provided by host, Mary, and breakfast was beautifully presented and tasty. We enjoyed our two nights stay. Nothing.

- Constantin (10/5): Beautiful - Clean place, quiet neighbourhood, friendly host, idilic location.
- Ingham (8/5): Perfect location for a trip to Maria Island - Location was very quiet and we had access to a private patio area which was fabulous. - Joan (9/5): Superb -
- Cornelious (10/5): Great place to stay in Orford - Very nice bed and breakfast on a cool property. Loved all the wallabies and rabbits that visited several times a day to our picture window view from bread. Great breakfast. Great location close to an IGA and the ferry to Maria Island. The host Mary was very pleasant. Wished the bathroom was in the room vice the hallway even though it was not shared by anyone this trip.
- John (10/5): We had everything we needed for a great stay - just a shame we were only there one night! - It was all lovely - everything we expected and more. Mary was a great host and looked after us very well. There wasn’t anything we could complain about at all.

The room and facilities were everything we wanted, and the host was very attentive. The veranda and gardens were beautiful and we were visited each evening by a wallaby much to our delight. High recommend Nothing
- Shana (9/5): Comfortable accommodation with easy access to Triabunna - We stayed here only one night, using this accommodation as an easy way to get to Triabunna to do the Maria Island Cruise, which requires an early start. It was a very good choice. Mary, the host, is super friendly. The property had everything we needed. It was quiet and we enjoyed the local wildlife. Everything was satisfactory.

- Pauline (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jennie (10/5): Delightful, relaxing overnight stay with a garden view to die for. :) - Mary was the perfect hostess, we arrived Christmas Eve and enjoyed the most yummy breakfast including some Christmas crackers for fun. Very relaxing outlook after a long drive, wallabies, rabbits and birdlife just outside our window made it magical. Lovely artwork, variety of tea, little treats and a Christmas card, outside courtyard was delightful (especially to enjoy breakfast in the morning sunshine)
- Jamie (10/5): Spacious and comfortable stay with delicious breakfast - Spacious and cosy room, the host had thought of everything, beautiful setting and breakfast selection was great.
