• Shephard (9/5): Our stay was similar as stopping with family or friends. - The breakfast was execellent, much more than expected. The host was very friendly, accommodating, had good knowledge of the area and places of interest. The use of the garage for our motorcycle was an added bonus. No disrespect to the host, but booking. Com, did not mention the stairs. But that was not detrimental to our stay, just difficult for my wife.

• Joanne (9/5): Ypres - last post a moving occasion - Easy access to the town centre- 3/4 mile walk. The just helped with information and provided everything that we could possibly need. The room was a good size and the breakfast was lovely with everything you could want to eat available. One bathroom for 2 rooms although the host said she only booked both rooms giving prior knowledge to customers and if people were happy to share. There was only us there.

The location was amazing - just a short walk from the train station and about ten minutes from Cloth Hall. There were also many cute and friendly cats in the neighbourhood.

Host extremely kind and helpful (walked me to Grote Markt to show me the way). Delicious, varied and generous breakfast. Highly recommended. Got a little lost finding it - would have helped knowing to find the pedestrian pathway IN the train station and then to follow the marked ped/bike path.

It's a 10-15 minute walk into the centre of Ypres. We had the use of the garage to park our motorbikes. The room we stayed in was air-conditioned. We would stop again if visiting Ypres. There is nothing to dislike. It is shared bathroom facilities. We were the only guests, so it wasn't an issue.
• Lia (9/5): Stay in Ypres - We felt very welcome at Joseline's B&B. Nice light room in a quiet neighbourhood very close to the city centre. Joseline provided us with a lot of information. Sharing the very clean bathroom was no problem. In the morning we were treated to a lovely breakfast table. Definitely recommend this B&B and would stay there again on a future visit to Ypres and area. Can't think of anything.

• Simon (9/5): Quiet and friendly - Quiet location, I could park my bike in the garage, friendly owner, good breakfast Fine for a short stay, maybe a little bit expensive for what it is, which is a private house. The walk into town is quite pleasant, about 20 minutes, but it’s seems longer on the way back after a couple of beers! Not to do with the hotel, but be aware the Menin Gate is currently undergoing restoration, so it’s covered up.
• Peter (10/5): I’m very glad that I chose this accomodation and highly recommend it if you are looking for a comfortable and clean B&am - The property is in a safe and quiet location a short 500m walk to central Ypres. It has a very homely feel and Joseline gives an excellent introduction to the property and Ypres. A very good host. Thank you. Nothing really. I was very happy with this accomodation.
• Gareth (10/5): Great place to stay if your a biker - Joseline is very friendly and a great host, could do enough for her guests. Motorbike friendly, I was able to keep my bike in the garage overnight. 20 min walk to Meninport Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in leper Nothing
