• Adriana (9/5): Quando ti fanno sentire a casa mentre viaggi… - La struttura è pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort tra cui sicuramente la gentilezza dei proprietari. Difficilmente abbiamo trovato host così gentili, attenti, disponibili e pronti a rispondere subito a qualsiasi esigenza. In realtà niente, non ho messo 10 solo perché in effetti la struttura non è centrale ma ben collegata con un autobus che in 20 minuti circa ti porta in centro. La gentilezza dei proprietari è un plus che ti fa dimenticare di questa caratteristica.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem klassisch hergerichteten Altbau, mit liebevoll und detailreich gestalteten Frühstücks- und Aufenthaltsbereich. Das Apartment mit Küchenbereich und Bad ist sehr komfortabel, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Asolut sauber! Der Gastgeber war sehr herzlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight und bot große Auswahl. Garage in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir würden in jedem Fall hier wieder buchen.

• Luis (10/5): Excelente opcion para Bruselas - Es un excelente apartamento, muy completo, con todas las comodidades para una estancia agradable en la ciudad. Excelente ubicacion, a pocos pasos de una parada de autobus. Las ventanas estan insonorizadas lo que permite un descanso tranquilo, lejos del ruido de la calle. La comunicacion con Youri, nuestro anfitrion fue correcta y oportuna. Recomiendo este alojamiento sin duda. Seria perfecto si tuviera lavadora/secadora de ropa.

Das Zimmer ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet mit vielen kleinen Extras :) Wir hatten einen tollen Kontakt und ein leckeres Frühstück. Unser Auto konnten wir ganz leicht in der Garage unterbringen. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen!

• Marianna (10/5): Thank you to everyone involved in creating such great service — we’ll definitely be coming back! - We had a wonderful experience staying at this place — everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest details. The view from the window overlooked a local landmark and a playground, and the building itself is beautiful with a very convenient location. Although the street is lively during the day, it’s quiet and peaceful at night, which we really appreciated. There’s also an option to order breakfast, which I personally really enjoyed. The location wasn’t an issue for us, but some might find it a bit less convenient as it's not in the city center — though the excellent public transport (with a bus stop right outside).
• Francisco (10/5): Very comfortable stay while visiting Brussels. - This property was perfect for my time visiting Brussels. There was a bus stop literally right outside of the B&B which made it very convenient to get around. The owners are very kind, and check in to make sure everything is going well. I especially liked the kitchen that was in the room, which was equipped with anything you may need to make a meal. A grocery store can be found a short walk away, which I visited twice during my stay. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Brussels.

The room came with utensils and a kitchenette to cook your own food which was very much appreciated. The breakfast was delicious and excellent value for money. All in all, an excellent stay. • Llywelyn (9/5): Charming Stay with Exceptional Hosts and Great Amenities - We had a lovely stay at this bed and breakfast! The owners were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was a highlight—reasonably priced, abundant, with fresh juice to top it off. The Manhattan Room was cosy and had a view of a busy roundabout, but the soundproofing meant we barely heard a thing once the windows were closed. We also appreciated having access to the living room all day, especially with its great selection of teas and coffee. Although it may seem a bit far from the city centre at first glance, the convenience of a bus stop literally at the doorstep made getting around a breeze. Overall, a delightful stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area! We did have a minor issue accessing the parking on the first night due to some cars blocking our spot, but the owners quickly found a solution the next morning, which speaks to their dedication to making guests feel comfortable.

Luckily, they prepared nice vanilla candlelight. It really helped. — Maybe you should ask the property first.

The breakfast provided was outstanding. it appears to have undergone recent renovations. The building does not have an elevator, so if you have large luggage, you will need to carry it up a flight of stairs to reach the rooms. However, it's not a significant issue. Conveniently, there is a bus stop right outside the building, and the travel time to the city center or other attractions is approximately 30 minutes.

We were pleasantly surprised to be offered complim - I recently had the pleasure of staying at the B&B Avenue Deschanel, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The owners were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The location of the hotel is very convenient, situated just a few bus-stops away from the city center. This made it easy for us to explore the area and enjoy all the attractions without being in the hustle and bustle of the main city. One minor hiccup during our stay was a parking issue. There was a car blocking the way right in front of the parking garage, making it a bit challenging to park. However, this was not the fault of the property owners, but rather an inconvenience caused by the surrounding area.

This wasn’t a problem for me but some may consider the location a bit out of the way for sightseeing in Brussels. However with a bus stop directly in front of the building going to the center it is still a convenient location.

• Fernanda (8/5): Good place needs attention to detail - Beds were comfy, staff was friendly and worked very hard to give us a comfortable stay, we appreciated the help. The parking is super convenient and the rooms are big and spacious. The second day of breakfast one of the ham options had fungus on it. We left it outside of the fridge as there was no one to let know of this but the same was put back in the fridge later on. There was also VERY rotten milk in the fridge and we unfortunately made a coffee with it but thankfully it was visibly rotten while pouring and we didn't drink it. It was changed instantly but there should be more attention to the food every day.
