• Jutta (10/5): Es war einfach wunderbar!! - Wir hatten ein wunderbares Wochenende bei Ann und Hein in Brügge. Die Lage des Hauses war ganz zentral und ideal um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und gemütlich mit einem sehr bequemen Bett und tollem Duschbad. Besonders gefallen haben uns die sehr herzliche und offene Art unserer Gastgeber, die tollen Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt und ganz besonders das liebevoll zubereitete Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Nichts!!

Ontbijt was prima, en ontbrak aan niets. Gastvrouw had de tijd en had een goede uitleg met tips om je bezoek aan Brugge gelijk goed van start te gaan. -

Our room was the best and most comfortable we experienced during our 18 days in Belgium and the Netherlands. That I did not decide to take advantage of her breakfast options. That we chose to walk the distance from the train station, dragging out luggage over the cobblestone streets, instead of calling Uber. Live and learn.

• JERÓNIMO (8/5): - La amabilidad de los anfitriones. Era un barrio muy tranquilo y la casa muy cómoda. El baño dentro de la habitación estaba recién reformado y era muy cómodo. Estaba a 10 minutos del centro de brujas. No había ninguna pequeña nevera en la habitación, y los anfitriones tampoco nos ofrecieron poder utilizar la nevera o la cocina. Había mobiliario en la habitación bastante anticuado, aunque la cama si era muy cómoda.

• vsoloveychik (9/5): - Апартаменты полностью соответствуют описанию на сайте. Они находятся на третьем этаже дома хозяев, лестница довольно узкая, но это не стало для нас проблемой. В комнате была большая и удобная кровать, душ и всё необходимое для ночлега. По ощущениям, в доме всего четыре таких апартамента, и видно, что хозяева вложили в них душу — везде чисто и аккуратно, чувствуется забота о гостях. Мы путешествовали с друзьями и однажды вернулись поздно вечером — нам сделали замечание, что мы были слишком громкими, поэтому стоит учитывать, что шумные вечерние посиделки здесь не подойдут. Отдельно отметим возможность аренды гаража на подземной парковке прямо в доме — это оказалось очень удобно. Расположение отличное: апартаменты находятся в самом центре города, все основные достопримечательности находятся в пешей доступности. В целом мы остались довольны проживанием, но нужно иметь в виду особенности формата — больше для спокойного отдыха.
• Annelies A (10/5): Prachtige, rustige kamer in mooi, wat onbekender deel van Brugge - Het was een heerlijk ruime kamer met goede, comfortabele bedden en een ruim en proper sanitair op een top locatie. Het is een rustige woonbuurt in een wat minder toeristisch deel van Brugge, maar je bent in 10 minuten wandelen in het centrum en 20 minuten wandelen in de prachtige natuur rond Brugge. Ann en Hein heten je met veel warmte en goede tips welkom en het ontbijt is fantastisch.

• Jeremy (10/5): You will not find a better holiday home in Bruges! - We usually stay in self-catered cottages or flats or in hotels. This was our first stay in a “guest house” and was one of the best accommodations that we have ever used! Ann and Hein are absolutely delightful hosts and their home is amazing! Located less than a 10 minute walk to Bruges central square, it is an ideal location to explore the wonderful old town and canals. We had the two rooms on the top floor, each en suite which made it feel like our own flat. My wife and I and our two boys (13yo and 10yo) were all delighted by the comfortable beds, lovely decor and superb facilities. The rooms were spacious, quiet, warm and private. It quickly felt like home. Ann and Hein made us a world class breakfast which you have to experience. The underground car park is well worth it too. Ann and Hein - we have recommended your home to lots of friends already so if you get a rush of guests from Cardiff, you’ll know why :-) Thank you for being so hospitable. Everything was perfect!

The bed was really big and super comfy and the bathroom was spacious and had a great shower. The B&B is in a great central location and within walking distance to the main sights. The hosts are very knowledgeable and friendly and offered great tips and advice for our trip. Everything was fantastic. However, if I had any feedback it would be that we only had one mirror, which was in the bathroom. Ideally there'd be another one in the bedroom :)

We were also able to leave our suitcases there on our final day before our trip home later in the afternoon which was much appreciated. We can’t wait to return!

• Tim (10/5): Please visit a beautiful home with wonderful hosts (and Poirot) in a architecturally stunning city - The first morning we went down for breakfast we were greeted by Anne, Hein and Poirot (lovely lab) we couldn't believe how much care, attention and detail was given. Choices of meats and breads, chesses, home made jam and spreads plus the bonus boiled egg (from their hens) with a smiley face drawn. Second morning, breakfast in their lovely garden, again a beautiful spread of food. Located in the pagoda under their grape vines. You would never believe you are so close to the centre of Bruges and so peaceful. We had to head home.........

Tucked away in a peaceful spot, yet only a short walk into the city centre, via scenic canals and fabulous architecture. The property and garden are lovely, bedroom and particularly the bathroom, super. Breakfast is fabulous - don’t miss it! Thank you to our very warm and helpful hosts. We’d love to return! Parking is a little expensive, but I think that’s just a fact of life in Bruges.

• Angie (10/5): A perfect stopover for a trip to Bruges. A beautiful home, run by lovely people! - The rooms were spacious and very clean, the bathrooms were very modern with beautiful showers! Ann and Hein were lovely hosts, they made us very welcome and were very helpful with hints and tips to enjoy the area. The breakfast was superb, and we would highly recommend them. We opted for the continental version, and were stuffed by the time we left the table! A beautiful house and perfect setting for your trip to Bruges. We found the beds a little too firm for us on the first night, but by the time we had spent the day walking Bruges, we slept like babies the second night!

We loved Poirot the dog too! We opted for breakfast on our last day too and it was wonderful! Nothing, we loved everything. We were there during a hot time and the window got the morning sun, so a fan would’ve been nice but also not essential.
