- Paulien (10/5): een geweldig mooie locatie met een zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. - Een hele mooie locatie, mooi schoon en ruim appartement. De eigenaar was heel vriendelijk en bereid om het ontbijt wat eerder te verzorgen omdat ik vroeg weg zou gaan. Het bed was prima, de douche was heerlijk. Er is geen tv op de kamer, maar de eigenaar wist mij te vertellen dat de meeste gasten dit niet erg vinden. Ikzelf was alleen en vond het wel fijn om even tv te kunnen kijken. In de gemeenschappelijke ruimte is wel een tv.

- Annemiek (10/5): Fijn "thuis-komen" - Je komt aan en krijgt gelijk een zeer vriendelijk ontvangst. Eenmaal in de kamer kijk je uit over een prachtige omgeving. De rust - ruimte en vriendelijkheid zorgen voor een top verblijf. Ook het ontbijt is super goed. Dit is een plek waar ik zeker naar terug zou willen gaan.

- Marjorie (9/5): - Tout très bien et magnifique couché de soleil ce jour là J'avais vu les photos de chambre avec immense baie vitrée, chose qui m'avait fait choisir cet établissement et je pense avoir eu la seule chambre sans la baie vitrée. Ne restant qu'un soir, je n'en ai pas parlé au propriétaire.

- Luuk (10/5): Comfortabel, aangenaam en zeer gastvrij. - Goeie douche, ruim opgezet, van alle gemakken voorzien en de host deed er alles aan om ons verblijf zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. Het gebakken eitje met spek in de ochtend was heerlijk. We hebben ‘s avonds wat last gehad van muggen op de kamer.

- Nigel (8/5): A hidden gem - Beautiful large room with one south facing wall of glass overlooking a stunning rural view. Large modern clean shower room. Breakfast was perfect. Bernt and his wife were super helpful and friendly. They suggested a local pub for an amazing fillet steak for E22 and the friendliest welcome ever..plus a Michelin star woodland restaurant in easy walking distance. It was very hot during our stay and the room was unbearably hot..it really needed airconditioning

- Alessandra (8/5): Good location with nice view - The location is really nice and owners very friendly and helpfull. It's also not far from all the main Flanders destinations. The camera was very nice with a beatiful view on the fields and a very big bathroom with both shower and bath. The breakfast is rich of salted and sweet choices and the owner can cook also some eggs or bacon on request. The stay at this bed and breakfast was really nice. We enjoyed almost everything. Only thing that can be improved in my opinion is the cleaning of the room if the stay is more than one night. Despite the room was very clean when we arrived at least cleaning the floor every day would be appreciated. However we suggest this place where to stay for some days in Flanders.

Just go there ! - This is the B&B as it should be; the friendly face, all small & lovely, superb and personal service, spacious rooms and a lounge for a cold drink from the honesty bar. Breakfast with warm bread and an egg with tasty bacon All was splendid; you may doubt about the location because it is a bit rural, but the panorama and quietness is also a bonus, hence we love it

- Frederik_daneels (10/5): Relaxing stay to (re)charge the batteries! - 't Oezent is located at the heart of the 'Vlaamse Ardennen', a really beautiful region to explore on foot or by bike. We were warmly welcomed by Bert when we arrived and felt immediately at home. The room that we stayed in was spacious and had an impressive view over the landscape, amazing to wake up like this in the morning. The breakfast was wonderful, with self made jams and gingerbread. There is plenty of parking space at the B&B itself. I travelled for business and this was an excellent spot to calm down after a busy day.
