- James (10/5): - 20 minutes from Bruges
Friendly helpful staff.
Clean room
- Alexis (7/5): Nice quiet place to stay - Free parking on site, late check-in flexibility, quiet location. There is not a real shower only a bathtube without a curtain directly under ceiling so not able to stand to take a proper shower. Plan B is on the side there is toilet and 's water tab. Not very clear from pictures posted.
- Etienne (10/5): -
- geert (8/5): - Vriendelijke mensen Geen douche
- davide (9/5): - The hostess was busy decorating rooms ready for summer season so I was the only guest!! She kindly gave me a lovely larger room with nice decor and had a small breakfast at no extra charge. The restaurant looked very nice but unfortunately closes on weekdays! I felt that for the price charged breakfast should be included. No problem being a few kilometers from oostkamp as I had a car but needed if you want a restaurant and shops.
Vlotte check-in.
Heel proper.
Ruim bed met super-zachte lakens/deken. Geen douche, en bad(kuip) in de nok van het dak, je kan moeilijk recht staan;
Water en thee op de kamer👍, we misten koffie (al was het maar oplos-koffie);
Shampoo voorzien, maar dan geen douchegel.

- Anke (6/5): Kann man machen, für meine Bedürfnisse schlafen und duschen ok, oder für eine Durchreise, Urlaub eher nicht. - Lage ist top, dicht an der Straße; kostenfreie und zahlreiche Parkplätze; heißes Wasser; Föhn; freundliche Familie; großes Bett; sehr ruhig, da Zimmer 1 nach hinten raus gelegen ist;
Sehr tierfreundlich, unser kleiner Hund durfte ohne Aufpreis sogar mit ins Zimmer Die Fliesen im Zimmer - es war steinkalt;
die Wanne unter der Schräge - Duschen ging nur im Sitzen;
Keine Heizung im restlichen Bad, da das hinter einer Pendeltür lag, das WC war super kalt;

- steven (9/5): Mooie tussenstop! - Prijs kwaliteit verhouding Geen commentaar
- Rui Paulo (9/5): Muito acolhedor. - Ótimo pequeno-almoço continental trazido ao quarto à hora escolhida. Excelente atendimento. Satisfeito e com certeza voltarei.
- Marilena (9/5): -

- Andreea (10/5): Authentic and cozy experience - Best place to stay if you want to visit Bruges, but also enjoy a more intimate and authentic experience. Everything was perfect and the breakfast is a must! The hosts are lovely and they put a lot of heart in what they do.
- Arno (8/5): - Ik heb liever een douche ipv alleen een bad
- Jean (9/5): Une excellente surprise j’y retournerai.
hier moeten ASAP nieuwe in komen
- Ines Valente (10/5): -
- Walter (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf waar je je echt welkom voelt - Zeer vriendelijk personeel Niets
- Samuel (9/5): -
- Simon (10/5): -
- hanjo (7/5): Goed - De locatie was goed.
- Lea (8/5): - Mooie locatie. Interieur was mooi.
Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars. Familiezaak waarin liefde inzit.
- sophie (9/5): -

- Bianca (10/5): Wonderful Stay - Beautiful setting. Everything is very well thought out. Wonderful hosts The only thing missing is hooks and somewhere to put your toiletries while having a bath
Parcheggio privato in loco.
- Natalia (10/5): A warm, homely, and stylish stay in Belgium. Thank you for the hospitality! - This is a truly cozy family-run B&B with an incredible soul and atmosphere. The room was comfortable and felt very homely and stylish at the same time. I was traveling by car with my child and dog. The dog was welcomed free of charge, and there was also free parking, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. The garden is beautiful, and in the evening it feels magical with the lights and lanterns. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options. The hosts are a wonderful family – very warm and welcoming. This is of course a matter of personal taste, but I prefer cotton bed linen. However, this detail did not spoil the overall wonderful impression of the stay.
- Martine (8/5): -
- Irene (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andra (9/5): Superb -
- Laura (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kevin (6/5): Pleasant - Convenient location, çlean The restaurant was only open on weekend and breakfast had to be before 9 am.
- Cynthia (7/5): Good - Wonderful restaurant open on the weekends. Great family run BnB. People were wonderful. We could have had a little more personal attention. We were there two nights and had coffee and water just the first day, only one coffee cup and had to ask for toilet paper. I’m sure we could have asked for everything else we wanted, but it wasn’t convenient.
- Vladimir (10/5): Exceptional - Although on the main road, the place is quiet and welcoming. Friendly and helpful hosts called me before arrival and greeted me with warmth and care. The building is well looked after, felt like five star hotel. Every detail in the room was well thought through and quality. Decoration and design was amazing!!! Maximum credit to the lady of the house! Would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.
- M. (10/5): Great place - Good hospitality
- Frank (9/5): Great B&B. - Our second dtay here. Very welcoming hosts and very nice facility. Breakfast in the room was amazing. Suggestion to add a curtain between bedroom and bathroom.
- Karst (10/5): Exceptional -
- Neringa (8/5): Cozy, great place next to Bruges - Lovely decor and very clean. Had a lovely restaurant downstairs with lovely owners. Was a bit hot in the room and hard to sleep due to that. The check in time is a bit late
- Jessica (9/5): Super easy, beautiful large room and friendly staff - The room was huge, really big bed, super dog friendly, the staff were really welcoming even though we arrived late at night. Perfect spot to stay if you want to visit Bruges but be a little out of the city. The stairs to the room were a bit dangerous - very narrow treads and a lip at the top of the stairs. It wasn’t really a problem for us but something to bear in mind for less able travellers.
- Oğur (10/5): It was restful - Breakfast is very delicious. Rooms are so clean and owners smile face are really friendly. Nothing
- Rachael (8/5): Very good -
- Alexandre (9/5): Very nice place and people -
- Abhimanyu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cossor (9/5): Nice place for a short stay. - Location was perfect to overnight on the way from UK to Germany. Host was super helpful. Restaurant was not working. No doors between the bedroom and bathroom.
- Margaux (9/5): Superb -
- Chris (8/5): Lovely stay!!! - We received a very warm and friendly welcome. The room was lovely and clean and had all the amenities. We loved the bathtub in the room! We also liked it was a family run business, they were all so kind and accommodating. Would like to see plant based options on the breakfast menu.
- Olga (10/5): Exceptional - Gorgeous place and people who are taking care of it. My great respect
- Zanni (4/5): Disappointing - The sheet on the bed not clean, crumpled and smelling as used already previously
- Chantal (8/5): Very good -
- Kepin (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE! We had to call police for the owner's rude and dangerous behavior - Nothing We had booked 2 rooms for a night at this hotel. Unfortunately, there were numerous mosquitoes in the room. My wife and I had to wake up in the middle of the night because we couldn't sleep, and we had to kill at least 20 of them. In the morning, when we complained to the owner, instead of helping us, he yelled at my wife and came dangerously close to her, pointing his finger at her. He yelled at us, asking us to leave the property. We had to call the POLICE because of his behavior towards us.
He claimed that we were the first people complaining about the mosquitoes, but we found numerous mosquito stains on the wall when we checked in.
Furthermore, he falsely claimed to Booking.com that we were a "no show" so that we wouldn't be able to write a review.
Additionally, please note that there's only a bathtub in the middle of the room without any separation and wall. There is no separate bathroom. We found this detail missing in the hotel's description.
The fan in the room was so dirty that it was throwing dirt out of it when we turned it ON.
- Philippe (8/5): Nice, friendly, take care, not expensive - Charme of the hotel. Car park. Kindness of the staffs. Gorgeous breakfast made with care. The mosticos, a mosticos nets would be required as we had a serious mosticos attack overnight.
- Vladyslav (10/5): Exceptional - Exceptional service and friendly staff🙂
- Casie (8/5): Very good -
- Joel (9/5): A wonderful dog friendly place- great to explore Flanders or as a stop off - Lovely staff and owner who go the extra mile for you, good for our dog. A lovely restaurant attached to it. Quiet, clean, private access. Loved the breakfast. It was extremely warm weather so the room was a little stuffy. Would’ve been great to take breakfast outside.
- Kamal (10/5): Excellent stay with very friendly owners - Excellent friendly owners If you have car its great to go to brugge center. Without car maybe time taking
- Marcin (9/5): A wonderful stay in Belgium in peaceful location ideal for - We had a wonderful stay at this place enjoying the time with our dog. The fields behind the house were perfect for morning walks with the dog, offering a peaceful start to the day. The property has convenient parking at the front, and the location is ideal for visiting Brugge. There's also a petrol station just five minutes away, which was very handy. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and appreciated receiving fresh towels after our first day. The rooms are situated in the attic, which became quite warm during our August stay. While we appreciated the fan provided, installing air conditioning would be a great improvement.
- Francis (10/5): well placed for Bruges and quiet - calm location, super room service style breakfast, large room
- Darijo (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely place and very friendly hosts. Excellent location, smooth check in, it was just a great spot to recharge on our roadtrip.
- Steve (10/5): Exceptional -
- Simon (10/5): Exceptional - Big bathroom, excellent breakfast was served early meeting our travel requirements. Staff friendly. Staircase little steep to upstairs.
- Anne (10/5): Exceptional - The owners were very welcoming and friendly. The room was delightful and the food excellent.
- Ralf (7/5): Nice, but never again for us. - The room was very nice unfortunately no separate bathroom and toilet, everything in one room. For us a No-Go. Again, nice location and restaurant, but we don’t come back. All inclusive means here, everything in one room.🙁
- Maria (7/5): friendly service, they could put sheets without holes - Friendly staff, good location from the city center and pretty place. the sheet had holes and we found more than one spider.
There were no large towels for drying. Only small face towels for the shower
- Marie (9/5): Overnight stop - Very friendly hosts. Room was clean and comfortable, and was nicely heated for our arrival. Bathroom solution unusual, with bath and sink in the room and toilet in small room with swinging door, but all very functional. Coffee machine, kettle and small fridge in the room, with tea bags and coffee pads supplied. We didn't try the restaurant as it is only open Friday to Sunday, but other eating options are available within walking distance. Stairs up to the room fairly steep, which could be a problem if you struggle with stairs.
- David (9/5): Lovely family owned B&B - We loved that the B&B was family run and everyone was very friendly. We had dinner, which was delicious and our room was very comfortable. We found it very easy to drive into Bruges from here as well.
- Gülpembe (6/5): Not worth it if you are not a fan of open toilets and closed spaces - The room was large. Bath tub was large. Birds outside. Bed was dusty. One window on the roof is not enough on a cloudy day (the mirror is not a window). Toilet was open, no extra ventilation and it was dark. It could use more lights. There was no soap dispenser.
When we entered the room around 8:30pm it was chilly. Radioter couldn't be turned on. Later in the morning it was on.
There was no shower, I should have known this. You wanna have a quick shower when you are dirty and then fill the bath tub to relax. Trying to have a shower in the bath tub would wet the room it was difficult.
I booked the place because the lobby, dinner area looked cosy with nice decoration. I wanted to spend time there. Maybe have some drinks. Maybe only sit and look outside or read. We were welcomed in the restaurant area and quickly sent to our room through a way of closed doors and obstacles for the dog. Turns out it's the dogs territory? You are not allowed to relax there. Shame. Maybe they had a busy day but their attitude wasn't very welcoming.
You have to decide if you wanna have breakfast from the day before. We couldn't decide so we said no at that moment. I would have liked to be able to decide in the morning, depending on my hunger level. Then we were told we can enter and exit through the backdoor since we are not having breakfast (which means we were not allowed to go through the lobby area) and we were limited that way.
- Marina (8/5): Good location, very nice owners but messed up on some details - Convenient location, small property, very friendly staff, very nice environment near by Having a bath in my room- rather than in bathroom.
No soap, just shampoo
Used capsule of milk left in the drinks tray - belonging to previous guest
There looked to be chewing gum dried and stuck to the sheet
No milk for coffee
Shower handle was damaged: I pointed out that this was sharp and people could cut themselves
Did not get receipt I asked for
Would have preferred to have breakfast in the dining room and not in my room
- Carol (10/5): Peaceful relaxing and excellent food. - Even though the restaurant was busy, the hotel rooms were quiet. Rooms were spacious warm and well presented.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was continental and I recommend you take the opportunity to dine in the restaurant. We took a short walk to the cafe for drinks and a few games of pool, this is because there is no bar in the restaurant. This is due to it being a B&B and not a hotel. Turn left as you exit the hotel, and wander down to the cafe.
- Peter (7/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay prices for dinner especially for a small bottle of water were highish - Breakfast was ok but not exceptional.
The location is also ok The wc was not ventilated; it had only a partial door to the kammer this was uncomfortable for us and it had poor amateur lighting with batteries !!
There is a trip hazard (lip to the edge) at the top of the stairs
