- Michaela (10/5): Fantastische plek met een top gastheer! - Espaces d'Or is een fantastische plek om een paar dagen te verblijven. Wanneer je de snelweg verlaat ben je in een paar minuten op locatie, midden in de natuur. Het is er heerlijk stil, veel bos en de eekhoorntjes rennen door de boomtoppen. Het huis is prachtig, mooi ingericht, met zorg gestyld en van alle gemakken voorzien. We kregen een fantastisch ontbijt met zelfgebakken brood, zelfgemaakte jam, appelsap van appels uit eigen tuin en verse honing van de buren. De gastheer is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam en weet wat gastvrijheid is. Wij voelden ons direct thuis. De kamers zijn heerlijk ruim, mooie badkamers, goede bedden. Echt allemaal top! Vanuit de locatie zijn eigenlijk alle leuke uitjes binnen tien minuten te bereiken, zoals Walibi, Aqualibi, Aventure Parc (klimbos), golfbaan, en gezellige stadjes met veel eettentjes waar je verrassend goed kunt eten. Het is op zich logisch dat ze er zijn, op zo'n plek in het bos, maar de spinnetjes die overal in de hoeken en gaten zich ophielden, daar was ik minder blij mee.

- Jane (9/5): Quiet, calm and a lovely property - This property is in the middle of the countryside, which was exactly what we wanted. There are lovely walks all around and the property itself is bathed in birdsong. I went out before breakfast and watched the roe deer at the bottom of the huge garden area. Didier was extremely welcoming and even made his own bread for our breakfast. We stayed here on our way to the Amsterdam - Newcastle ferry and it was perfect. We will be making it a regular stop. The beds are super comfy, you get a great wifi connection and there are coffee and other drinks at your disposal. The B&B is located in a green area: absolutely quiet nights with no noise pollution at all. Nothing to remark.

Didier and his wife were very friendly and eager to ensure all was good. Breakfast was wonderful, lots of home made goodies - bread, honey, quince jams, apple juice - it really was delightful! There is also use of a communal kitchen which we used after a long day driving. Nothing, perfect for our needs

Excellent breakfast with fresh ingredients and free use of coffee machine. The access road has large pot holes which made access very bumpy. If it were my place, I would have filled in the holes with some hardcore.
