• Clare (10/5): Absolutely fabulous I would definitely stay here again and I will recommend this to friends. - I met Angela on arrival who was super helpful at explaining the apartment to me and how I access this after hours as I was heading out with friends and would not be home till later that evening. The property was exceptionally well kept, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was brand-new. I was travelling alone and I felt incredibly safe with my own private entrance and a security/sensor light. The fridge was stocked with eggs, bread, some spreads milk and orange juice. There’s also a basket on the bench with some Easter eggs and muesli bars. Not that I needed it for my stay however there was plenty of street parking if you have a vehicle. There was nothing I didn’t like about the property however if you don’t have a car, you will need to taxi in and out to the local shops restaurants etc as the property is in a suburb.

• Vicki (10/5): Great place to relax and unwind. - Peaceful setting amongst lots of greenery and a well maintained garden. Hosts are very friendly and the apartment was well equipped with everything you might need for a short stay. Bed was very comfortable. The apartment is at Lighthouse Beach which means one has to drive to cafes and restaurants.

• Michael (10/5): We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Perfect! - It was beautifully presented, absolutely perfect for us! The wonderful hosts, Angela and John, have set the place up with absolutely everything we could possibly need and even catered for my gluten- intolerance with gf toast and cereal! It was very, light, clean and airy, making it perfect holiday accommodation. There was nothing we didn’t like!
• David (9/5): Great place to stay, would liked to have stayed longer than 1 night. - Great accommodation, perfect for a one night stay or a week away. Very friendly host and itwas all the little touches, like chocolates and fruit, the host had in the accommodation made it special. It was very well equipped throughout. Breakfast was great, again small touches, always thinking of the guests. Quiet area out of the centre of town made it peaceful. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

• Roy (10/5): John was super host and this was the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed. Everything well and organized. - Super clean. The Wi-Fi was not so good.
• Sara (10/5): One of the Best - The heaven's opened as we arrived so we sat in the car until the rain eased a little. John came out with an umbrella, a big smile and offered to help with our bags. The B&B is spacious and is located in a beautiful, well kept residential area with lots of trees and bushes and an abundance of birds. Waking up to the birdsong was magical. The rooms were spotless. There was everything you could need for an overnight stay, milk, tea, coffee, fruit juice, cereal, bread, butter, jam and fruit. Some glass bricks (to let in light in the bathroom). I felt there should be a blind to cover them for more privacy. I did bring this up with the owner who says they will be re-modelling in the future.

• ELOISE (10/5): Really lovely property with excellent host. - We loved the location which was next to the rainforest and very close to the beach. John the host met us at our car with an umbrella to help us in with our luggage during a heavy thunderstorm and was very friendly and helpful. The place is lovely and clean with excellent facilities and we could have happily stayed there for more than the one night we booked. The breakfast is a really nice with a good choice and we found the recommendations for local restaurants really helpful. Nothing.

• Kyran (10/5): Fantastic stay in a beautiful part of Port Macquarie - The area was beautiful and felt very private and safe. Parking was right outside accommodation. They provided food for breakfast, eggs, bread, yogurt, milk, juice, tea, coffee, fruit, exactly what our wee family needed. John and Angela were lovely, we had coffee together down at the local cafe which was less than a 10min walk from the property overlooking the beach. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Clear instructions to check in and house rules I would recommend adding more flexibility to the check-out time to accommodate different customers' circumstances. I have not seen a washing machine, so I'm not sure if someone will rent for long distance, how the laundry will be done.

We were greeted by John who helped our small family with bringing the luggage in, I am amazed at how nice they are. We even bumped into them for coffee and had a nice chat! An amazing family :) I suppose the beds were a little hard or maybe lopsided? Other than that, it was perfect.
