- Mary (10/5): Exceptional - We absolutely loved our stay! Mäggy, our host, was incredibly sweet and hospitable, making us feel right at home. The house was beautifully designed, spotless, and located in such a scenic area — every detail was perfect. The view from the balcony is amazing! Mäggy has thoughtfully prepared a printed booklet with nearby tourist spots and restaurant recommendations, which was super helpful. We truly wished we could have stayed longer. I also highly recommend taking a walk around to enjoy the charm and beauty of the surrounding villages. We’ll definitely be coming back. Nothing, it was just perfect.

- Sunhyoung (8/5): If you want to relax while looking at the beautiful scenery, I recommend this accommodation. - 1. The boss is kind. 2. The view from the room to the outside was so beautiful and nice. In the morning, I ate drinks and bread that I bought from the mart while looking at the wonderful scenery from the balcony, and at night, I could rest while looking at countless stars. 3. The room was spacious, and it was comfortable and nice because it had a refrigerator and a coffee machine. 4. There was a sauna facility, so I could relieve the fatigue accumulated while traveling. Make sure to bring an outlet used in Switzerland! Fortunately, we were able to stay comfortable because the boss gave us one, but I think it would be good to bring it. And it might be a little hard to come if you're not people who rent a car and travel. Parking is free!

- Karen (7/5): Good option for those that want a staycation and be away from the city life, but not for those that want to travel and v - Views and vibes were nice. I liked that it was a peaceful countryside house. Many animals can be spotted en route to the place, I even saw a few llamas. It is not easily accessible for non-car renters. Online showed an estimated a 20-30min car ride from downtown Luzern, so I thought I wouldn’t have much issues getting to the location with public transportation. I was wrong. I took a bus from Luzern Central Station to the stop closest to the location, intending to walk the rest of the way to the house. However I soon found out online showed that it was an estimated close to a 40min walk to get to from the closest bus stop to their location, due to how steep the roads were and high up the accommodation was. I tried to call a taxi and uber for over an hour, but no luck at all. Eventually a nice stranger passed by me and offered a ride to them, and turns out ride was only about 5min. When we arrived, the hostess said “Where were you guys, we have been waiting for you guys a long time.” I explained the situation with struggling to get a ride to their location from the bus stop and she replied“You should’ve messaged me, we could’ve drove you guys up. We always have shuttle service available for guests.” However she never once messaged me the offer to pick me up at all.

Accommodation We stayed in a Double Room with Private Bathroom, which was actually a small studio type room. It was at the front of the building, next to where you check in. Spotlessly clean, finished to a high standard and made great use of the small space. Well equipped kitchen with oil, condiments, beverages supplied. (description does not specify kitchen, but photos show the facility). Really comfortable bed. Free parking onsite Service Although our host didn’t speak English, we could understand what he was telling us and he came across very friendly. Would I stay again Yes, good value for money Reception area may not be clear to some. Our room at the front had “guest” by the doorbell and a few guests rang it thinking that is where they check in. The bell to check in was next door on the left.

But this has all facilities and well planned place. Has good views of the surroundings. Small studio room is slightly too crumpled. Not much space to keep the luggages.

It is not that I did not like, but the common area to eat and prepare food was a bit small with just one mini bar for all rooms. Maybe we could have used the downstairs kitchen for that, but we did not really needed. It was also hard to understand from the listing if it is a room in a house or a separate unit.

We told her give us 5 min to finish packing but she entered our bedroom anyways and started picking things up. - Allan (9/5): We loved this stay so much that we are considering coming back and staying for a week - The location was fantastic, it's in a small quiet village overlooking green fields towards the Alps and it's only a short drive to a larger town where supplies can be bought. There are walking trails in a forested area not far away, just in case you haven't walked enough already. The breakfasts were excellent, and once served we were left alone to contemplate the days adventures.
