- Grummett (5/5): - The breakfast was excellent. We were asked to meet with the hostess in her office for checkout. While she stood right there were were given a debit machine that had tip suggestions starting at 18%, which adds up to $80 for two nights. That was the starting point. My bed was never made, and I actually had to clean up the shared bathroom myself (the other guest left a massive mess) in order to brush my teeth. Why am I paying a tip of $80? I thought it was in poor taste.

- Difc (6/5): Chatty hostess and a hot night's stay - The breakfast was acceptable, though we were scolded for being 15 minutes early. The house is decorated in an interesting way. There was an outlet for my CPAP. The room was quite uncomfortably warm, despite a rather noisy jury-rigged floor model air conditioner. The bedding was very heavy with no light options. The beds are quite narrow. I have stayed at this house before under previous ownership and this room used to be a kitchen. A small kitchen. The bathroom is miniscule and awkward for showering. I think the shower stall was about 2 feet by two feet. Seriously. The reading lamps over the beds are battery operated and mine was on its last legs. Could not read by it for sure. The television and stereo do not work. The hostess is an actress who likes to talk about her experiences.

Very clean and the room was super comfortable and tidy. Rhonda absolutely goes out of her way to make the guests comfortable and just goes above and beyond in all aspects. Her breakfast was so delicious and she kindly considered all of my food intolerances and preferences, even made me separate dishes to accommodate. The location is also so perfect, on a quiet street but only minutes to all the restaurants, shops and theatres. I also thought the place looked even better in real life than in pictures!
