• Franz (10/5): - Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Gastgeber Audrey & Philippe sind super nett und kümmern sich sehr herzlich. Die Atmosphäre ist entspannt und familiär. Das Essen ist übrigens super lecker, ich würde auf jeden Fall empfehlen das Essen mitzubuchen. Es gibt auch eine Sauna und einen Whirlpool, das war super nach meiner langen Radfahrt.

Audrey super gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza! La località è un pochino scomoda da raggiungere con i mezzi pubblici, occorre studiarsi bene gli spostamenti.

Mit viel Aufmerksamkeit, echter Herzlichkeit und einem feinen Gespür für die Bedürfnisse ihrer Gäste sorgen sie dafür, dass man sich wie zu Hause fühlt. Das geschichträchtige, stilvolle Haus und das feine Nacht- und Morgenessen runden das Erlebnis perfekt ab. Ein Ort, an den man gerne zurückkehrt.

We'd highly recommend. - Upon arrival at Chambres d'hôtes Chez Epicure, we were warmly welcomed by Audrey and Philippe and immediately felt at home with the smell of home cooked food in the air. Staying here, although for a short time, allowed us to experience not only Philippe's amazing cooking and Audrey's kind and welcoming demeanor, but additionally allowed us to try the local food and emerse ourselves in a small, intimidate part of Switzerland. We felt the bed could have done with a few more pillows.
• Nicole (10/5): Heimeliges Haus mit zwei wunderbaren Gastgebern - Wunderschöne & ruhige Lage, gut erschlossen zum ÖV, heimeliges Haus, sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Warmer Empfang durch das herzliche, freundliche und aufgestellte Paar. Fühlte mich, als wäre ich zu Hause bei meiner Tante und Onkel ;) Danke, dass ich bei euch sein durfte. Auch die Umgebung lässt einen staunen.. traumhafte Wanderungen durch die Wildnis, Begegnungen mit sehr warmen und hilfsbereiten Menschen und absolut faszinierende mittelalterliche Gebäude.

Auf meiner Radtour durch den Jura hatte ich mich verfahren und war am Abend in einer Entfernung von über 10 km mit leerer Batterie meines E-Bikes "gestandet". Ohne große Worte kam der Gastgeber mit seinem Kombi und hat mich samt Fahrrad "gerettet".Vielen Dank! Freundliche Aufnahme, gute Betten, schmackhaftes Abendessen, Frühsück mit selbst gemachter Marmelade und lokalem Käse .... Ich komme wieder. Alles gut.

• Beat (10/5): Empfehlenswerte Herberge, wo Herzlichkeit noch etwas bedeutet - An erster Stelle: die offene Herzlichkeit und das Herzblut von Philippe und Audrey für ihre Arbeit und zum Wohl der Gäste! Ich habe mich von Anfang an SEHR wohl (und fast ein wenig zu Hause) gefühlt. Alles ist unkompliziert organisiert. Ich hatte ein fast riesiges Bett im 4-er Schlafraum, mit witzigem Eingang durch eine Schranktüre. Alles war sauber und einladend. Audrey ist auch Künstlerin: ihr schöner Schmuck hat mich beeindruckt und ebenso Philippe's Kenntnisse und Tipps zur Umgebung und zu den Wanderwegen. Alles bestens!

• James (8/5): You get what you pay for but there were not many options. - It was a public holiday and the owner was doing everything. He didn’t speak any English but despite that we managed to get our room, store our bikes safe and had a good dinner and breakfast. Bit old and an English speaking staff member would be good.

• Madeleine (10/5): I loved my stay at Chez Epicure. - Chez Epicure felt very welcoming, comfortable and homely. It was a nice place to relax after walking on the Via Francigena, for which it is well situated. The hosts spent time talking with me and provided local information. There was nothing I didn’t like.
• Floris (10/5): Immediate home away from home by wonderful hosts - Audrey and Philippe are such wonderful hosts, we felt right at home! We came with 3 bikes doing a larger bike trek, and it was great to be able to store our bikes in the garage (and pump up the tires), have a great meal (both for dinner and breakfast) with produce and dairy from the region, adjusted to one of our vegetarian diets, and enjoy their company and hospitality. We also really enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi as a way to relax after a long day of cycling. The village is pretty, and it's perfectly located along different outdoor routes (hiking/cycling). We stayed in the dortoir, which was exactly what we wanted! Many thanks. Nothing to speak of, we really enjoyed our stay.

I love this family hotel . everybody will like this hotel . so many books . love to come back to visit those beautiful swiss villages . must go to relax there and walking .

The breakfast was very good, as well as the dinner being homemade by the hosts. A special highlight was the way to my shared room, having a hidden magic entrance. You have to come for a visit to find out. ;) Thanks Audrey & Philippe making my bike journey special!
