И конечно бы хотелось, чтобы в доступности круглосуточно были варианты для приготовления чая и кофе. Этого не хватало. А так всё ВЕЛИКОЛЕПНО!!!! И очень удобное заселение. И обратная связь с администрацией. Спасибо большое за отзывчивость Сабрины и Кристины. Я - инвалид, и мне предоставили всю необходимую помощь. МЫ ЕЩЁ ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО ВЕРНЁМСЯ!!!!!!!!
• Jill (9/5): fijn verblijf in een mooie setting - Het hotel heeft een mooi zicht op het meer van Brienz en er rijdt af en toe een treintje voorbij. De kamer was proper en had een eigen wasbak. De gedeelde badkamer was steeds vrij (en ook zeer proper). Er was een wasmachine en droger, en een gedeeld keukentje met alle benodigdheden. Het personeel was vriendelijk, begripvol en flexibel. Het ontbijt was meer dan voldoende en lekker. Vlakbij was er een uitstekend restaurant met Zwitserse/Oosterse keuken. Het dorp ligt op enkele minuten wandelen. De tuin was gezellig om te zitten/ontspannen. De zelf check-in was gemakkelijk. De host is bereikbaar als je vragen hebt. Ik zou zo weer boeken. De trappen zijn gehorig, dus als iemand 's nachts naar toilet gaat, dan hoor je dat. Er zijn geen liften, mocht je die nodig hebben. Voor ons was dat geen probleem.
• Yan (10/5): - 这家酒店的早餐非常美味，选择品种非常多，有好吃的可送面包，还有全麦面包，还有很多黄油芝士萨拉米火腿肉，还有水果番茄，黄瓜，苹果，香蕉，每一样都特别好吃，酸奶咖啡麦片果汁应有尽有，想吃什么都很齐全，如果下次还能再来瑞士的话，还会选择这家酒店！虽然卫生间和淋浴间是公共的，但是大家都非常有素质，弄得非常非常干净
• Isafa (10/5): Trop court, on reviendra! - Le chalet a un magnifique jardin avec chaises longues et belle vue. C'est très calme. La chambre est très propre et les lits super confortables. Le petit-déjeuner propose des produits locaux. Le parking est facile d'accès. On peut voir passer le train à vapeur du Brienz-Rothorn et faire signe aux voyageurs, c'est très sympa ! Les quais de Brienz sont bien aménagés, avec des jeux et des chaises longues gratuites, merci! Pas de TV, mais on s'en passe facilement.

• anna-nancy (7/5): Sehr schön, aber für Sfr. 195,- auch genug bezahlt :-) - das Frühstück war super! Und der Lage war fantastisch. Das Zimmer war herzig und okay. Schön, ruhig, schöne Garten. Unkompliziertes check-in Der Kühlschrank hat in sehr kurzer Zeit alle unsere Sachen eingefroren. Die Temperatur konnten wir leider nicht selber einstellen. Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert. Beim Frühstück kam eine grössere Gruppe (8 Personen) Die Mitarbeiterin schleppte die (kleine) 2er Tische durch den Raum um sie zusammenzustellen. Das war sehr unangenehm während dem Frühstück...
• lydia (8/5): - J’ai vraiment beaucoup aimé cet hébergement. L’endroit était incroyable, propre, calme et confortable, parfait pour se détendre. Pour ceux qui recherchent le calme, je le conseille vraiment. À un moment, j’ai même cru que j’étais seule dans l’hébergement tellement c’était paisible. La vue sur le lac était juste magnifique, ainsi que la nature autour de l’endroit. L’emplacement était facile à trouver, juste à côté d’une gare qui permet d’aller à Interlaken et d'autres emplacements, avec aussi des bus pour le site de Giessbach à environ 10 minutes. Il y avait même un embarcadère pour les bateaux. Tout cela pour un prix très raisonnable. Pour le check-in, ils envoient les codes d’accès le jour de l’arrivée, ce qui est vraiment pratique. Je recommande fortement !

The living room area with coffee and other supplies was really good. The WiFi was strong enough. Fantastic view from our room. Self-check-in couldn’t have been easier. Excellent, responsive communication. The pillows are very thin. There is no fan in the room, which would have been a nice addition. Otherwise, it was all excellent.

• Eunbee (10/5): 다음에 또 오고 싶은 곳! - 주차하기도 편하고 고요해서 좋았습니다. 시설도 깔끔하고 특히 조식 빵이 너무 맛있어서 몇번이나 가져다 버터에 발라먹었어요. 조식먹는 곳 뷰도 미쳤고 공용주방이 따로 마련되어있는데 식기류 모두 깔끔하게 준비되어있어서 잘 사용했어요~ 브리엔츠역이랑도 가깝고 마트도 걸어서 5분거리에 있어요~ 다음에 재방문 의사 있습니다 !! 충전기 코드를 스위스 것으로 가져오셔야해요. 들어가는 구멍이 약간 작습니다.

• IRINA (9/5): pleasant stay, beautiful location, all facilities are fresh after renovation; tasty breakfast - beautiful location, nice view to the lake and sunset from the window. Breakfast was good for any taste. One small disappointment was related to breakfast. I asked if it would be possible to purchase a piece of bread left over after breakfast, as I wanted to take it for a picnic later that day. Unfortunately, my request was declined. I assume the bread might have been intended for use on the following days, although it seemed unlikely that it would still be fresh. It would have been nice if the hotel had been a bit more flexible in this situation.

• Lauren (10/5): Beautiful B&B we had a perfect stay would visit again - Location is amazing, beautiful views and lovely garden to relax in. It’s so close to the train station and lake and a few nice restaurants nearby. Bedroom and facilities were spotless, we had a shared bathroom which we were slightly worried about but it was absolutely fine! Especially as we would shower in the evenings so never had to wait to use it. Breakfast was great, lots of options and was always ready at 7:30 with fresh bread and pastries every day. Nothing! Everything was great and as expected

• Michele (8/5): Charming, comfortable but a little quirky - Location wonderful, views of the lake and of the steam train. Our room was spacious and we enjoyed the little balcony. Breakfast very good. We did have to watch our heads going in and out of the room, doors were made for shorter people 400 years ago! The building we stayed in was very old and there were no notices to ask people to be considerate. The couple staying in the room above ours the first night were very noisy, dropping luggage and stomping around. It would help if the B&B would explain to guests the beed to be quiet and considerate in such an old building

ΠΡΕΠΕΙ ΝΑ ΑΛΛΑΧΘΟΥΝ ΟΙ ΠΕΤΣΕΤΕΣ, ΕΙΝΑΙ ΠΑΡΑ ΠΟΛΥ ΠΑΛΙΕΣ ΚΑΙ ΕΧΟΥΝ ΛΕΠΤΥΝΕΙ ΜΕ ΤΗ ΧΡΗΣΗ ΚΑΙ ΤΟ ΠΛΥΣΙΜΟ ΚΑΙ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΣΚΛΗΡΕΣ. ΑΝΤΙΛΑΜΒΑΝΟΜΑΙ ΟΤΙ Ο ΞΕΝΩΝΑΣ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΠΟΛΥ ΠΑΛΙΟΣ ΚΑΙ ΣΤΑ ΔΩΜΑΤΙΑ ΕΧΕΙ ΚΑΠΟΙΑ ΜΥΡΩΔΙΑ ΠΟΥ ΔΕΝ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΕΥΧΑΡΙΣΤΗ. ΑΛΛΑ ΑΥΤΑ ΔΕΝ ΜΕ ΕΜΠΟΔΙΣΑΝ ΑΠΟ ΤΟ ΝΑ ΚΑΝΩ ΚΑΙ ΠΑΛΙ ΚΡΑΤΗΣΗ ΣΤΟΝ ΞΕΝΩΝΑ ΑΥΤΟΝ. ΤΟ ΠΡΩΙΝΟ ΙΣΩΣ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΛΙΓΟ ΦΤΩΧΟ ΘΑ ΠΩ.

• Maca (9/5): - Me encantó la cabaña, la comodidad de la cama, la ducha, la amabilidad de Sabrina y el riquísimo desayuno que sirvió. Las vistas desde el comedor son soñadas. Lo único que no me gustó es que a la noche se siente demasiado el silencio y no queda nadie del personal. Durante la noche que me quedé, llegaron dos hombres bastante tarde y me pidieron que les abriera la puerta de entrada al B&B.

• Louise (10/5): - The view was incredible. The room was spacious and the shower was hot. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection of food. The staff were friendly, responsive and helpful recommending local activities and places to visit, they made our stay a lovely experience. The bed could have been firmer. The bathroom was on the floor below.

• Jérémie (9/5): Petit-déjeuner très complet et bon, très bon emplacement du chalet et appartement propre. - Proche du lac et de la gare La terrasse donne sur la voie de chemin de fer ce qui est plutôt sympathique et n’occasionne pas tellement de nuisance sonore Nous étions situé sur l’appartement du bas. Les pas des locataires du dessus faisaient beaucoup de nuisance sonore dès 5h00 du matin. Je recommanderais plutôt de prendre l’appartement du dessus
• Sonja (10/5): A lovely accommodation in a beautiful town on the lake. Definitely worth a visit. - Stayed in the Spycher twin room, which was extremely spacious. Storage space was plenty and beds were comfortable. The views from the window towards lake were pretty and having the Rothorn train drive right by the house was cute. Closeness to the train station, boat dock and restaurants was great. Breakfast was good and the main house also had a nice common space and garden to enjoy. A great place and highly recommend! Would definitely stay again. The bathroom was somewhat cramped and especially the shower/tub combo with a curtain that had to be places inside the tub, made showering a little hard. Also, as the room has all the space for it, a small kitchenette would be a great addition!
• Lindsay (10/5): Delightful stay in a quintessentially and very cute Swiss chalet in a fabulous location. - We chose this chalet because of the view it provided of the Brienzer Rothorn steam train, and it did not disappoint. The little train chugged delightfully past our window, just gorgeous.
• Jonas (9/5): Cosy B&B in the heart of Brienz - Good location, close to the station. Nice room with a great view.

• Renate (8/5): - Einfache, zweckmässige, saubere Unterkunft. Gutes Frühstück. Durften das Auto ohne weiteres stehen lassen am Abreisetag. Kommen gerne wieder. Etwas hellhörig. Für uns kein grosses Problem.
• Yves (9/5): Un séjour parfait dans un chalet suisse historique. - Emplacement exceptionnel, avec une vue sur le lac et le chemin de fer à vapeur. Chambre très spacieuse avec un frigo. Petit déjeuner complet et copieux. Personnel sympathique et prévenant. Possibilité de se rendre au centre de Brienz à pied. Parking avec suffisamment de place.
• Gfeller (8/5): - Kleiner Wermutstropfen war, dass kein Fonduecaquelon zur Verfügung stand. Das hätte ich jedoch auch im Voraus abklären können.

• Aiswarya (8/5): A picture perfect stay - Location is extremely beautiful with the steam engine passing right in front of the property. Also, it was good that breakfast was included in the price. Nothing much to dislike as such. Room size was smaller that we expected but was fine for 1 night.
