• Jan (10/5): Sehr einfach und sehr sympathisch! - Das A Côte ist sehr einfach, aber das sieht man ja auch so aus der Beschreibung. Gemeinschaftsbad wie ausgeschrieben. Alles ist sehr sauber, und das Frühstück toll. Der Gastgeber ist sehr unkompliziert und macht alles menschenmögliche für die Zufriedenheit seiner Gäste. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Kürbis-Konfitüre am Frühstück. Wir waren mit dem Rad unterwegs, mit einer langen Strecke vor uns, und auf unsere Bitte war auch Frühstück um halb acht statt um acht möglich. Einfach toll!

• Clémence (10/5): C’est avec grand plaisir qu’on reviendra - Café très charmant dans un joli village, accueil très chaleureux, nous avons adoré échanger avec le propriétaire autour d’un verre et des petits snacks, le petit déjeuner était formidable de très bon produit proposé, la chambre était fonctionnelle équipé d’un petit lavabo, la douche commune et le wc étaient très propre.

• Patricia (10/5): - Clean, comfortable and very friendly and welcoming. Good size room and great shower. Perfect overnight stop after hiking the Creux du Van, and lovely breakfast in the morning.

• René (9/5): Wer ins Val de Travers reist, macht am besten in Môtiers Halt und übernachtet im Gasthaus à Côte! - Ich habe auf einer Velotour in Môtiers Halt gemacht. Die Gastgeber sind super nett. Das Frühstück aus lokalen Produkten sehr lecker und das Zimmer war für mein Verhältnisse sehr ideal. Das Gebäude ist schon älter und daher sind die Zimmer doch recht ringhörig. Aber dank Ohrenstöpsel habe ich fast nichts von meinen lauten Zimmernachbarn (laute Diskussionen, TV usw.) gehört.

• Nicoletta (8/5): Very good - Lovely property in the absolute center of Môtiers. Just a few steps away from all the essential Museums and Restaurants. The owners are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a selection of local cheese and an exceptional tasty homemade pumpkin marmalade. We had the rooms with the bathrooms which were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night. The perfect stay overnight for some absinth tasting and wonderful hikes in the area. For a bed and breakfast in a rather less touristy place are the prices relatively high, although compared to other hotels in the area are the prices in the same value range. But other than that nothing major to complain about. Will definitely visit again.

• Craig (6/5): For a quick over night it was perfect. - It was a small room but had a double bed and a sink in the room as the bath was shared down the hall. Bath was very old, but clean.

The rooms are big enough and its very pleasant to provide electric kettle, tea and coffee in the room. The breakfast options are very basic.

• Samuel (9/5): Friendly and helpful host, comfortable lodging, and exceptional breakfast in a charming location. - Breakfast was exceptional! We were treated to a plentiful bounty of local cheeses, homemade yogurt, local jams and fresh breads and pastries. The host also prepared it at the time that was convenient for our plans, which was helpful and appreciated. Travelers should be aware that this is an older building and that, as such, the upstairs area where guests stay is up two flights of stairs that are narrow and not particularly accomodating for large luggage. This was not a problem as it was expected and natural for a building like this, but it's something to be aware of.
