• Erick (1/5): Para nunca más - La ubicación Pésima experiencia, no lo recomiendo en absoluto. Llegamos a la hora del check-in y nadie nos recibió ni contestó las llamadas, dejándonos esperar afuera por más de dos horas. Al ingresar, el dueño nos asignó sucesivamente dos habitaciones distintas que estaban sucias y con las camas usadas. Ante el reclamo, la respuesta del propietario fue que no tenía solución y nos instó a cancelar la reserva. Esto nos obligó a buscar un alojamiento de emergencia y más costoso sobre la marcha, generando un mal rato innecesario para todo el grupo debido a la total falta de organización, comunicación y responsabilidad del lugar.

• Yessenia (8/5): - Habitación cómoda y limpia, con un lindo balcón. El desayuno demasiado pobre. Durante la estadía se sentía olor a cigarro dentro de la habitación y no entendía por qué.. Al irnos le comentamos a la señora que limpiaba las habitaciones y nos dijo que ya hubieron reclamos por eso, alguien fumaba abajo de la habitación y subía todo el olor, era desagradable, lo fome es que ella dijo que ya habían reclamado por eso, pero lo seguían haciendo..

La persona que nos recibió, creo que es el dueño, no tiene empatía, en mi caso tengo discapacidad auditiva y a pesar que se lo dije, siempre habló bajo y no lo podía oír, tuve que pedirle que subiera las valijas al primer piso, porque yo con 70 años no lo podía hacer. Nunca nos dio la bienvenida, ni nos mostró las instalaciones, ni el reglamento del hotel. Es decir la atención por esta persona Carlos Lucas fue pésima. La instalaciones adecuadas para el precios. La atención de Carlos Luca, la informalidad con respecto a la facturación, no me quiso dar ni recibo, ni factura por la estadía. Que no cobra con tarjeta de crédito y no acepta billetes de dólar si están doblados o apenas ajados, siendo que tienen validez legal.

Además la ubicación en el barrio de la costanera y muy cercana a restaurantes y comercio es muy conveniente. Hubo un detalle que nos gustaría que mejorara y es que, ocasionalmente hay olor a tabaco (cigarro) que entraba por la ventana del baño.

• Eugene (7/5): It was a good stay, but it got off to a poor start. - Good location, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, our room had a lovely balcony. There was not a kitchenette as described but a shared family kitchen. Owner agreed to correct listing. With a holiday week and owner's extended family visiting, preparing meals or even carrying in was not a good option. A welcoming tour of the facility, explaining plumbing and common spaces we could or couldn't use would have helped tremendously. A small table for the balcony or room would have added to the flexibility for meals.
• Kuantung (10/5): Great value and convenience! - The location is excellent. It's only one block away from the lakeshore and you could view the beautiful volcano from there. It's very convenient to walk down to the shore to enjoy the view but away from all the noise. 3 blocks away from the town center and you have many restaurants to choose from. I felt hit jackpot when I got there. 😀 Really not much but if I really want to be picky: the shower space is a bit small and the breakfast could be a little bit better. That's all.

• Pavel (3/5): Bad - The place is relatively close to the water, view to a nice green garden and a little water steam under the balcony. I am working and traveling and the owner was super nice and allowed me to check out an hour later in order to have a meeting with clients. That was nice. I couldn’t pay with card. There is no wardrobe or kitchen in the room. Not even a refrigerator. In order to get to the room you have to walk through the living room of the family - no privacy. But the worse of all is that it’s next to a noisy restaurant with terrible loud music until 3am. What is more there is some tourist music train that passes every 10-15 min with other terrible and loud music. This loud train automatically makes the alarms of at least 4-5 cars on the opposite parking go off. Add to that noise from police and noisy cars. Imagine all these noises at the same time. It’s totally impossible to sleep at least until 2am. Maybe fine for drunk tourists but I wouldn’t go there again. I don’t recommend it.
