DO NOT BOOK – Serious Violations and Safety Concerns We had an absolutely terrible experience at this property during what was supposed to be our anniversary trip. The owner repeatedly violated our privacy and lied about it to both us and Booking.com. Here are four major violations we encountered: 1. Privacy Violation – The owner entered the house without permission through the back door to grab his cat. He also came into the private patio area every night for various excuses and could see directly into our bedroom while we were sleeping. Despite his claim on Booking.com that he doesn’t enter the property, I have video proof of these incidents. 2. Health Hazard – When we arrived, there was a cat locked inside the house for hours, despite my noted severe cat allergies and asthma. I was sneezing and had asthma symptoms the entire stay because of this irresponsible and inconsiderate act. 3. Unhygienic Conditions – The bed sheets were dirty and had two large stains. I immediately contacted the owner, and it took them until 7 PM to replace them — completely unacceptable. 4. Broken Amenities – The coffee machine was broken, and they brought us a replacement that was also dirty after more than an hour of waiting. We had video evidence of everything mentioned here. But to make matters worse, the host lied to customer service, and Booking.com showed zero accountability or support for these serious violations — even ones that involved unauthorized entry and guest safety. We were so uncomfortable, we slept with a knife next to our bed for safety. That’s how unsafe and invaded we felt. Who enters a private patio at night while guests are sleeping?! Avoid this place at all costs if you value your privacy, safety, and health. Do not ruin your vacation like we did.
• Yabin (10/5): Our family had an amazing weekend！ - The place was peaceful with stunning views. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with well-separated sleeping areas for adults and kids. The host thoughtfully provided apples, yogurt, and welcome chocolates, which was a nice touch. The highlight was the large outdoor hot tub on the deck; soaking in the warm water while overlooking the sparkling lights of Kelowna at night was truly magical. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

• Dory (10/5): slip into sky high luxuries of this suite - It was a gorgeous suite with a pristine feel. The space was generous and the Spa is the perfect end to a day in Kelowna. There were ample linens and several complimentary items. such as personal care essentials and breakfast provisions. There were plenty of appliances and washer and dryer. They have iron board iron and hangers. The views are stunning and the security was excellent as it is a gated entry with a private entrance. respectively the host is like a ghost not seen unless granting a request. With granting a request they were communicative and responded promptly. It was a most hospitable stay. Having a couple day stay was nice but too short .

• Diana (10/5): Exceptional - The property is exceptionally beautiful. The owner went all the above to accommodate our plans and make the stay unforgettable. The room included a huge private outdoor space with a jacuzzi and it was the best experience being there with a view. The room is very clean and spacious, we had everything needed. If I will get a chance to visit Kelowna again, I will definitely book the same hotel. The best experience ever, thank you so much again!

Aside from the obvious and not having control over the weather, the location has a beautiful view over looking Kelowna. The unfortunate down fall to our trip is that I didn’t check the weather. Unfortunately we were hit with fog the entire stay, however it did turn it into a nice snug weekend in the hot tub and potentially made us save money from being out every day 😬
• Justin (3/5): would not stay again - nice place and a great hot tub We had one friend come to visit and woke up to a message from the owner complaining that our friend stayed too long and that he wasn’t allowed to stay, even though i had booked a family suite. I had taken the courtesy to message the owner prior to let them know I had a visitor coming, after spending money to enjoy our stay I did not appreciate being treated like a child that was trying to sneak a friend in for a sleepover. Waking up to multiple messages sent at midnight was extremely unprofessional. If I could request a refund I would.

• Michele (9/5): Very clean, private and comfortable! I would definitely stay again - Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable! The hot tub was amazing and everything was very private! It is not walking distance to anything, it’s a really good idea to rent a car.
