La inmersión a través del avistamiento de aves y la interacción con la naturaleza es una experiencia inolvidable. La comida del restaurante muy buena. El personal muy amable. La piscina con apariencia natural estaba excelente. Tienen un mirador 360° excepcional con happy hour para pasarla genial con tu pareja o amigos. 100% recomendado. Primera vez que voy a Minca por lo que elijo este sitio para volver en el futuro.

- Steve (7/5): Sympathiek hotel even buiten Minca. - Rustig gelegen. Sympathiek. Vriendelijk ontvangen geweest. Er is een zwembadje. Ligbedden. Bar. Restaurant met mogelijkheid tot 3 maaltijden per dag. Lekkere maaltijden. Basic kamer. Eenvoudige maar goed werkende badkamer. Verderaf gelegen van Minca dan verwacht. Toch ruim 5 km. Hotels zijn allemaal wat duur in Minca, dus minder comfort voor hogere prijs.
- Néstor (10/5): HERMOSO - El alojamientos es increíble, tiene todo y cuenta con agua caliente, de verdad que muy grato el alojamiento. No esque no me haya gustado, pero para tener servicio a la habitación debes pedirlo sino no vienen. Aún así cuando nos dimos cuenta y lo pedimos, lo hicieron de inmediato.
- Sergio (9/5): Excelente relación calidad/precio - El servicio es excelente, te hacen sentir muy cómodo y hacen todo lo posible por ayudarte. La comida es deliciosa y la vista desde el mirador es única. La habitación y baño estaban limpios, cuenta con balcón y hamaca. El lugar es tranquilo. Si te gusta caminar, puedes ir hasta la Finca la Victoria y hacer el tour del café. Para ir al pueblo debes tomar una moto que cuesta 20.000 pesos por persona. El wifi funcionó muy bien el primer día, los demás días estuvo intermitente, por falta de luz en toda la zona. Es recomendable llevar efectivo a Minca, ya que la red de celular no entra bien y si se va la luz, no hay forma de hacer las transferencias. La piscina se ve mejor en las fotos que postean, si bien está rodeada de naturaleza, le falta mantenimiento.
- Ricardo (10/5): Um refúgio tranquilo na montanha, perfeito para relaxar e desfrutar da natureza - Tivemos três dias muito bons neste alojamento. Foi uma estadia extremamente relaxante no meio da montanha — acordar com o som dos pássaros, ver o nascer e o pôr do sol a partir do miradouro e aproveitar toda a tranquilidade do lugar. A piscina é fantástica e muito refrescante. O staff é impecável, sempre muito disponível e simpático. A comida também merece destaque: o pequeno-almoço pode ser preparado ao nosso gosto e os jantares são muito bons. Há ainda água filtrada sempre disponível para os hóspedes, o que é um ótimo detalhe. Uma menção especial ao António, o proprietário, que é extremamente atencioso e esteve sempre disponível para ajudar. Todo o espaço convida ao descanso, desde as espreguiçadeiras junto à piscina, às redes espalhadas pela propriedade, até ao miradouro lá em cima, onde é possível relaxar numa rede, ler um livro, apreciar a vista ou até fazer yoga. Também ficámos muito contentes por sermos os primeiros hóspedes portugueses — foi uma experiência especial e teremos muito gosto em recomendá-la e contá-la aos nossos amigos. Nada a apontar — tivemos uma excelente estadia.

Y aunque el desayuno está incluido, si te quedas más de una noche la oferta esta limitada a huevos, arepa/pan y café. La leche no se sirve caliente :( Se ofrece en el mirador, bar que abría a las 17:30h y de martes a miércoles no abrió. Me quedé :(

- Mau Bou (8/5): Prachtig verblijf in de bergen bij Minca. - Heerlijke locatie om tot rust te komen met prachtig zwembad, super mooi uitzicht en sauna. In de ochtend kun je ontbijten met uitzicht op prachtige vogels waaronders kolibries. Jammer dat we tijdens zonsondergang bij het uitzichtpunt de bar daar gesloten bleef. Snap dat het rustig was, maar anders misschien de koelkast selfservice maken. De locatie bevindt zich +-15 minuten rijden met de motor van het dorpje vandaan, mocht je daarheen willen. Kleine tip: de sauna moet iets langer voorverwarmen en aan blijven, nu ging hij net uit toen het een beetje warm begon te worden :-)

- Guillermo Bv (9/5): - la ubicación arriba del pueblo y con un excelente mirador lo hacen perfecto para descansar y desconectarse de todo. increíblemente contaba con calentador! algo poco común por el precio que ofrecen. 10/10. al llegar nuestras habitaciones no estaban listas del todo, con todo y llegamos bastante después de la hora usual de check in. el bombillo del baño de una de las habitaciones estaba averiado. Como consejo es bueno que destinen algún tipo de tapete o toalla para la salida del baño, y así no se hace desastre con el agua+arena a la salida de este, que se entiende es bastante común en la zona por lo rural.
- Diego (8/5): Tranquilo, hermosa vista. - La vista en el mirador es espectacular Las opciones en el desatuno son pocas y hay horarios en el día que no hay atención del restaurante. Un día nos tocó ir a almorzar al pueblo porque ya no tenían servicio de restaurante.

- fabienne (10/5): - Die Anlage, das Personl sowie das Essen war super toll. Wir hatten warmes Wasser zum duschen (und dies bei Sturmwetter). Das Zimmer war ein bischen spärlich eingerichtet, da man jedoch nicht viel Zeit im Zimmer verbringt absolut toll Es gab mehrere Hund. Zwei davon eher schlecht erzogen (liefen auch immer wieder in die Küche, hygiene Technisch fragwürdig).
- Gianluca (8/5): Peaceful location with an amazing view! - Nice room with outdoor shower with an amazing view! You can see monkeys directly from the room and hummingbirds while having breakfast! The sunsets from there are fantastic! The guest next to our room where quite noisy and they had two dogs that they weren’t able to manage. It would have been better if the were on the next house which was free as we couldn’t use the terrace because the dogs were left there.

- Abdel (9/5): Desconexion - que tiene diferentes espacios, mirador, pisicina, areas de estar, senderos etc. Buena comida. Avistamiento de aves para los que les gusta. Terrible que no tuvieran un letrero en el camino principal para saber exactamente por donde entrar al hotel. Llegamos en la noche y como no había letrero. señal, u orientación. Aunque waze indicaba haber llegado no había ni una sola señal de que esa era la entrada y el camino desde la salida de la carretera hasta el hotel es de aprox 1 KM, difícil para un carro bajo. Nos pasmos, nos metimos en otro camino. No hay señal en la zona para poder llamar y validar. Cuando preguntamos en el hotel porque no tenia letrero nos dijeron que se había dañado, de hecho lo vimos en el parqueadero en el piso, Si no es por una persona de la zona que iba en moto y que nos llevó hubiéramos tomado la decisión de volver a MINCA. La ubicación la coloque baja no porque estuviera mal ubicada pero si para llamar la atención con respecto a COMO LLEGAR. Como otros hoteles de la zona, colocar fotos, o enviar por wapp una guía de como llegar seria adecuado pues solamente decir KM x los campanos para un área rural no es suficiente.

- Smith (4/5): Lugar hermoso pero necesita mayor inversión en personal para brindar un buen servicio - El ambiente es muy bonito y tranquilo, con varios espacios para divertirse y relajarse, la atención del personal en general muy buena. Primero para llegar no había señalización y nos perdimos, nos tocó preguntar en el camino, al llegar al hotel solo nos dijeron que se había caído la señalización y no la habían puesto otra vez. Además durante la estancia se fue la luz varias veces y luego toda la noche (no sabemos si es normal o no porque nunca nos indicaron que se iría), fuimos a recepción a averiguar y no había nadie disponible, lo cual no debería pasar, siempre debe haber algún encargado en recepción, sin embargo, no creo que sea culpa del personal, más bien deben contratar más personas porque una sola no es suficiente para la cantidad de huéspedes y sobretodo en época de vacaciones. Para hacer el pago aunque nosotros no tuvimos inconvenientes porque llevamos algo de efectivo, sí fue complicado y muchos otros huéspedes debieron esperar horas porque no había luz ni sistema para pagar, recomendación deberían hacer el cobro al llegar para evitar inconvenientes en la salida.
- ARTURO (10/5): Me sorprendio el lugar, no es solo un hotel, es un punto turistico. - Aparte este hotel pensando en la cercania a otras actividades, pero el hotel mismo tiene para hacer caminatas por el bosque, un mirador, alberca natural y lo suficiente para pasar 2 o 3 dias recorriendo y descansando. El servicio de restaurante podria ser mejor, sobre todo en variedad, pero en general fueron muy amables y justo en precio.

Le cadre est idyllique, le personnel est au top (après une première nuit avec des voisins bruyants, ils se sont arrangés pour que nous n’ayons plus de voisins jusqu’à la fin du séjours). Attention l’accès se fait par 4x4 uniquement, mais le jeu en vaut la chandelle !!!

- Zàrate Barros (10/5): Felicitaciones - Un excelente lugar para desconectarse de todo, fuí con mi familia, pudimos disfrutar de su piscina natural, el senderismo estuvo espectacular, pues caminamos hasta el nacimiento del agua , se me regó una lágrima cuando ví el jardín de las hadas, es mágico, había soñado con un pequeño jardín así cuando era niña. El hotel tiene plan si vas de romance o familiar o las dos cosas a la vez, pues en el mirador te ponen música en la noche y puedes tener un momento muy romántico, también hay servicio de spa. Buen precio y gracias a Dios una habitaciones muy limpias. El chef es muy bueno y nos ayudó con nuestra situación alimenticia en la noche pues le solicitamos algo que no estaba en el menú pero él se acomodó sin problema a lo que le pedimos. Los felicito.

- Rocio (9/5): Great staff, the hotel it's an experience by itself. - The staff is super attentive, great customer service. The breakfast is typical from the region so I like it. They helped us calling the motos and the Jeep to go back to the town, the hotel itself is an experience with the waterfall, the hiking, the view points, the birds! Excellent! Extra point, the are 10 minutes walking from the famous Hacienda La Victoria, so this is a plus.

Estar allí me permitió reconectar con la naturaleza, disfrutar de su belleza y realmente descansar. Además, la comida es deliciosa y complementa perfectamente la experiencia. Es un sitio ideal para desconectarse y apreciar lo esencial. Realmente no hubo nada que no me gustara. Mi experiencia fue muy positiva y el entorno superó mis expectativas.

Têm um grupo canino muito simpático para receber os hóspedes ☺️ e o hotel tem localizações com vistas incríveis ☺️ Podiam ter mais opções de escolha ao pequeno-almoço.

- OSCAR (10/5): Parfait - Vue à couper le souffle depuis votre lit, Grand, balcon, douche en cascade extérieure. Chambre moderne et très propre. Confort ultime. Service de restauration impeccable : bon rapport qualité prix, et au moins deux choix pour les plats du soir. Très facile de se déplacer avec les moto, Taxi, obligatoire depuis Minca (1h30 à pied sinon). Piscine et lieu général de l’hôtel, très agréable

Views from the rooms itself are overlooking the trees. Better views from the mirador. But overall, it wasn't an issue.
