- J (3/5): No son petfriendly - Nada Decía que eran petfriendly, y apenas llegamos nos hicieron el feo por los perros, nunca nos dieron ni platos,ni cobijas para los perros como lo decía en la descripción, nos hicieron una revisión rigurosa de los pelos de los perros y pretendían cobrar más por el aseo, se supone que eran petfriendly y es normal que todo perro bote pelos, y eso que nuestros dos perros no duermen en la cama, están acostumbrados al piso. No están para prestar este tipo de servicio.
- González Sánchez (7/5): Buena estancia, se recomienda mejorar la comunicación. - La locación y los espacios privados están en buen estado, se nota que pensaron la acomodación para la comodidad: tienen calefactor, posibilidad de armar fogata fácil y cómoda, las camas son buenas y en general tienen lo esencial. El desayuno es bueno. Cuando llegamos nos informaron que llevaban 2 días con problemas de agua, lo cual fue incómodo porque llegamos con la disposición de bañarnos pronto (pudieron informar con tiempo para nuestra organización). De igual manera, la solución para el tema del agua consistió en cerrar los registros pero informaron después de haberlo hecho (mientras tomábamos las duchas). Entendemos que este tipo de inconvenientes pueden ocurrir en cualquier momento y se salen de control, pero una comunicación más oportuna es una mejor alternativa para los huéspedes.
- DIANA MILEMA (8/5): Un lugar muy lindo para descansar. - El glamping es muy confortable, los espacios son muy lindos y agradables. La entrada es muy empinada lo que dificulta el ingreso. La electricidad no es muy buena, el jacuzzi solo se puede usar dos horas y se demora demasiado en calentar y para que esto ocurra hay que desconectar todos los electrodomésticos. La ducha casi no calienta y hace mucho frío en la mañana para usarla con agua fría.

- Alexandra (9/5): - We spent three nights and we really enjoy it. The cabin has everything you need. The personnel’s attention was amazing and the breakfast was tasty. We have had a small problem with bed the first night, however after we reported it was fixed immediately. To say something, I would advise to check minor details in the cabin, bathroom door handles were not attached properly and they fell down. (Just a small detail ;)

- Prado (10/5): Amazing - We loved Hakuna Matata Glamping. It was in perfect condition, really organized and clean. They set anything you may need for your stay. Also, the view is amazing and the breakfast is homemade and delicious.
- Manfred (10/5): Everything was amazing !! - I just loved everything about this place! First of all, the communication via WhatsApp, even before I got there., was excellent. Johan and his wife responded always promptly and made sure, all needs and wishes were taken care off. The place is a 20/25 min walking distance from the Pueblo, which I didn’t mind cause the way is really nice ( however a Mototaxi costs only 15000 ps). The cabin was very quiet, comfortable and cozy, great warm bedding, a heater for cold mornings ,a minibar with cold drinks and snacks, a kettle with teabags , an awesome terrace with an amazing view , and a fireplace for nights with wood ! Breakfast was served on the terrace( the night before you could order your choice ). I also fell in love with Wauwee, the dog, unfortunately can’t remember the other dogs name From the Glamping you can hike up to the cascada de la virgen., a nice waterfall within 1 hour. I ve travelled several times in Colombia , and this was definitely my favorite place. Muchas gracias pot todo , mi estadía con ustedes fue excelente !!

Spectacular views, friendly and helpful owners, comfortable heated rooms, hot water, great breakfast. There is not much to do in the evenings in Mongui, so much better to stay here where you can enjoy the amazing views in the day and the 50 gazillion stars at night. Nothing, all excellent.

- Christopher (10/5): Fantastic accomodation - Incredible friendly and helpful young hosts who provided us a very pleasant stay including breakfast brought to your cottage every morning. The accomodation was very cosy and clean and the scenery was stunning. Even though it got a little cold at night the electric heater provided us a warm and comfortable stay. Hot water was available everytime throughout the day. We can totally recommend Hakuna Matata Glamping!!! Nothing to complain.
