• Nicolas Di Schiavi (9/5): Buen lugar. - Muy buen desayuno. Cuenta con varios espacios de estacionamiento pero lo recomendable es llegar temprano para poder ubicarlo en el hotel. El restaurante es una buena opción para comer allí y no salir ya que estacionar en la zona céntrica es difícil. Es una ubicación cómoda para hacer desde allí las distintas actividades que hay por la zona (si tenes auto y sino allí te ofrecen tours que te pasan a buscar y luego te traen) la atención es muy buena y te ayudan en todo lo que necesites. La habitacion no tenia TV Smart, solo se podían ver algunos canales y no podías conectar un celular o ver netflix o alguna App. Si bien esta a 3 cuadras del centro de Santa Elena, para ir en auto no tenes donde estacionar y para ir caminando es un trayecto en bajada y luego en subida.

It was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and we had plenty of space as well as a small fridge. There was no air conditioning — but you really don’t need it, as it cools down nicely at night. The hotel’s restaurant was truly fantastic, and the staff were just as wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. We arrived a little early for check‑in and hoped we might be able to enter the room a bit sooner. Our room was still being cleaned, so we couldn’t go in before the official check‑in time — although we were asked to pay already. It’s really just a minor thing, more of a high‑level complaint than anything else.

Pokój był bardzo czysty. Na śniadanie do wyboru są 4 różne opcje, więc każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Polecam. Śniadanie mogłoby być trochę większe.

Das Bett was sehr bequem. Die Lage war super, man war super schnell im Zentrum. Parkplätze gab es auch genügend am Hotel. Die Rezeption war super über WhatsApp erreichbar. Die Pizza im eigenen Restaurante war super lecker und perfekt an einem Wind und Regen Tag um das Zimmer nicht mehr verlassen zu müssen. Bad ist relativ feucht und der Föhn geht nur begrenzt.

The staff were very nice people - The room given to me was on the second floor and I had to log up my heavy suitcase, etc. Monteverde is very windy and thus the room was ver noisy including motorcycles which unfortunately have become a popular ways of transport in CR. I did not sleep well. The food in restaurants nears me were substandard.

Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sehr großzügig geschnitten, makellos sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das moderne Badezimmer: Die Dusche war sehr groß, mit einem Regenduschkopf ausgestattet, und es stand jederzeit warmes Wasser zur Verfügung. Insgesamt haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
• Lys (10/5): Amazing stay! - I have no idea of how come this hotel is considered 2 stars or even bed and breakfast. It was all amazing! The staff, the views, the location, the room, the beds and pillows, the giant room, the bathroom and the shower, the hot water, the amenities!! It was a pleasure to spend a night over this property! It’s kinda noisy during the night because of the wind, but also you feel like you’re in the middle of the woods, we enjoy it. And they have earplugs on the reception for free, if this is something that bothers your sleep.

Paesaggio intorno e vista dalla camera molto bella. Personale alla reception molto attento e disponibile. Un po' freddo e senza riscaldamento.

Habitación sin A/C (y hace calor), el desayuno que incluyen es muy limitado, su pared que divide con otra habitación es tan delgada que se escucha toda la conversación de la otra habitación y su ubicación no es la mejor en relación con el centro de la población. Si caminas del centro de la población al hotel está cuesta arriba y es algo agotador, necesitarás un taxi si no cuentas con buena condición o problemas en las rodillas. Y no tiene closet por lo cual tu ropa se queda en la maleta.

• Katja (8/5): Sehr gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis und sehr freundliches Personal - Sehr freundliches Personal, die Pizza ist wirklich richtig gut, der Teig durfte lange gehen, somit war sie sehr verträglich und lecker. Das Restaurant war immer offen und das Bier ist sehr lecker. DAs Bad war klasse! Vor allem in der ersten Nacht, war die Straße doch sehr laut und wir hatten auch ein Zimmer nahe an der Strasse. Ein Handtuchhalter im Bad wäre noch schön gewesen und die Kleiderhaken im Zimmer hingen für meine Mutter zu hoch.

Beds are very comfortable. The parking situation is a bit chaotic. Also, the internet connection didn’t work when we stayed there.

• Eleonora (9/5): - L'accoglienza di Wanda è stata ottima, ci ha dato preziose informazioni riguardo Monteverde. La camera e il bagno erano entrambi molto spaziosi e puliti. Non abbiamo potuto provare la colazione perché siamo partiti la mattina presto per un tour di birdwatching organizzato tramite la Struttura: chiedete di Rodiber e della foresta di Curi Cancha, è stato fantastico! Sempre tramite la Struttura abbiamo prenotato un Canopy tour con 100%Aventura, consigliatissimo! L'hotel dispone anche di posti auto e di un parcheggio a meno di 30 metri. Ci siamo trovati molto bene da tutti i punti di vista!

Très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied de l'adorable centre-ville, qui est petit mais plein de vie, de magasins et un grand choix de restaurants aux alentours L'hôtel est en montée depuis le centre-ville alors il faut s'armer d'un peu de patience pour rentrer.
