- Lea (9/5): Gemütliches B&B - Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben uns viele Ausflugstipps gegeben. Unser Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet und super sauber, das Frühstück sehr lecker. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ebenfalls sehr gut, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Check in was easy and we were given a key and a code so we could come and go as we liked. Breakfast was great and they make the best homemade muffins! We had a great time chatting with other guests - this was my first time staying in a traditional B&B. The room was very clean and well appointed. Just a note for others - there was a note in the guest book about leaving a gratuity for your housekeeper ($5 being the accepted rate). Considering the cost of the stay, I would expect these types of service fees to be included in the rate, or at least be given as a heads up prior to the stay as it is very rare to carry cash these days.

Die beiden Gastgeber sind ein perfekt eingespieltes Team und die morgentlichen Gesprächsrunden beim Frühstück ein wahrer Genuss. Lunenburg Zentrum und Hafen sind in weingen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen, die Lage erhöht auf eiem Hügel liegend und in ruhiger Wohngegend. Hier grüßt man noch die Nachbarn, wenn man abends auf einen Sundowner im Garten sitzt und den Tag ausklingen läßt. Nichts

Host was helpful and even made us a takeaway breakfast when we had to leave before the scheduled breakfast! Television was a bit tough to navigate. Wish we were a little closer to downtown.
- DORINA (10/5): Amazing! - the property is a mansion built in 1911 and it still keeps the spirit of those times. it is very well maintained and updated, very clean, garden is beautifully decorated and organized, we spent some time together relaxing in the garden. Joe is very helpful with regards to what, where to do in Lunenburg and he gave us great advice regarding our trip when leaving Lunenburg. the breakfast was freshly cooked with warm and cold parts, everything is very thoughtfully prepared! everything was perfect and I never said this about any other B&B!

- Shari (9/5): Lovely historic building with great ambience - The location was about a ten minute walk to the waterfront and historic district. Lunenburg is very hilly so be prepared. We stayed in the Kingfisher Room and we were very comfortable. Thoughtful details including a Brita with fresh water, a Keurig in the room and chocolates on the first day were a nice touch. Breakfast was very good. The fresh fruit and yogurt parfait were refreshing and the quiche and avocado toast were delicious. We enjoyed a break from walking by sitting on the veranda listening to the birds. It is very quiet and relaxing.
