• průchová (10/5): - Příjemný personál, ubytování proběhlo bez problémů. Výborná snídaně i káva. Apartmán v soukromí v patře, nádherně zařízený, výhled z balkonu na řeku. Možnost procházky kolem řeky, blízko centra.

• Thomas (9/5): - Die Nähe zum Zentrum. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Schön eingerichtetes Atelier mit bequemen Bett und super Badewanne. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und konnte super Entspannen. Leider hat keiner Deutsch gesprochen, wie es in der Anzeige beschrieben war. Keine Preisliste für Minibar oder Beschreibung für Jalousienen.

• Barnabas (9/5): Jó helyen van, tiszta, kényelmes és extra, hogy egy kis kávézó felett található nagy terasszal. - Nagyon jó helyen van egy kis kávézó(reggeliző) felett, a folyóparton. Nagy terasz, extra helyszín, nincsenek szomszédok, teljesen elszeparált apartman annak ellenére, hogy a belváros 5 perc sétára van. Parkolás is jól meg van oldva. A szobában elférne egy kicsit nagyobb, kényelmesebb kanapé, illetve a terasz bútorai megértek egy cserére, de amúgy teljesen használhatóak. Nem nagyon lehet belekötni az apartmanba.

• Ludmila (10/5): Krásné ubytování, doporučujeme! - Skvělá lokalita, klidné prostředí a pěkné vybavení. Ideální pro ty, co nepreferují klasický hotelový pobyt, ale dávají přednost prostornému ubytování v soukromí. Ocenili bychom více kuchyňského vybavení, talíře, nože atp.

• Szilagyi (10/5): Szívesen ajánlom - Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű szállás . Mi csak egy hosszú hétvégére mentünk, hogy felfedezzük a várost és a kultúra valamint a kulináris élvezetek megtekintése illetve kipróbálása volt a célunk. A szállásról minden gyalogosan elérhető volt, így a helyi sörfőzdék portékáit is ki lehet próbálni.

• Vlastislav (9/5): - Velmi pěkný prosklený ateliér, veliká terasa, bezplatné parkování u domu. Příjemný personál v kavárně pod ateliérem. Vnitřní parapety okolo oken byly zaprášené, po odhrnutí závěsu poletovaly chuchvalce prachu. Jinak bylo čisto.

• Kamila (9/5): - Personál kavárny byl úžasný, děvčata milé a usměvavé, samé mňamky v menu, hlavně zákusky byly špička. Prostředí a poloha naprostá jednička. Terasa skvělá, soukromí a vybavení pokoje dostačující. Krásná prostorná vana, uklizeno, čisto, voňavo. Zatemňovací venkovní rolety a klimatizace nezbytná - takže super. Na co bychom upozornili byli pavučiny v ateliéru, bylo jich tam celkem dost a nějaké rozjezene potraviny v lednici pravděpodobně od posledních návštěvníků.

• Viktorlazlow (9/5): Coffee Downstairs? Sign me up! - It's kind of hard to describe this place. It is a small hotel-type room on top of a wonderful cafe. One of the best reasons to stay is the fast access to the cafe, which has wonderful breakfasts. The service, too, is really worth noting. The workers here are really conscientious and speak excellent English (and a bit of German.) We were there for the Women's Hockey World Championships and we could park our car and walk everywhere we needed to go. It is very close to the old town, right on the river. Czechia Budojevice is very hard to spell and pronounce.
• Darielys (7/5): Good - Bed is comfortable. It was clean and spacious. There was no one there to receive us as the reservation "didn't appear in their system". It was all dark, and the entrance was through a narrow passage on the backyard. The surroundings were dark. Furniture, facilities, and textiles looked old and tired. I wouldn't suggest it for solo female travelers as it looks like it could be dangerous to stay there on your own. It is expensive in comparison to what it is, not good value for money.

• Albert (8/5): Out-of-the-ordinary option in České Budějovice - The apartment is surrounded on all sides by a glass facade, which gives it a sleek, modern feel. The flat is situated above a restaurant, but noise was never a problem. Facilities are adequate. The apartment feels a bit cramped, but the balcony is very spacious. The view of the Vltava is obscured (at least during the growing season) by trees, but the environs are nice enough. The restaurant serves tasty contemporary fare. None of the staff spoke English.

• Elen (8/5): Beautiful room - The room was very well designed. I liked the all glass walls with the possibility to fully darken them. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast served at the cafe was very tasty. There was a terrace with a view of the river. The toilet seat was cracked. The soap provided was really bad. Some of the staff didn't speak English. It wasn't possible to fully darken the section behind the door, probably the controller was broken.
• Warren (10/5): Amazing and enjoyable. - Privacy and comfort Didn’t provide coffee in the room, only tea and no teaspoons. Had to ask downstairs in the coffee shop. Bought our own coffee for the room. Otherwise everything was awesome.

• Pui (9/5): Superb - friendly service spacious room nice cafe the curtains were not thick enough to block the lights, I woke up from sunshine early in the morning. the beddings were kind of quite worn out, the bed linen and the pillow for example.
• Sung (9/5): Bathtub on a cafe - The bathtub makes everything worth it. The bed was comfy and the room is the same as advertised in the images. You live right above a cafe so convenience for breakfast and nice views Not much :)

• Elena (9/5): Unique experience - The apartment is very close to the city center. It is built on top of a small coffee house surrounded by trees, so we had the feeling we were living in a tree house. It is close to a bigger street, so during the night you can hear the cars driving by, but in general it is a rather quite location. There is a big park nearby, which we appreciated especially since we were travelling with our dog. The breakfasts in the coffee house are amazing. We had problem with water pressure (in some moments, the water pressure was so low, that it was not possible to use the shower).

• Andreastutzer (9/5): Cool place - The room is very nice and specific, it has glass windows on three sides and a beautiful view on the Vltava. It ia located on top of Kavárna Lanna. It was exceptionally clean when I accessed it. The sound insulation is very good, I suggest turning off the fridge if you don't use it as it's a bit loud. I couldn't try breakfast as the café bar was undergoing renovation works. There is a Jacuzzi style bath tube. The hanger is not high enough, so it's not very convenient if you want just to have a shower. The parking is actually on a public street, however the reserved spots are clearly visible from the window.
