Our room was well designed, the bed was comfortable and we were able to see the baverian alps through out our window which was great to wake up that view. Our room was extremly clean, we felt like we are in home. I also wanna give special thank to Heidi. She is the lovleist host! She prepared us perfect breakfasts every morning with high protein and brought fresh breads from their own bakery 🥹 The property is just 6-7 minutes away to the town by car. We highly recommend this place if you are looking peacefully high-quality time! 💗 Nothing

• Sandra (5/5): - Die Wirtin war sehr freundlich, aus Hamburg ursprünglich, und war sehr bemüht, es uns recht zu machen. 😊 Der Blick vom Balkon war sehr schön. Daß die Lage mit dem Auto im Winter etwas schwierig zu händeln war mit Gepäck, und auch die öffentliche Anbindung, nur jede Stunde fährt ein Bus zum Beispiel. Wenn man da angewiesen ist, dann wartet man in der Kälte ewig oder läuft an der Hauptstraße 45 Minuten vom Bhf hoch. Frühstück war ok, reichlich, Bad war separat, außerhalb des Zimmers, aber das war ok.

• Andreas (10/5): Sehr schönes B&B in sehr schöner Lage - Ein sehr schönes kleines B&B, mehr eine Pension, die von zwei sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Wirtsleuten geführt wird. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wird am festen Platz serviert. Gekochte Eier nach Wunsch, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, O-Saft, Kaffee, auf Wunsch Tee... Ich habe wenige Wochen vorher ein B&B in Thüringen gebucht, das war beim Frühstück nicht halb so gut. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel eingerichtet. Wir hatten eins, wo das eigene Bad auf dem Flur gegenüber ist, aber das war für uns kein Problem. Die Lage ist grandios. Eine ehemalige Almhütte etwas außerhalb von Mittenwald, oberhalb der Straße. Der Blick von unserem Balkon Richtung Karwendel ist grandios. Unten an der Straße ist eine Haltestelle. Der Bus fährt stündlich bis zweistündlich Richtung Garmisch bzw. nach Mittenwald-Zentrum. Die Benutzung ist mit der Kurkarte gratis. Aber mit Auto ist man flexibler. Wer die Abgeschiedenheit vom Trubel der Großstadt sucht, ist hier goldrichtig. Abseits der großen Touristenhotspots wie der Zugspitze kann man ausgedehnte Wanderungen machen und hat seine Ruhe. Es war uns immer eine Freude, abends zurück zu kommen ins Zimmer. Es gibt nichts das mir nicht gefallen hätte. Wir hatten dort eine sehr schöne Zeit.

• Stefanie (10/5): Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal da und wir kommen ganz sicher wieder! Danke Heidi, danke Ingolf für eure unvergleich - Besonders schön an dieser Unterkunft ist das große Herz und die Liebe mit welcher sie geführt wird. Jedes Zimmer, jeder Winkel ist individuell und mit zahlreichen Details gestaltet. Man ist nicht mitten im Ort und kann die Natur rings um Mittenwald genießen. Die Aussicht ist wunderbar. Man ist nahe an Bergen, Seen und Wäldern. Besonders toll ist auch die Tierwelt, die man hier erleben darf. Der Fuchs schaut am Abend mal ums Eck, zahlreiche Eichhörnchen, Eichelhäher und Buntspechte versammeln sich zum gemeinsamen Mahl - es ist bezaubernd! Auch das leibliche Wohl kommt nicht zu kurz. Die Wirtin, Heidi, weiß schon nach dem ersten Frühstück, was jedermanns Herz begehrt und bereitet einem eine schöne Zeit. Zusammen mit ihrem Mann, Ingolf, hegt und pflegt sie nicht nur das gesamte Anwesen, sondern auch die Gäste mit unvergleichlicher Leidenschaft.

• Ivan (10/5): - Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen! Besonders begeistert war ich von der wunderbaren Lage – der Blick auf die Berge ist einfach atemberaubend. Die Frühstücke waren köstlich, mit viel Liebe zubereitet und immer frisch. Insgesamt hatte ich das Gefühl, als wäre ich bei meiner Großmutter zu Besuch – warmherzig, gemütlich und voller Geborgenheit. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder! Einziger Nachteil war die Anbindung: Der Bus fährt nur alle zwei Stunden, und Taxis gibt es in der Umgebung leider keine

• Mc.dewit (9/5): Een warm verblijf mede door het heerlijke ontbijt en de lieve gastvrouw - Ontbijt was heerlijk, met een mooi gedekte tafel met prachtig uitzicht. De gastvrouw was erg gezellig en vriendelijk. De bedden waren goed en douche was lekker. Huiselijke en knusse sfeer, dat heb je niet zomaar. Locatie was top! Rustig maar dichtbij alles. Er ontbreekt je niks. De kussens waren te zacht naar onze smaak maar dat hebben we opgelost met een aanwezige deken eronder. Verder niks, geschikt voor mensen die houden van rust en warme knusse B&B sfeer.

Breakfast is adapted to what one requests. Super friendly owners. Authentic stay for the region. Steep entrance driveway - your are in the mountains after all. Very slight road noise when windows are opened.
