• Maria (10/5): A truly wonderful stay - believe all the positive reviews! - I have just stayed at Fulham B&B for three nights and could not have made a better choice. Antonia, Colin and Teddy are the loveliest hosts you can get. It is hospitality in perfection if someone makes you feel more like you are visiting friends instead of being a paying customer and this is the feeling you will have when you stay with them. They are genuinely interested in welcoming their guests and were always available for great and very interesting conversations while at the same time totally respecting privacy. The room and bathroom are exactly as beautiful as you can see on the pictures. The bed was cozy and comfortable and all the little perks added were fantastic - there were at least seven different types of tea in my room plus instant AND "real" coffee even with a french press provided. I loved the rose-scented room spray that was provided, too, the fluffy towels, the great water pressure in the shower - and as has been written in many other reviews before, the delicious breakfast including the home-made cereals which I will definitely miss. I know London quite well and Fulham is one of the most beautiful areas you can stay in - the B&B is walking distance to Putney Bridge tube (five minutes) and Parsons Green tube (maybe ten minutes and a lovely stroll along New Kings Road with its many little stores and cafés) as well as Putney train station across the bridge which brings you to Windsor directly. The Thames walking and running path is a few steps from the B&B too and lovely to have a run to Hammersmith Bridge and back in the morning. I have mentioned this at the beginning and would like to conclude my review with this as well - what made Fulham B&B this special were the hosts. Antonia is such a caring and wonderful woman, Colin has a great music and football taste and Teddy might make you feel love at first sight. You will not regret booking here and I cannot wait to be back! Thank you for everything! <3

• Tomás (10/5): Better than expected - The entire house, including the room and bathroom, was very neat. The room was really spacious and had natural light almost the entire day. Before my arrival, I mentioned to Antonia that I was vegan, so she really made an effort to prepare a good breakfast that satisfied my dietary restrictions. Needless to say, the food was always really yummy. The location was far from the city centre and main attractions, but with two underground stations a 6- to 10-minute walk away, it wasn’t a problem. Also, the neighbourhood was really quiet and safe, so it was kind of a benefit.

The area is lovely, very peaceful and quiet, and I felt very safe which is hugely important to me. Antonia is a wonderful host, so welcoming and helpful. She was friendly and warm, and did extra little things that made my stay in her home and the trip itself much more comfortable and pleasant, which I am very grateful for. She also welcomed me with a very tasty breakfast every morning, served beautifully as can be seen in the photos. Thank you Antonia for everything 🙏 ❤ I will definitely stay in this lovely place again, next time I'm in London. There was nothing I didn't like.

The bedroom was comfortable and clean. I definitely plan to book again in the future. I’m struggling to find any faults at all. Perhaps a charging point at the bedside table? And an arrow to the guest room? - I took a wrong turn and disturbed the owners in their room.

It would be a pity. - A Shortened Review - There’s So Much More to Say I had to shorten this review because it was getting too long according to Booking - and honestly, that makes me a bit sad. There’s so much I wanted to write about Antonia and Colin’s B&B. But here’s the shorter version. Know this place is a gem: A Stay That Puts Hotels to Shame Really…forget impersonal hotels, at least if you are a single traveler - Antonia and Colin offer warmth, attention to detail, kindness, and grace that you rarely experience. I left feeling cared for, respected, and truly welcome. 1. Arrival & Warm Welcome I stayed for 4 nights in April. Antonia welcomed me with a kind, calm presence and explained everything clearly. I felt instantly at ease. 2. Breakfast - Delicious You choose your breakfast time (instructions are in the room), and it’s the best start to the day: fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, eggs, jams, homemade granola, great coffee. You can also make yourself tea or coffee in your room. <3 3. Getting There - Easy I used Google Maps and had zero problems. The subway is smooth, and buses 14 and 22 are perfect (also for seeing the city). 4. Bedroom - Cozy & Comfortable Comfy bed, great sheets, clean and quiet. People who say the room’s too small must not have danced around to music like I did - plenty of space for that! Everything’s tidy and peaceful. 5. Bathroom - Clean and Simple to Use 6. TEDDY - The Cutest Dog Teddy, their sweet little dog, is such a joy. So calm, adorable, and adds charm to the whole place. You’ll love him. 7. Hosts - Kind, Respectful Antonia and Colin are so calm, friendly, and respectful. You can chat to them but they also give you full privacy, it depends on your needs. True professionals. 8. Rare hospitality They’ve mastered the art of hosting. The level of care and detail comes with soul. Truly special. Final Thought – I’ll Be Back Next time I’m in London solo, I’m coming right back here. They made my trip better in every way. Everything was perfect.
• Laura (10/5): A lovely and convenient B&B with very welcoming hosts! - I had a lovely stay at Antonia’s B&B. Antonia and her husband were so friendly and instantly made me feel welcome. Their dog Teddy was so cute too! Their house is beautiful and the bedroom is nice and cosy. The house is in a good area and only a 7 minute walk to the train station. I am a huge fan of tea and I was presented with different flavour choices, both during breakfast and there were a few containers with tea in my room which I could brew at any moment. The room was very clean, bed super comfortable. The whole place was really delightful, very classicaly decorated and well maintained. The public transport is very accessible, neighbourhood is rather quiet and felt safe. The host Antonia and her husband Colin are wonderful people. Always willing to chat, help out with public transport directions or with suggesting some tourist attractions or even pubs/restaurants. Really loved their company :)

I'd also like to get to know my hosts some more as they were very friendly! I'm also thankful to Collin for recommending the restaurants nearby for lunch and Antonia for keeping me company whilst I had breakfast in the morning! The nearby tubes made it easy for me to get around Hammersmith, Fulham, Kensington, Chelsea, Westminster, Camden, and Islington! It did take a while to get to Fulham B&B from London Euston (about an hour or two), but the place itself and the neighbourhood more than made up for it!
