• Carlos (4/5): Personal decepcionante - El baño estaba bastante limpio. El primer día de nuestra estancia salimos hacia las 8 de la tarde y volvimos a las 4 de la madrugada. Al llegar al alojamiento la puerta principal que da a la calle (no la puerta donde metes el código para acceder) no abría. Llamé al número que tienen para emergencias pero no contestaba. Finalmente pudimos abrirla tras mucha desesperación y entramos a nuestra habitación sin hacer ruido. A la mañana siguiente el número contactó conmigo por un mensaje de WhatsApp y le comenté el problema con la puerta. Me dijo que me había dado el código para entrar porque no entendía a qué puerta me refería; le indiqué que no me refería a la del código y seguía sin entenderlo. Me dijo además que habían recibido "muchas quejas" de esa noche acerca de que supuestamente habíamos hecho mucho ruido entrando y saliendo de la habitación en varias ocasiones, siendo esto completamente falso, ya que al llegar fuimos a la habitación y nos acostamos directamente. Le dije que debía haberse tratado de otros huéspedes y se limitó a decir que había que estar en silencio al entrar, etc., cuando en ningún momento provocamos molestia ninguna. Otro problema fue que en la habitación había solo una toalla y éramos dos. Le pedí hasta en tres ocasiones que nos facilitaran otra y tardaron dos días en hacerlo, en lo que tuvimos que usar una sola con mucha dificultad. No son formas de tratar a los clientes.

Ruídos en la cocina a cualquier hora, incluso de madrugada. Bastante descuidadas las áreas comunes. En el techo habitación hay una ventana sin black out ni nada, así que en cuanto amanece no hay opción de oscurecer. La ventana también sin cortinas ni opción de oscurecer El cesto de basura "SIEMPRE" lleno. Tuve que pedir que lo vaciaran. En dos oportunidades sin papel toilete en el baño. Como no encontré a nadie, mandé un mje a través de booking. NADIE RESPONDIÓ

• Evelina (10/5): Comfortable, clean, quiet. I definitely recommend it for this price in London :) - The location is very convenient to reach by metro. The room was clean and comfortable (in terms of value for money). I would rate everything else highly. It was more difficult to find the people in charge when we arrived, but we managed. I would rate everything else highly, but we had to buy our toilet paper because it kept running out.

• angelique (2/5): - La proximité avec les commerces et le métro. Personne ne vous reçois, lorsque vous arrivez a l'étranger il est bien d'être accueilli. La propreté de la chambre laisse a désirer, le matelas rouillé, un trampoline a la place du lit. Les mur tres fins on entend a chaque fois que quelqu'un bouge. La salle de bain partagée, pas de tapis au sol, pas de serviette et pas de sèche cheveux comme annoncé. La chambre etait minuscule 7m2. La tv une antiquité on capte juste une chaine avec gresillement. L'armoire bougé on avais peur quelle nous tombe dessus.

• slime group (1/5): Vile, disgusting drugs on the floor had to call the police - Not one single thing Didn’t even stay at the hotel got to the front door it was broke. They had weed and drugs on the floor. The bed was broke. The mattress has blood on it. I have never ever been in anything so bad in my whole life it was disgusting the bed the shower the whole complete place was a disgrace. It should be closed. How can they even have people in there? Booking.com? Should remove this off their page you don’t understand how bad it was. I had to phone the police Because there was drugs on the floor. Had to book another hotel. Couldn’t even stay there.

• Trevor (2/5): A doss house falsely described with inadequate facilities. - There was no breakfast and the location was OK The room had a smart TV but no internet service. Local TV stations could not be found due to an inadequate indoor tv aerial. the bed had no pillows - just a couple on cushions that could not be cleaned/washed between visitors. Ther was no bedside table or lamp. One bathroom opened onto the kitchen (illegal) and had inadequate ventilation so that black mould was growing on the internal face of the door. There was no WiFi. A single room cannot be described as a suite. % or 6 double rooms had one shared toilet i.e. up to a dozen people.

• Evgenia (9/5): Die gesamte Reise für 4 Tage, 3 Nächte für mich und mein Kind kostete uns mit Ryanair Fluglinie ca. 400 Euro, zählt zu e - Eine gute Lage - Leyton Station, erreichbar von Stansted Airport über Liverpool Street, nah Central Underground (10 min zu Fuss zum Haus), alles bestens erreichbar. Sind ca. um 3 Uhr nachts eingereist, die Gastgeber waren trotzdem erreichbar. Für einen Kurzurlaub perfekt. Die Küche haben wir nur für die Tee-Pausen morgens genutzt. Nicht nur die Dusche, sondern auch die Toilette war gemeinschaftlich genutzt, trotzdem war die Unterkunft sauber und leise. Leyton ist wirklich wunderschön vom Baukonzept her, leider etwas unterfinanziert, da Einwanderer-Viertel. Gefrühstückt haben wir in einer Marokkanischen Brunch-Budde, haben gut gemachte vollwertige und hübsche Gerichte bekommen. Alles bestens. Gerne eine Empfehlung zur Weitergabe. Waren von der Freundlichkeit aller Leute zu uns und zu einander begeistert. Einiges benötigt die Reparatur, aber das nicht perfekte hat eine Charme und zählt zur Lebenserfahrung.

• Marina (1/5): Pésimo - Esta fue, con mucho, una de las peores experiencias que he tenido con un alquiler. La habitación no se parecía en nada a las fotos. Solo tres horas antes de nuestra llegada, el anfitrión cambió la ubicación de la propiedad y nos trasladó a un lugar que era mucho peor. La habitación era pequeña en comparación con las fotos y mucho más lejos de la estación. El servicio fue terrible de principio a fin. Cuando nos quejamos, el propietario tuvo la audacia de afirmar que era "mejor", a pesar de que era claramente peor: la habitación ni siquiera podía acomodar cómodamente a dos personas. Reservamos para dos personas, pero solo había una toalla. El barrio era malo, de aspecto inseguro y lejos de la estación.

• Milne (2/5): Fair price to sleep four nights on the trot in the same sweaty bedsheets. - Lack of information and contact with ten staff which was clearly stated to be provided. Just poor communication. Information as to the location and how it is run could be more in depth. As well, if you are going to be listing the locations available to staff contact, make sure they are, I sent a message on morning about leaving my keys somewhere before I dpearted and had a response by the time I reach my actual home, that’s deep in wales over over 14 hours later… Also don’t list and say in person in changing the bedding and never do it. I didn’t have one fresh set of bedding the whole time I was there and no information was made clear as to how to fix this.

The facilities need a good update, just a good deep clean and paint job.

• R (5/5): Basic but 40 per night so what do you expect - There was a garden. Unfortunately one resident smoked cannabis out there even when others present so was not pleasant. The is a washing machine well two actually which is good But no detergent or pegs to hang things in the garden ( if you are ok with the cannabis aroma. Tricky to hang in your room as although there is a hanging rail, there are no hangers. Basic TV is fine. If you ask on the WhatsApp they ping you the entry instructions they will provide the wifi, bit would be better if there was a welcome note with it on. There are 2 kitchen areas and 2 big fridges, but the fridges are pretty full as are kitchen cupboards of goodness knows what. So I kept my stuff in the room. Its basic but clean in common parts. But you have to take off your own sheets and take clean from the bags dumped in the entrance porch. Its pretty much an HMO not a hotel or guest house. But that is reflected in the price. There are rules plastered up to saw yiou cant do xyz after certain times, but people did, I never saw the owner, but there was a mobile no in the hallway near the CCTV camera. No mattress protection on the bed so I bought one at the nearby Asda My bed was higher in the middle and sloped to the edges so you also rolled out. Lifting the mattress i learnt why. Lots of the wooden slats had broken so they had put a 1/2 deep piece of formica over to presumably stop you falling through. It would be better if they covered the entire base and this would make the mattress flat and stop people like me leaving with painful back after a week there. The front door needs attention as people coming and going would slam the door into was woken numerous times at 2am and 6am by others going out or coming back
• Msc (7/5): Decent - Staff were friendly. Location is near everything you need from the underground to shops and restaurants. Very good value for money! Big kitchen to cook food in. The system to get in/out was a bit complicated. Also the door was sometimes left open in the day time.

• Georgiana (10/5): A few days in Leyton - The room and the property have a great pleasant energy, the cleaning is thorough and the owners are very accommodating and able to respond to customers'/guests' needs, e.g. having extra pillows. There is also a garden at the back of the property. Would you please ensure hot water in the shower is proper hot?

• Aleš (1/5): Terrible - Absolutely nothing We arrived at the property on 26.12.2024 and we stayed there for cca. three hours. First of all we waited for someone to check us in, their communication was really bad and not friendly. She said we'll stay in a different room (which we didn't reserve) for the first day and then we would be upgraded to a "better" one (so the one we paid for). The room was right next to a kitchen (that the owners used), the room smelled like someone's sweat, the bed was really bad. Overall the room was disgusting and terrible. This wasn't the room we paid for. Also the room that they first checked us in wasn't in living conditions and the room is not in any of the pictures they advertised on the booking.com.
