• Pradipta (2/5): It was harrowing experience. - The location was good. But when I opted for booking it was not highlighted that this is a student accommodation being let for festive occasions. The rooms were dirty, rats were roaming, building was not maintained properly, kitchen very dirty, waste not cleaned. Room keys did not work. Many things. Except for the location, nothing is worthy it. The worst was rats roaming at night, damaging my belongings, and not able to sleep because of rats, safety is always an issue.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed in, the problems were endless, do not book this place it’s not even worth £10 per night. - The house and rooms were extremely unhygienic - the photos are misleading, pls do not trust it. a dank smell was there coming from my room as soon as I got there and nothing was done about it. The kitchen and bathrooms are disgusting and there is mould in the bathroom. The equipment in the Kitchen (microwave / oven) have not been cleaned in years! And the oven starts to smoke when used. - RATS, the house is infested with rats, and they live there. You are just the guest, remember that! There were at-least 2 rats in my room every night and it’s a menace. Rat droppings were present all around the room and even on my bed! It’s totally unacceptable. I even complained to the owner who refunded to do anything about it other than saying “just do not keep food in your room, they won’t come” . Other than your room, the rats are also in the kitchen. And all the residents were extremely disgusted by them. If you don’t believe me take a look at the other reviews. - as far as I know , nobody cleans the house, the host has placed the responsibility on the “guests” this includes the common areasr - kitchen/ bathroom. The bathrooms are disgusting. This house is non refundable, pls do not waste your money or your health, you will fall sick in this house. I could only manage 3-4 days in this house after which I had to leave and find new accomodation. 2 friendly german tourists who also stayed in the House along with me, they left in a day and tried to even contact the cops. Alas nothing could be done. This house is a HEALTH HAZARD, easily the worst place I’ve ever stayed in, and I wasn’t really looking for much. I sincerely hope a health inspector takes a good look at this place.

That someone takes really so much money for this bad Service ... u just cant be serious??? Mice in the kitchen Btw ... I didn't liked that place at all... • Phillip (4/5): Dirty, laborious and sad - Location was good, close to shops and underground, you have access to a bathroom and kitchen and washing machine but thats all that was good about it, you have a sink in your room and access to good wifi there is also a dresser for clothes, bed was ok nothing special but not bad at all. Room was dirty and dusty as if they hadnt vaccumed in months, I had to buy a vaccum because i couldnt stay in the room otherwise, bathroom is supposedly kept clean by tenants but yea good luck with that same story for the kitchen area tenants cook leave dirty dishes behind that YOU will have to clean to cook, was really disgraceful kitchen was also not very clean, it would pay the owner to get a cleaner in once a week to raise the standard as for the price the quality of people arent going to be great would not recommend unless your tight on money or a cheapskate, DONT SKIMP ON QUALITY OF LIFE.
