• Francesca (4/5): Il soggiorno nel complesso è stato deludente in quanto il gestore in 4 gg non è intervenuto a risolv - Posizione buona per accesso ai mezzi pubblici, vicino a stazione Termini, metro e bus. Gestore puntuale nelle comunicazioni Pulizia insufficiente con filtro del condizionatore che perdeva pezzetti, mobilio da rinnovare, interruttori che si staccavano dal muro e lampada traballante, mensola in vetro e portasciugami rotti. Vasca idromassaggio, pagata come valore aggiunto, inutilizzabile per mancanza di alcune bocchette e supporto soffione doccia rotto (con evidenti tracce di perdite ed incrostazioni dalla rubinetteria). Rubinetto lavello con continua perdita d'acqua.

El alojamiento estaba en pésimas condiciones y las fotografías publicadas no corresponden fielmente a lo que nos encontramos. No cumplía con la limpieza diaria, el baño estaba lleno de moho, sobretodo en el plato ducha y baldosas, y pese a informarle que la ducha no funcionaba correctamente no hicieron nada para arreglarlo durante la estancia de cinco días,. De esos cinco dias solo limpiaron dos días y poco.

Se hunde y visto lo visto no tienen intención de cambiarla ya que todos los comentarios lo pone. De hecho, han puesto ladrillos debajo de la cama porque parece que está rota. - Había problemas con el agua, teníamos que cerrar y abrir llaves con unos alicates para poder ducharnos, utilizar el inodoro etc. hasta el último día no vinieron a arreglarlo. - Suciedad, no estaba limpio. - Muchas cosas rotas, una luz del baño, las cortinas, la cama, accesorios de baño. - No había gel de manos en el baño. - nos cambiaron las toallas solo 1 vez en 6 noches - No nos cambiaron las semanas en 6 noches A pesar de que solo utilizamos el apartamento para dormir, considero que almenos podrían arreglar la cama. El apartamento no merece el precio que vale, pero para echar 2/3 días puede ser pasable.

Distance to the city centre is not so long and you can go everywhere by walk. The host is very nice and all instructions how to get in where very clear. The value for money is very well in my opinion. -

No supimos cómo usar la ducha hasta el segundo día, no era fácil y la temperatura del agua también nos dio muchos problemas, además salía agua del lavabo cuando abrias la ducha o tirabas de la cisterna (por lo que leo en comentarios son problemas que llevan años y no los arreglan). Cada vez que abrias el agua caliente hacia un ruido muy molesto. El colchón se hunde al medio pero no dormimos mal. Creo que tampoco es barato (entiendo que Roma es caro en cuanto alojamiento) pero tampoco estábamos en la mejor zona de Roma para el precio que ofrece.

La comunicación con la propietaria normal, todo por WhatsApp. El baño privado. Ascensor. La comodidad de la cama, normal. Habitación en general tranquila porque da para un patio interior. El baño pequeño ya que el jacuzzi ocupa casi todo el baño. La única vez que pusimos a funcionar el jacuzzi, los conductos se ve que estaban sucios y con mal olor así que tuvimos que pararlo. Tiene un display que no se puede usar. Luz del espejo no funcionaba. El gel de ducha muy justo para 2 personas y encima malo, no hacía nada de jabón. Menaje viejo. No hay paño de cocina. El piso necesita alguna reforma. Aparte del pequeño armario no hay nada para colgar abrigo o mochila ni nada como estantes para poner cosas. Sillas pesadas e incómodas. La puerta de corredera de cristal creo que no cumple ninguna función y hace escalón; hay que tener cuidado. Hay toallero de calentar y aparato de calefacción y no funcionaban. El aparato de aire acondicionado y TV sin mando. La plancha en la zona común.

Camera pulita e completa di tutto. Il tubo doccetta wc che perde in continuazione quando lo si usa è molto scomodo, così come è scomodo non ci sia un vero e proprio bidet, il bagno è troppo piccolo per via della vasca che praticamente occupa tutto il bagno. Il letto e i cuscini troppo scomodi

• Nuria (4/5): So-so - Muyyyyy cerca de la Estación de tren Roma Termini. Teníamos nuestra propia estatua romana en la habitación!! con lucecitas pro-max ultimate. OMG! Había cafetito napolitano del güeno, sal, azúcar, aceite de girasol. Y cafetera italiana! La limpieza de habitación y cocina muy adecuadas (más caso al jacuzzi, por favor) Nos gustó el chorrito para limpiar el culito. Viva los nuevos bidets! Atención del personal muy correcta y amable, y muy bien explicado con un vídeo. Sí, Mola la idea de bañarte en un jacuzzi...pero ejem! Sigue leyendo en el siguiente apartado. Al jacuzzi le fallaban casi todas las funciones, una de las puertas se descolgaba y le hacía falta una limpieza profunda de los bordes y el óxido. Y muy importante!!! Hay un agujero succionador extra potente que tiene bordes de sierra que da un susto que te mueres y te deja marca en la piel. Búscalo y huye de él! Ah! Y también creerás que nunca podrás abrir el tapón para vaciar la bañera... Tuve que usar la punta de un cuchillo Faltaban utensilios básicos de cocina...sólo había un tenedor. Y un trapo, por favor! que tuve que usar la toalla... En cambio hay una cafetera italiana con la que tendrás que apañarte para no quemarte. Yo sé que el asa es difícil de arreglar, pero¿un arreglillo para poder abrir la tapa, por favor? Es fácil!

L'appartement n'était pas très propre, avec beaucoup de poussière, plein de "trucs" sous le lit ainsi qu'une barre de céréales.. The owner/host was super lovely too and very helpful and attentive when we needed :) Felt the wear and tear, but for the price and location to the things we wanted it was no bother :)

• Edoardo (6/5): - It was in a location close to the Rome Termini Station and the bed was comfortable. It had a kitchen corner and the check in process was quick and smooth. It is cheap for the area and it does guarantee a basic comfort. Unfortunately a few things were not working. There were five lighters in the drawer but none of them worked so we could not use the hob. The shower's main plate also was off and we had to use the smaller pipe. There was no bodywash available despite there being shampoo and conditioner in the shower which was quite odd. Overall it was OK but some things were lacking.

Czysta pościel i ręczniki. łózko niewygodne, aneks kuchenny bardzo słabo wyposażony ( czajnik nienadający sie do uzytku). Ogólnie łazienka słabo czysta (prysznic bardzo zapuszczony). Pokój opisany w bookingu jako delux, ale bardzo daleko do tego poziomu.

Il Parisa Suite è stata una delle esperienze più penose e imbarazzanti che abbia mai avuto in anni di viaggi. L’host è semplicemente inesistente: non si presenta, non risponde, sparisce nel nulla e spegne pure il telefono. Mi ha lasciata fuori dalla struttura come una scema, per più di mezz’ora, senza una minima spiegazione. Un comportamento da dilettanti allo sbaraglio, totalmente irrispettoso e pericoloso. Sono riuscita ad entrare solo grazie a persone completamente estranee alla struttura. Cioè… neanche nei film succede una cosa del genere. A questo punto mi chiedo: ma esiste davvero qualcuno che gestisce questo posto? La stanza poi è l’ennesima presa in giro: foto che sembrano di un altro pianeta e realtà che rasenta quasi la truffa. Ti fanno credere di prenotare qualcosa di decente e poi ti ritrovi davanti un alloggio che non rappresenta minimamente ciò che vendono online. In sintesi: una buffonata totale. Mancanza di professionalità, zero affidabilità, nessuna assistenza. Booking dovrebbe seriamente rivalutare se continuare a permettere a strutture del genere di stare sulla piattaforma.

• Gwangjin (9/5): 기차 여행에 강추 - 테르미니역 바로 앞이라 기차 일정 앞두고 매우 편합니다. 특히 공항버스 내리면 바로라 기차보다 공항버스 추천해요. 더 싸기도 하고 훨씬 편해요. 호스트도 엄청 빠르고 친절하고 좋습니다. 시설도 다 괜찮고 깔끔하고 침대도 편해요. 온수도 잘 나왔고요! 테르미니역 근처가 좀 냄새나고 더럽고 한 건 여기 숙소 문제는 아니고... 대신 위치가 모든 걸 커버합니다. 없습니다.

• catarina (4/5): A zona é perigosa e o apartamento não estava em condições. Não vale o dinheiro - Honestamente a única coisa que gostei foi a simpatia da responsável. O apartamento não estava limpo, tinha toalhas sujas (do cliente anterior), papel higiénico usado e a zona onde está o alojamento é muito perigosa. Existem toxicodependentes pelas ruas a usar drogas e não existe segurança, fomos assaltados e é impossível andar à noite. The room was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Dust, grime, and an overall feeling of neglect made it feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. The shower was in terrible shape — broken, unclean, and honestly unusable. The area around the hotel is unpleasant and does not feel comfortable or safe for a good night's sleep. There was constant noise and an uneasy vibe that made it hard to relax. The air conditioning barely worked, which made the room stuffy and hot. The Wi-Fi was an absolute disaster — completely unreliable and basically unusable. On top of that, the coffee machine didn’t work, which was just another small but frustrating sign of how little care goes into this place. It felt like nobody is taking responsibility for anything here. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else — even at the same price point, you can find something far better. Avoid this place at all costs.

The owner was nice, speaks good english, but dealt patiently with my efforts to speak broken italian over the telephone :) Our only complaint was about the shower. The temperature was impossible to regulate (very long reaction time), shifting between too hot and too cold. In addition, the water volume knob has lost its handle, so it required a lot of strength to turn it on and off with the remaining stump (my female partner couldn´t do it). I wrote the owner a nice and factual WhatsApp message about this, after which she went ahead and officially told booking.com that we hadn´t arrived and therefore didn´t stay (after we had already stayed for 3 days). What a strange way to deal with criticism.

If you are lucky with respectful other guests, then all good. The shower switch was broke, there was one more but it was uncomfortable to use so the one we wanted to use was extremely hard to turn on and off with our hands. When we took the warm blanket out of the wardrobe, my mum immediately saw it’s stained with blood so I texted it to the host that it is honestly disgusting she replied saying “The blanket has cover, Close it. The cover is clean.”

• Sharon (9/5): A great place to stay! - The host was lovely. She responded super quickly on whats app to my questions and met me at the apartment. THe apartment had everything that I needed for my stay.
• Sharon (8/5): Great place to stay! - As a solo traveller I felt very safe here. It was easy to find and the host sent me a brilliant video to show me how to get in through the doors. The host was very quick to respond to any messages and left cute little cakes to welcome me. The apartment had everything that I needed for my stay. It is super close to the main train terminal. The shower is leaking slightly but I am guessing that will be easy to get fixed.

• Mark (8/5): Great Stay - Superb location, a few minutes walking from Roma Termini. Room was nice and Parisa was a very friendly and helpful host. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable. The bed wasn't very comfortable unfortunately and made it harder to sleep. The shower was a bit clunky and awkward at first but was manageable.
