• Julianne (8/5): Overall very satisfied and would book again. - We liked that that there were a few restaurants and bars in the area. Makes it less dodgy than it actually deemed to be ☺️ Aswell, it was very very easy to find. What we didn’t like was that there was a smell each morning and evening that ended up going into the room. There are windows to open up but smell was quite tedious.

• Maryline (9/5): Une très bonne adresse! - Chambre et salle de bain très propres. Calme, pas de bruit car on donnait sur la cour arrière. Très bon lit et douche bien chaude. Quartier avec superette.,pharmacie, bars et restaurants. Proche des transports en commun. Donc, très contents de cet hébergement ! On aurait aimé avoir une cafetière ou une bouilloire.

Al siguiente día nos iban a cambiar de habitación con baño y fue mentira nunca nos cambiaron, no lo recomiendo.

Camera molto ampia con bagno interno, pulizia buona, personale molto cortese e gentile. A disposizione anche un microonde oltre che al frigo in camera. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo, Televisione troppo piccola e con pochissimi canali sintonizzati Bagno senza bidet

Benché avessimo la finestra sulla strada, non è arrivato troppo rumore. Facilità di arrivare e anche di lasciare la struttura. La reception e anche la stanza sono un po' vecchiotte, con una aria di trascuratezza. Ho letto recensioni ottime, ma mi fermerei a buono.

• ZAZA (5/5): Rapport qualité/prix, c'est le cas malheureusement. - Bon accueil, personnel sérieux et arrangeant sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Emplacement pas loin de la gare et de pas mal de ligne de bus pour visiter la ville. Pas d'eau chaude, chambre sale (miettes par terre), trace de moisissure dans la salle de bain, équipements salle de bain dégradés (rideau non adapté dans la douche, support sèche cheveux bancal). Le frigo faisait des vibrations contre le lit durant la nuit. La centrale de la climatisation était en tension mais la télécommande ne fonctionnait pas. La fenêtre donnée coté cour intérieur avec le bruit des groupe extérieur qui étaient bruyant en permanence.
• David (1/5): Third world dump - Absolutely nothing The bedroom was not clean,with a dirty sticky floor.The bathroom, which was 15 meters away,was like something you would find in a third world hotel. It was dirty and falling to bits with cracked tiles hanging off its pedestal and inch thick mastic holding it together.I for one would not use it. We had to book a last minute hotel at a large cost. If that was 3 star i will eat my hat. The reception guy was nice.

The staff is very professional and friendly..specially Mr Ahmed .. he recommended me a near supermarket and gave me the hotel’s WhatsApp number if i needed anything..I had a minor problem with the hot water and when I informed him..it was fixed in no time. Also, the room was cleaned everyday and the sheets/towels were changed .The hotel is overall quiet and clean. nothing

• Lily (1/5): Solo women BEWARE!!! - The location a few minutes to Termini was the only good thing about the hotel. To start with there wasn't good instructions on how to access the hotel once inside the building there was no way to know what floor the "hotel" was located on. I sent the hotel a video of my location inside the hallway via WhatsApp asking for help. Another occupant of the building could tell I was lost and he was able to go a callbox outside to find out where I needed to go. This was a very small "hotel" with an office and 3 rooms on the 2nd floor. I called it the jail cell hotel. Very small rooms, concrete floor, tiny bathroom. The real problem was the guy at the desk. Overly friendly and very unprofessional. His first weird comment was on how young I sounded. He asked me to walk behind the desk as he wanted to show me an error on the screen. He had my profile photo from whatsapp blown up to at least a 5"' X 7" ON the screen. I was shocked. He quickly tried to x out of the pic and I asked him WHY he had my pic up like that. He opened it again to tell me I was attractive. I was very upset. He kept saying things like he wants to go to.America after he saw my US passport. He then took me to the room and proceeded to come into the room with me. I was very nervous. I travel the world and no hotel.staff has ever done that. He patted the bed which was weird. This guy was so strange and made me so uncomfortable I was literally scared to leave my room for TWO days. I had nightmares. As far as 8 could tell there were only men who did the cleaning Simi kept the DND sign on my door abd never let anyone inside. I finally started leaving my room and would quickly take the stairs down because I did not want to see that man's face ever again and waiting for the elevator was too risky. On my check out day I wanted to leave my luggage to go eat breakfast across the street. But it was that same guy and I would have had to leave my luggage in his room.

• Khairul Bashar (10/5): great hotel staff! - the location was great, metro station wasn’t that far from it and you can easily get access to public transportation. most importantly the workers were really great . They gave me a city map also showed me all the places that I can go and visit and must to activities. bless to those people to be honest I wasn’t a big fan of their washroom but it was okay since I was there only for 2days

• Khatia (7/5): - The location was convenient and easy to navigate. The stuff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful, and anything you need, they are there to help you. There was kitchen that you can use to warm up some food or keep food in fridge. We could also leave our luggage in the kitchen before check in and explore city. Pillows were very big and uncomfortable that my neck hurt. The shower needs renovation, either it was very dirty or too old and bit moldy with yellow stains. Also I was not notified about room cleaning service and when we arrived in the room, garbage was taken out and bit cleaned up, so seemed like there was somebody before us without any notice. Also, it was weird that stuff was sleeping in the kitchen where we had access to microwave, fridge and etc and very early when I needed something, I had to wake them up cause the door was locked.

• Darragh (7/5): Very basic but clean and functional - Good location, generous sized room, and flexible staff when I had a last minute addition to join my stay. AC was perfect. Quite difficult to get into the hotel - buzzer was ignored for a while, as was telephone number. Shared bathroom wasn't an issue if you know what you're getting into, but 1 shared bathroom per ~5 bedrooms means queues. Sound proofing of door was inadequate.

Hay un bar y un restaurante en frente para comer y tiendas donde puedes comprar algo de comida. No sé necesita comprar agua, la del grifo está buenísima El agua caliente se estropeó dos días. Fue bastante incómodo. La primer vez se solucionó pronto y para la segunda ya nos íbamos y no sabemos si se solucionó. El ascensor es claustrofóbico y hay que subir una planta para cogerlo.

• Camila (5/5): - Esta muy cerca de la estacion de tren lo cual es conveniente para viajar a otras ciudades. Barrio tranquilo y dentro de todo muy cercano. Las camas eran comodas y habia aire acondicionado El hotel esta un poco escondido y tenes que subir por las escaleras. Es muy incomodo si llevas muchas maletas. La comunicacion con la recepcion no fue muy buena

• Inês (4/5): Foi um bom preço para a estadia em Roma mas sem dúvida que foi muito dececionante. - A cama era ótima e o quarto grande. Estava bem localizado. Entrava muita luz no quarto, mas o pior de tudo é o barulho, impossível dormir, foram noites péssimas até as 3h da manhã ouvem se pessoas no bar a partir das 6h30 a recolha do lixo e depois começa o trânsito, sem isolamento sonoro nenhum, foi péssimo. A casa de banho era privada sim mas fora do quarto e tínhamos de atravessar um corredor para lá chegar, sendo que acabamos por nos cruzar com outros hóspedes e empregados do apartamento. A casa de banho não era nada de especial, a água muitas das vezes não estava quente nem tinha pressão.

Motivi principali: 1.- Foto ingannevoli: La struttura non è un hotel ma un affittacamere, e la stanza non corrisponde affatto alle foto caricate su Booking. 2.- Mancanza di igiene: La prima notte abbiamo trovato dei capelli tra le lenzuola, il che suggerisce che non siano state cambiate dopo il precedente ospite. Il bagno era pieno di calcare sia nel lavandino che nella doccia. 3.- Struttura fatiscente: L'ambiente è molto trascurato. La carta da parati si staccava in diversi punti, lampadina rotta e i cassetti del comodino cadeva. 4.- Problemi di umidità: Il bagno non aveva finestre e sulle pareti erano evidenti i segni dell'umidità. ​In sintesi, un ambiente poco curato e poco igienico che non consiglio a nessuno.

• Alena (8/5): Pro turistu objevující Řím ideální. - Výborné umístění poblíž stanice metra. Pokoj byl čistý a každý den probíhal úklid včetně výměny povlečení a ručníků po 2 dnech pobytu. V rozporu s popisem chybělo zařízení na přípravu kávy, čaje. Na pokoji ani v jeho okolí nebyl žádný hrnek, sklenička, rychlovarná konvice.
• Fabio (7/5): Roma sempre fantastica, in camera si sta sempre poco... - Hosts srilankesi molto gentili, ottima posizione vicino alla stazione Termini, buon rapporto qualità prezzo Il bagno esterno della camera n°4 è improponibile, il punteggio assegnato (7) è riferito ad una media tra la camera n°4, nella quale abbiamo soggiornato la prima notte, con bagno esterno datato e rivedibile, e la camera n°1, utilizzata nelle altre due notti, con bagno in camera adeguato. La camera n°4 inoltre è risultata molto più rumorosa.
• Mara Martinetto (7/5): Non del tutto soddisfatta - Pulito e comodo dalla stazione Unica pecca che non viene descritta bene (se mi è sfuggita invece chiedo venia) è che il bagno privato non è in stanza,ma fuori.
