• Gianni (10/5): - Un'esperienza davvero piacevole e da consigliare! Il B&B si distingue per il suo concept innovativo, che lo rende unico nel panorama degli alloggi romani. Gli spazi sono curati e originali, con un'attenzione ai dettagli che si nota subito. Nonostante si trovi in periferia di Roma, la struttura è facilmente raggiungibile e offre un ambiente tranquillo e silenzioso: ho dormito benissimo grazie anche al letto comodissimo. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno di qualità, con calore umano e un tocco di modernità. Grazie di tutto!

• Alessandro (9/5): Piacevole, comodo e soddisfacente - Ero già stato anni fa in questa struttura. Ero già rimasto colpito la tempo per pulizia della camera e disponibilità dell’host. Tornandoci dopo tempo la qualità dei servizi offerti non è scesa, piuttosto è migliorata.
• Cosi (9/5): Budget friendly, cozy room, perfect for a short getaway. - Lovely guesthouse! You get your own cozy room with a private bathroom inside a spacious apartment, and there’s a fully equipped shared kitchen for cooking whenever you like. I really appreciated how close it was to the Coop and other local shops. I stayed for three nights, and my room was clean, roomy, and super comfortable. Ela was a fantastic host — friendly, helpful, and always easy to reach. She even provided breakfast vouchers for Bar Centrale nearby — their cappuccino and cornetto were absolutely delicious! While it’s a bit outside the main tourist area, getting around was easy. Just take the B metro line to Ponte Mammolo, hop on bus 451, and you’re there. Plus, with Rome’s daily transport cap, I spent less than €7 per day on metro and bus combined — very convenient! Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Ela’s. It was excellent value for money, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. There's nothing to complain.
• Andrea (5/5): da migliorare assolutamente linsonorizzazione. - Camera e bagno puliti ed in ordine. insonorizzazione inesistente, dopo 12 ore di lavoro sentire schiamazzare tutta la notte non è bello. Manca completamente l'insonorizzazione delle stanze.

Anche la posizione, pur essendo fuori dal centro di Roma, con la fermata della metro abbastanza vicina non è un problema. In pratica, nulla. Se proprio devo dire qualcosa, io materasso era un po' troppo morbido per i miei gusti ma è una cosa personale. Sicuramente a molti piace così.

La habitación increiblemente limpia, no había una sola esquina de la habitación que estuviera sucia. Limpian la habitación y cambian las toallas todos los dias, es una maravilla. Ela, la dueña, un cielo de persona, muy agradable, te explica y enseña todo y te ayuda en todo lo que puede. La parada del autobus está en la puerta del bar en el que desayunamos, y ese mismo bus te lleva al metro. Ubicación esplendida, no puedo decir absolutamente nada malo, todo perfecto, limpio, cercano y agradable. Sin duda, si volvemos a Roma, contactaremos con Ela. Nada

• Angelika (10/5): overall it was great ! - I travelled with my parents and they loved the place for its exceptionak cleaningness, well working aircon (necessary during this summer heat), spacious room, nice bathrooms with all amenities, coffee machine, access to big fridge, and free breakfast. balcony view was also lovely and the neighbourhood has nice coffee shops and restaurants close by (200m away) opened from 6 am until late night. awesome ice cream, bakery and pasta places around ! only point to consider was the location, but of course it is reflected in the price. you will spend around 40 mins to get to colloseo or almost 1 hour to get to vatican. but there was a good side of its location: car away from all tourists - few nice local coffee shops and restaurants- super cheap and authentic.. so definitely I recommend this location if you are a budget traveller and do not want to stay around the crowds all the time - perfect balance.

There is also nearby bus station with bus line to the metro station. We were pleasantly surprised with vouchers for breakfast in nearby bar. It was exceptionally clean and cute room.

Although well linked, travelling to the city centre takes about one hour. This is not actually a con, yet something to keep in mind if you’re planning on visiting the central attractions.

• Alaa (9/5): Wonderful Stay and a Wonderful Host - The hostess, Emanuela was very kind and helpful. I got locked out of the building and she was kind enough to come and open the building doir for me. She also gave me an extra key since the main key was with my roommate. The room was very clean and comfortable. The toilet had a connected water hose, which was just wonderful. There was a safe inside the room but we didn't need to use it. The breakfast options were practical and lovely. I really enjoyed my stay. The accommodation is near Coop supermarket and very close to the bus station. The neighborhood is queit, safe and friendly. The only let down is the location. The guest house is a 2-min walk from the bus station. You can take the bus to the metro station or just keep riding the bus till you reach your destination. It usually takes around 45 mins to an hour to reach the city center. So, if you are visiting to visit Rome's famous attractions, you will spend some time in the commute. I personally didn't mind it as it allowed me to explore Rome streets more.

• Elena (5/5): Passable - The apartments were clean. The area is nice, lots of greenery. No washing machine, no clothes dryer, no towel warmer in the bathroom. Towels do not dry overnight, towels are not changed when cleaning. Living more than two days in such conditions is uncomfortable. When I asked for disposable slippers, Emanuela said that this was a different class of service. Apparently, all the money saved on slippers is spent on buying the cheapest cheese and ham for breakfast. The metro looks close on the map, but you need to go to it along the highway, or wait for the bus. Even though the landlord lives in the same apartment, we were denied check-in at midnight and we waited at the airport for six hours. The day was fully paid for, so that we did not check in at 12.00, according to the conditions, but at 08.00. It is difficult to call these conditions friendly for residents.
