• Weber (8/5): Comfortable stay near the Taj Mahal - The property was located near the Taj Mahal (you could even look at the monument from the rooftop). The staff was very friendly, made us feel welcomed and even gave a better room than we initially booked. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Perfect stay for one night to visit the Taj Mahal ! The wifi didn’t reach into our room and was only available at the reception and in the hallway in front of the room. The breakfast was ok/acceptable but there wasn’t much variety.

Но этот отель был шикарен, персонал очень отзывчивый и всегда поможет. Я брезглив, хоть и понимаю, что в индии своё понятие чистоты, НО, в этом отеле было чисто всё, даже одеяла и простыни чистые, это и не удивительно, я наблюдал как персонал с самого утра начинают всё вымывать и даже на улице у отеля, чистота восзитительная. В целом всё что заявлено есть и даже больше. Советую выбирать этот отель - не разочаруетесь. Всё было шикарно 👏

• Linda (10/5): Pleasant short stay - Everyone here was very nice and welcoming. The staff were helpful and flexible, especially when we needed to extend our stay for another night. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall it was a good place to stay in Agra with good value for money. Nothing in particular. I was only there for two nights and had no issues.
• andre (10/5): Hôtel Taj Sojourn idéal à Agra - Accueil très professionnel et agréable, ils vous portent vos bagages jusqu'à votre chambre qui est très propre, les draps et serviettes sont impeccables, la salle de douche toilette est parfaite. Vue sur le Taj Mahal depuis le rooftop. Se trouve à 12mn à pied du nouveau métro pour aller au taj mahal (0,15€ le ticket) L'hôtel est neuf et très bien entretenu, le personnel est très attentionné. Très bon rapport qualité/prix, je conseils vivement d'y séjourner. L'hôtel est parfait, il manque juste une bouilloire dans la chambre mais ils apportent un thermos d'eau chaude à votre demande.

• Andrea (10/5): Kind and nice stay - So the hotel it’s very new and clean! The owner speak English very nice so we didn’t have any problem of communication! They also offer food (resenable price) and help you with guides to forts and Taj Mahal! The location is quiet and peaceful! A local market is very near, the street a bit broken but you can do that easily. They were super kind with us letting us to be in a room for free after check out time (4hrs more) since we were waiting for a train! Very very kind and nice experience! I would come back here. Tbh the ac and water works also well! Maybe only the position (even if is good) is not connected very good but still okay!

It was too overpriced -too much overpriced for the service provided no dental kit - no changing of bedsheets - no tissue paper - no buffet breakfast- although breakfast was included. They gave room service for food. Non veg not available. Not even eggs. Also, poor quality of lunch and dinner - no heating arrangements in winters of December, in the room

• Dan (5/5): Wasted potential - The location is ok. But walking around can be tricky. Better get an uber/taxi. The food is ok. But be prepared to get the wrong items and to repeat the order several times. I even wrote down the order and made them take a picture with their mobiles phones. It didn't work. The basics of hospitality escapes them. Got the impression that they were doing me a favour for hosting me. But it was a paid service. Command of the English language is not great. But they will knock on the door multiple times confirming if you are checking out... from 8:30am onwards. What gives? To top it off, there was a bloke, quite sure that he was not guest, with his feet on the reception couch, poking at his toes nails. That was grotesque. I don't care if it's your family business, it's not your bedroom.

• Kshitiz (8/5): A pleasant stay - The property and specially room was very clean. I found one of the cleanest washrooms in my usual business trips. The staff was very polite and helpful, I had to check out 11 in the morning but still had work in the city, they kept my luggage and when I came back I recharged my phone and got fresh (without any room). Tea is good at this place. Nothing bad in the property it's just that they have open parking for cars, if you are a solo traveller and traveling on a bike then they can get your bike parked inside the property.

• Andre (7/5): Good - the hotel is new and good besides the others in Agra.They sell good food in the hotel. The staff is pretty bad..... i got at the hotel early in the morning coming from other city, around 6am and my check in was at noon.....They have a security guy at the reception which wont alow me in and wait at the reception, even more he speaks no english. The tuk tuk driver helped me to convince him to let me stay in a chair at the reception. when i left the same thing happened, i had to leave at 4am to get a early bus.....the same guy didnt let me to go out saying that i didnt pay for the room service, which i've paid at the night before to not have an issue like that.

• Leonelduarte (5/5): Passable - The staff was pleasant apart from the receptionist that kept insisting I had booked for one person not 2 when we told him in english and hindi multiple times that my friend was only dropping me at the hotel as she was staying in another hotel. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable sadly I could barely sleep on it due to the noise coming from the banquet next door The location made my night so bad I couldnt sleep until very late, right next to a wedding venue that played very loud music until well after midnight, so if you want to feel like youre sleeping inside a club go for this hotel

• Harry (7/5): Good staff but it appeared that they were operating with a constrained budget. - Clean premises and good breakfast. A few mosquitoes were buzzing in our room and we had to request a mosquito repellent. The location is a bit difficult to find.
• Lauryn (6/5): Clean room but not the best hotel - The staff were friendly and the room was very clean. They have laundry service. The roomservice was nice. The water didn’t get hot. It was more luke warm and you had to wait 20 minutes for that. Only one of the staff could speak some English, but we had some communication issues. They locked the door at night because the staff sleeps in the lobby. I had to wake them up to go to the Taj mahal in the morning. Oh and it’s very very noisy! Every 10 minutes you hear someone scraping their throat. And there are no windows.

I visited to Agra last month December 2023. the temperature is really freezing. I preferred a heater inside the room. unfortunately it is not there. Other than that all other things are perfect.

• Olga (6/5): Stay for one night - Location was good, no far away from Taj Mahal First night it was very noisy outside the building near hotel, but it was very loud and we heard it very well. Also there was some issue with hot water, not comfortable to have a cold shower
• Omkar (5/5): Passable - There was no hand soap and had a soap bar instead. Who uses soap bar for basin in 2023? There was no hot water in the shower even after turning on the water heater 15mins before use of the shower. The basin was no thoroughly cleaned and had marks on it.
• Sushreeta (10/5): Clean and Spacious rooms - Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is quite helpful and quick in providing any help needed. They don't have a restaurant but they do have a kitchen and the food is amazing with good quantity.
