Guest Reviews
- Catherine (10/5): Perfect, even the cows appeared. - Beautiful setting, very kind and accommodating hosts. And the cottage had absolutely everything you could need.
- Alexander (9/5): Fantastic little B&B, with a lovely view. - Great little unit. Attached to the house, but still quite private. Loved the little verandah with cooking appliances. Nice little view of the garden. The breakfast provided was delicious! The bed was very comfortable and just a great little spot overall. Also loved all of Ralph's pottery. Nothing. Was lovely and as advertised.
- Adam (10/5): - Comfort Matches to light đŻď¸ candles were old
- Kim (10/5): Perfect relaxing weekend, would definitely stay again. - Such a beautiful clean cabin, tucked out the back was so peaceful, it was small but had everything we needed and more. Breakfast was included and it was so fresh and delicious.
- Brittany (10/5): -
- Sarah (10/5): - Ralph and Robyn were exceptional hosts, maintaining regular communication and a warm, friendly greeting upon arrival. My partner and I had a wonderful time at The Potters Cabin; the rooms were clean, heated, tidy and presented beautifully. Our favourite part was being able to sit out on the deck with our home-cooked breakfast and enjoy the stunning scenery right on our doorstep. We could not recommend this stay more and are looking forward to staying again in the future!
- Mcandrew (10/5): - Animals, the hosts and the location. Bed was a bit firm but that is subjective

- Adam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nathan (10/5): Rolling Hills Moo Cow Getaway - Breakfast supplies were unreal. Made for the perfect lazy morning. A hot tub somewhere wouldâve been great - albeit maybe not fitting with the aesthetic

- Julia (9/5): A lovely stay, would come again - This is a lovely little B & B with lots of nice personal touches to make your stay a special one. Very nice surroundings. Comfy furniture & bed. We had a very enjoyable stay here. We stayed in the garden suite which has it's own entrance, but the other room is next door to it and I'm pretty sure they'd need to walk past your room to get to theirs, so no biggie, but just if you are a super private person it might not be 100% ideal.
- Gordon (9/5): Superb - Quiet, friendly, welcoming, great vibes!
- Andrea (10/5): Perfect relaxing getaway - Very well appointed cabin set in a tranquil setting, beautiful views, lovely gardens, everything we needed and more! Breakfast was varied and delicious. Hosts are helpful and lovely people. Great location for a base to explore the area. Nothing

Very comfortable bed. Quiet spot with views over farmland. Hosts were friendly and informative. They offered us early check in and late check out. Breakfast supplies provided with plenty of tea/ coffee/ hot chocolate. Nothing
- Mezz (9/5): We absolutely loved the amenities provided that we didnât really to bring our own stuff except for alcohol and a few foo - Beautiful picturesque views and serene surroundings with our own little private balcony to enjoy the scenery in peace and privacy. We loved everything and couldnât pick anything negative.

- Dianne (10/5): A relaxing, peaceful place to stay where you are made to feel welcome from the moment you arrive. - This is a slice of heaven to visit. The hosts are friendly, welcoming and some of the nicest people you could meet. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and wants for nothing. The views you look out on were rural beauty, where the neighbouring cows greet you of a morning when you open the blinds and not a car could be heard. We liked everything about this property. Absolutely nothing to dislike except our stay was to short.
- Matt (10/5): Exceptional -

There are so many little extra details, like the breakfast basket and the tawny, and the bedside chocolates - you just feel so welcome and happy as soon as you walk in. No complaints at all!
- Flynn (9/5): Superb -
- Cassie319 (9/5): Superb -

- Cassandra (10/5): A lovely place to stay for a weekend away exploring the peninsula - The property was lovely and well kept
Great accomodating hosts
Close to everything (hotsprings, rye beach and the back beaches)
The beautiful view while having breakfast on the alfresco dining and cooking space The couch was uncomfortable to chill out on. Could be improved with footrests.

- Nicola (10/5): I loved it and can't wait to go back. - Beautiful, peaceful location. Everything I could possibly need, and more, was provided. Hosts were very friendly and I felt very welcome. Extremely comfortable and clean. Stunning place to stay and relax. My stay was too short!
- Keith (7/5): Terrific accomodation except for the funny outside kitchen. - The location is good for people using a car and the property is very spacious. Breakfast is self prepare and generous but could do with some fruit. Breakfast is prepared outside on a partly enclosed veranda with is unsuitable in cold weather. At these times of year a continental breakfast that requires no cooking would be better. Otherwise consider enclosing the veranda.
- Pavla (10/5): Best break to explore Rye and surroundings - Great communication⌠very clean and welcomingâŚloved it Canât think of anything⌠there is cooking kitchen outside but I actually liked it.
- Nadia (10/5): So peaceful! - Me partner and I stayed a couple nights and loved it! Owners were so kind and accommodating, the cabin was private and had everything we could possibly need, everything was perfectly cleaned and we had a gorgeous view of hills at the back of the property. We will definitely go again. We were a short drive from beach, Rye township and hotsprings. Highly recommend for a romantic get away.
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pavla (10/5): Time goes slower and you really get to meet the locals and when someone asks you how are you ? They are actually interes - Love the view, the hosts where so helpful and friendly, with recommendations of best coffee shops and all. I love the gardens which where kept so clean. The whole cabin was excellent, clean , inviting, nothing was missing. Breakfast in the morning âŚcoffeeâŚdifferent tea. Just fabulous. Electric blankets heating and cooling. 10 out of 10 I canât think of anything
- William (10/5): Exceptional -
- Owen (8/5): Enjoyable and different eating outside in winter! - The location was great, very clean , comfortable bed. Lovely view. Pleasant and helpful host.
Seeing the cows and meeting the horse. Going outside to microwave and eat wasn't that great, but the view was lovely if somewhat breezy!
Didn't realise how little space inside but what was there was great.
- Watson (10/5): Exceptional - The breakfast provided by Ralph and Robyn was amazing!! Location is close to Rye and the hot springs. The view is beautiful.
- Raquel (10/5): Wonferful couples retreat - The place was beautiful! It felt like a little cottage tucked away in the countryside with rolling hill views and cows to watch with your morning cup of coffee. The breakfast included was lovely, and the owners were wonderful. Nothing bad to say
- Lucy (10/5): Excellent host, venue and country location. - Ralph was an exceptional host, supplying not just a wonderful breakfast including the dietary exception I needed, but also posting something I'd left behind, with excellent communication. We really enjoyed staying at the Pottery B&B as our base to explore the countryside, beach and towns. It was very comfortable, attractive, well equipped, set in a lovely garden with a beautiful view over the hills, close to a popular takeaway, with the added option of being able to take a pottery class with Ralph. Ralph has personally crafted the dinnerware and decorative pots throughout, making this a unique and much appreciated touch. We very much enjoyed our stay here and hope to return at some time in the future. Thanks Ralph!
- Greg (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the place. Was extremely comfortable and clean. Everything was thought about.
- Tanya (9/5): Superb -
- Subhra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brooklynn (10/5): Exceptional - Such a relaxing weekend away! Ralph and Robyn were super friendly and accommodating. Great location, quiet and also a nice walk to the beach. A visit from Fred the horse was a nice surprise. The deck and outdoor kitchen was a great set up. A perfect weekend, we will be back!
- Shannon (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, room was cosy, private and clean!
- C (9/5): Superb -
- Sharukh (9/5): Superb -
- Rohini (10/5): Exceptional - Couldn't ask for a better to stay for our anniversary. Spent most of our time at the property gazing at the never ending views of rolling hills, grazing cattle, chirping birds and soaked in everything that nature had to offer.
Peninsula Hot Springs, beaches, eateries, shopping were all just a few mins drive away.
Thank you Ralph and Robyn for being such friendly hosts and for accommodating us at your property.
Bread, Eggs, Bacon, Tomatoes, Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil, Sugar, Milk, Cereal, Juice, ... - too many options for breakfast. Loved it.
The other things that we like were complimentary wine, chocolates, mandalas (which i most enjoyed), books, watching Ralph's pottery lessons, and the list goes on... đ Kitchen is outside.
Sink in the bathroom is so small that you might struggle a bit.
Little walking space in the room.
We spent most of the time outside the room - in the garden, so the above issues didn't bother us.
