• Giorgio (10/5): - Stanza pulitissima e ordinata. Le istruzioni per il self check in sono chiarissime. Giorgio, l'host, è molto gentile e super reattivo. La consiglio assolutamente. Unica piccola mancanza è l'assenza di un paio di mensole dove riporre I propri vestiti.

Auch Giorgio war super-nett, easy zu erreichen und hat bei Fragen extrem schnell geantwortet, weiter geholfen und Tipps gegeben 👌🏼 Danke 🙏🏼 Man kann fußläufig alles super erreichen (in bis zu 30min wirklich in alle Richtungen) und Trastevere selbst ist abends super!

• Bruno Rafael (10/5): - Hotel maravilhoso. Em uma boa localização, no bairro trastevere, cercado de bares, cafés e restaursntes tem uma vida noturna boa. O hotel consegue ficar em um lugar silencioso, com uma instalação confortável, com tudo funcionando bem. Eles dão ficha pra você tomar o café da manhã no Big Star, um cafe/pub na esquina que tem um capuccino maravilhoso e a noite tem ótimas cervejas.

• Maarit (7/5): Ihan ok paitsi aamupala surkea. - Siisti, tilava huone mutta huoneiden väliset seinät ohuet eli kuului liian hyvin äänet toisista huoneista. Äänet kuuluivat toisista huoneista. Aamupala todella surkea. Croissant ja kahvi lähipubissa, joka oli meluisa ja kulunut.

До всех достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. В номере есть лист с рекомендациями баров и ресторанов, очень удобно для туристов которые приехали впервый раз. Не хватает шкафа для хранения вещей.

Região relativamente próxima as principais atrações de ROma, frequentado por italianos e nao apenas turistas. Quarto amplo, limpo com aquecimento apropriado, elevador. Propriedade autônoma sem recepção. Não foi informado que o café da manhã era oferecido fora do prédio, em um café numa rua próxima. É disponibilizado um croissant e um café apenas. Se soubesse antes não pagaria e comeria onde eu quisesse e seria melhor pelo pouquíssimo oferecido. A TAxa de turismo, a ser cobrada na hospedagem é solicitada para ser deixada no quarto em dinheiro.
• Edizet (9/5): Wszystko bardzo dobrze. Chętnie bym skorzystał jeszcze raz. Polecam - Nocleg godny polecenia. Czysto, bardzo wygodne i duże łóżko. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Boczna uliczka z możliwością parkowania, ale prawdopodobnie za opłatą. Oczywiście jak to we Włoszech bardzo dużo samochodów. Po drugiej stronie ulicy piekarnia/pizzeria czynna od wczesnych godzin rannych do późnego wieczora. W odległości dosłownie kliku metrów kawiarnia i mały sklepik. Śniadanie mieliśmy w lokalu oddalonym może o 200 metrów. Kawa + croissant, ale duży z możliwością wyboru z różnym nadzieniem. W sam raz na początek dnia. W tym samym lokalu wieczorem można się zrelaksować przy drinkach i lanym piwie. W najbliższej okolicy, dosłownie kilka minut spacerem, znajduje się targ (tylko rano), restauracje i różne lokale, kilka dużych marketów spożywczych i różne sklepy. Jest też "Suppli Roma" wymieniany jako najlepszy lokal z Suppli w Rzymie. Ciekawostką jest to, że w pokoju pilot od telewizora i klimatyzacji były zafoliowane. Być może to jakieś pokłosie po pandemi, ale na dzień dzisiejszy to trochę śmieszne. Początek lutego i kaloryfery zimne. Oczywiście grzanie przy pomocy klimatyzacji, wystarcza, ale tylko dla pokoju. Żeby w łazience było ciepło trzeba zostawić otwarte drzwi, żeby się nagrzało od pokoju. Ma to wpływ na schnięcie ręczników i wilgoć w łazience.

Le xalme de la rue Le ménage n'a pas été fait tous les jours dans la chambe. Poubelles jamais vidées, ni à la Salle d'eau, ni dans la chambre. Giorgio avait du mal à répondre à mes interrogations et on sentait même que ça l'agaçait un peu. C'est trés moyen, par rapport au prix .

Very uncomfortable and small bathroom: almost impossible to use toilet or a bathtub for a person with height above average, bathroom needs more place for storage (I could barely place my essentials there). We missed blankets (it was quite cold at night) and unfortunately the only option was using AC as heating

Perfect spot very quiet for sleeping but perfectly positioned for a walking anywhere in the area and beyond. They genuinely wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. It was perfect for myself as a solo traveller. I felt safe and secure and slept very well.

Ich fand auch, dass es im Flur gut gerochen hat, was ich persönlich als gutes Zeichen werte. Das Frühstück in der Bar war gut, kann mich nicht beschweren. Uns war kalt aber man konnte die Klimaanlage auch zum Heizen benutzen.
• Klára (9/5): - Great location, easy and quick communication with Giorgio, nice breakfast in a coffee nearby (simple, coffee and pasty, but what else do you need? :) Room was ok, big enough, and we had a nice discount via Genius 3, but if I had to pay the price without the discount, I would be slightly disappointed, the linen were dirty (not dirty from the previous guest, that kind of dirt that you can not wash it away and towels had holes in it, I would recommend buying a new ones). It was ok for 2 nights with the discount.

• Shatakshi (9/5): - The location was wonderful - lively, romantic atmosphere. Lots of options for food and drinks. We walked everywhere except for the visit to Vatican museum, we took a short bus ride as we were short on time. Room was clean and Giorgio was very clear with his instructions and answered any questions I had promptly. Breakfast is at a cafe just a few mins from the apartment. Includes a choice of hot drink and a pastry. The cafe is at a sunny street corner, friendly service. Thank you for everything!
• Deborah (7/5): Good location and communication but rooms vary a lot in quality. - Well located, within easy walking distance of Trastevere restaurants and Porta Portese, and transport links to airport. Room was decently sized and host was communicative. Coffee and croissant at a cafe at the end of the street were included and we were able to leave our bags. Our room was dark and directly overlooked only the another room’s balcony a foot away. It was significantly less attractive than the other standard rooms because of this and should not have been priced the same as them. Would also have liked a second pillow and blankets rather than thin microfibre covers.

We also stored our luggage on the last day as we had a late flight had thank you again for the lovely stay highly recommend 😊 We had no issues everyone was fab

Objekt je smješten u prekrasnom kvartu Trastevere koji i u ovo doba godine izgleda fantastično i ima jako puno dobrih barova i restorana. Soba je bila velika, udobna i čista, a domačin jako susretljiv i spreman odgovorit na svako pitanje! Doručak uključuje kroasan i kavu u simpatičnom obližnjem kafiću, gdje je isti tako odlična lokalna atmosfera! Bez razmišljanja bi ponovo ovdje boravili!

• Jeffrey (7/5): Great location! Safe neighbourhood. Cafes and restaurants aplenty. A clean comfortable room. - Trasterevina is well located. We walked to the Vatican, the Colliseum, the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain but we are walkers and don’t mind 8-10 km. a day. The area is safe at night. Many restaurants and nightlife is buzzy. Communication with Giorgio excellent. Cafes, bakeries and general stores within 50m. Very clean room and toilet. Good shower temp and pressure. Cupboard for hanging clothes. Double glaze window reduces street noise which is minimal and the a/c keeps the room toasty. Comfy bed. Room security good. I’m tall. Bathroom mirror too low. Blankets provided maybe a touch thin. Power point locations inconvenient poorly located so we used the corridor point which was on the floor but accessible. Steps up to room not excessive but tough at the end of a long day. There is a small lift. A touch expensive but this is Rome and we are converting Australian dollars.

• Alexandre (5/5): Une chambre correcte au cœur de Trastevere - 1° Emplacement très agréable, en plein Trastevere, quartier vivant de Rome, animé et avec un côté un peu alternatif. 2° Réactivité et gentillesse de l’hôte, communication facile et rapide. Possibilité de laisser ses valises dans l'espace commun le dernier jour (si on fait confiance aux autres occupants :) ) 3° Chambre correcte, pas exceptionnelle mais qui fait le job ; c'est une ambiance assez fraîche (ex : sol en carrelage complet), et c'est sûrement très sympa l'été 1° Aucun contact réel avec l’hôte : nous ne l’avons jamais vu. La taxe de séjour doit être laissée en liquide sur la table, ce qui est déroutant quand on arrive 2° Petit-déjeuner décevant : le bar partenaire semble fournir le service à contrecœur. Seul le café est inclus (le thé est à plus de 3 €) et l’on ne peut choisir que des croissants ou beignets très sucrés. Les petits paninis salés proposés au comptoir ont l’air excellents, mais ils ne sont pas compris dans la formule. 3° Chambre assez spartiate : pour une guesthouse annoncée 4 étoiles, une petite table pour manger un morceau ou un fauteuil, pour poser quelques vêtements, auraient été un minimum de confort. 4° État de la chambre perfectible : murs abîmés et un trou dans un drap. Les photos en ligne sont très stylisées et montrent beaucoup d’espaces communs, ce qui rend difficile de se faire une idée précise de la chambre. Le prix annoncé était d’environ 700 € pour trois nuits, finalement proposé à moitié prix. À 350 €, cela reste correct pour l’emplacement, mais on comprend mal le tarif initial au vu du niveau réel de la chambre.

• Ana Isabel (8/5): - Ubicación en zona tranquila. Habitaciones 3 y 4 grandes y bien equipadas. Camas cómodas. El lavabo de la habitación 3, es muy pequeño pero completo. El desayuno es escaso y si vas varios días no vale la pena cogerlo, solo es un café con leche y bollería en un bar cercano. Para mi gusto un poco lejos del centro. No hay personal físico en el apartamento pero Giorgio está pendiente en ayudarte en todas las dudas que tengas y lo que necesites.

The AC is weak and can reach only 27 Celsius, and it feels more like 20-22 Also the water pressure at the shower was not sufficient, and the water was only kinda hot, which is not the nicest in the cold (6,7 degrees at night)

Pulizia impeccabile, check in e check out in autonomia, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in deposito. Comodità per mezzi pubblici Prezzo piuttosto alto per la struttura, bagno davvero stretto, colazione non in struttura ma al bar vicino, che ci ha chiesto un supplemento per un micro panino ordinato al posto del classico cornetto.

Da pra andar de ônibus facilmente Quando cheguei não havia recebido as instruções de como entrar no prédio e fiquei preocupada. Porém mandei msg para o responsável da hospedaria pelo booking e imediatamente ele me respondeu com as instruções e foi super solicito com tudo q precisei. • Juergen (9/5): When you come to Rome, stay in Travestere. - The location is very good. Many restaurants and also public transportation that makes exploring Rome easy. The room is clean and the bathroom is new. The host is friendly and supportive. Like most other guests I want to mention the pillows. They are quite thin and the bed is rather hard.

La colazione consta di un ticket al bar a 50 metri: bevanda e prodotto da forno, buona qualità. ma nulla tutto sommato , la Tv era smart ma aveva qualche bug. Il browser non funzionava ma netflix, dazn ecc...ok

• Felice (8/5): - Die Lage im Viertel Trastevere hat uns am besten gefallen, auch dass es dennoch ruhig dort ist, auch nachts. Der Check in und Kontakt mit dem Vermieter funktioniert Online, alles sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Für das Frühstück erhält man Coins, die in einer Frühstücksbar um die Ecke einzulösen sind für Croissants und Café. Direkt gegenüber liegt eine kleine Pizzabar mit netter Bedienung, da haben wir uns abends Pizza, Tiramisu und Obstsalat preiswert erworben.
