In addition, we spent about two hours the night before we checked in looking for the bed-and-breakfast. It’s right in the middle of a popular dining area, which was great. However, the entrance is a door with absolutely no signage whatsoever. You walk through the door and it’s a very old looking, extremely worn area/empty room. You then climb a flight of stairs that look like they have been there since medieval times and have not been cleaned. The worst part was the breakfast! You had to sit on your bed to eat your piece of toast that was supposed to be a ham and cheese sandwich. It had a slice of the thinnest piece of ham ever and a small amount of cheese in a Panini. The food we would rate at a zero. (Only ate there the first morning.) Not at all what you would expect from a bed and breakfast! The rooms were nice. Alissia at check-in was wonderful. She was very empathetic to our complaints. But we felt the website had a very inaccurate description of the B&B. If you want to be in the middle of things, stay there as it is a great location. If you want a authentic, Bed & Breakfast vibe or a hotel vibe, this is definitely not your place. The website description could’ve been better. It would have been very beneficial to know there was no signage on the door and that it was in the middle of a dining area. It was very difficult to find. Even our cab driver couldn’t find it and we had the address. The breakfast needs a 100% overhaul. It would be much nicer to have a small room with some tables and chairs for breakfast then sitting in your room, eating it on your bed.

Notre chambre n'avait qu'une petite fenêtre, il faisait très vite chaud et un peu de bruit le matin avec la préparation du petit déjeuner qui est juste à côté.

• M (8/5): Clean, spacious with a great location for exploring - Hub Navona was located in Piazza Navona, a very central location accessible to lots of cafes, food, and taxi pickup. Our room had two separate sleeping areas, perfect for a family of four. We also had a balcony overlooking the Piazza, which was great for people-watching. The staff was very attentive to our needs and offered to assist with bags and issues that arose during our trip. Not Hub Navona's fault, there is no elevator, so if you have large/oversized luggage, be aware there is a staircase leading up to the entrance. Lacked some of the charm we experienced at some of the other B&B's we stayed it.

The facilities were clean, the room was spacious with comfortable beds and good breakfast. But the hotel's biggest advantage is Alessia. Friendly, helpful, kind, always available to help, Alessia is one of the best hotel personel I have ever met. Thank you!

A két kis szoba ablak a belső sötét konyha udvarra néz, így semmi fény nem jutott a szobába, illetve a szellőztetés sem a legideálisabb.

On va dire le seul point négatif est le bruit (ça ne nous a pas empêché de dormir) mais en même temps il faut s’y attendre juste au dessus de restaurants sur une place touristique mais largement compensé par le reste 👌

Pur essendo così centrale ad avendo molti locali attorno, le camere sono assolutamente silenziose, oltre che grandì e ben pulite. Lo stesso vale anche per il bagno. Nulla. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, dalla doccia non esce acqua caldissima: arriva acqua calda per lavarsi comodamente, ma per chi ama l'acqua molto calda, manca un po' di temperatura...

• FiMa (9/5): - Personal und Eigentümerin sind sehr herzlich und freundlich, die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, sauber und mit feinen Betten versehen, in der Gegend gibt es genug Möglichkeiten zu Essen & zu trinken, Taxi bringt einen bis zur Hauptür des Appartements auch wenn man sich das anfangs schwer vorstellen kann, unser Zimmer Nr 3 hatte nur ein kleines Fenster aber das störte nicht da man eh die meiste Zeit draußen unterwegs ist. Vom Appartement aus ist fast alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar (Kolosseum ist etwas weiter mit 25 min) Wenn man was anführen müsste, dann müsste man was erfinden oder empfindlich sein zb vor dem Zimmer 3 wird das Frühstück angerichtet dh ab 7 Uhr hört man wem arbeiten und kann nicht bis 10 Uhr ausschlafen

Most major sights, like the Pantheon and Castel Sant'Angelo, are within an easy, scenic stroll. Exceptional Staff What really sets Hub Navona apart is the hospitality. The staff are incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was providing a local restaurant recommendation that wasn’t a "tourist trap" or helping navigate transportation, they made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation.

Muito próximo dos pontos turísticos principais e ainda com restaurantes muito bons justo na frente da porta. O atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente e a comunicação muito eficiente. Ficamos muito felizes com o atendimento do nosso pedido para podermos entrar antes do horário de check in, o que ajuda muito para quem viaja em família. É importante que avisem que a taxa turística de Roma somente pode ser paga em dinheiro. Não tínhamos dinheiro em espécie e tivemos alguma dificuldade para conseguir, mas afora isso tudo foi excelente.

Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, modern und gepflegt – man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Alles machte einen hochwertigen und sauberen Eindruck. Das Frühstück wurde auf dem Zimmer serviert, was grundsätzlich eine nette Idee ist. Allerdings war der Tisch im Zimmer recht klein. Mit drei Personen wurde es beim Frühstück schnell ziemlich beengt, was den Komfort etwas eingeschränkt hat. Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass die Fenster ausschließlich zum Innenhof gingen. Dort zog teilweise ein starker Essensgeruch hoch, der sich im Zimmer bemerkbar gemacht hat. Das war zwar nicht dramatisch, aber doch auffällig – und hat einen den ganzen Tag über irgendwie hungrig gemacht. Mit drei Personen wurde es beim Frühstück schnell ziemlich beengt, was den Komfort etwas eingeschränkt hat.

Flott beliggenhet med nærhet til mange attraksjoner, bra restauranter og uendelige koselige gater. Kun 2 mindre vinduer på rommet med plastdekke slik at det verken var innsyn eller utsyn. Vinduer vendte inn mot liten bakgård. Opplevdes litt innestengt.

Die Lage ist perfekt um zu Fuß durch Rom zu kommen. Der Eingang ist etwas schwer zu finden, achten Sie auf die Hausnummer, da es kein großes Schild gibt, muß man auf der Klingel schaun. Die Betten war nicht ganz so gut, im Bad war eine Chromabdeckung locker und schon mehrmals mit Silikon aufgeklebt worden.

Según el tipo de habitación puede ser interior o tener una terracita a la plaza Navona. El desayuno es espectacular, a la carta de contenido y servido, incluso en la habitación a la hora que desees. Un sitio para tener en cuenta. Particularmente es el que elijo siempre en mis frecuentes viajes a Roma. La ubicación es inmejorable, en el mismo centro de Roma permite ir a pié a cualquier lugar.

Alissea went above and beyond from check-in to check-out. Our flight was delayed several times, but she was incredibly understanding and kept in great communication throughout. She provided clear instructions for self check-in, which made our arrival completely stress-free. The breakfast was amazing, and the room was lovely and cozy. • Kaveh (9/5): - Beautifully made room. Absolutely spectacular location. Fantastic view on Piazza Navona. The main bed is a breeze. Chrming little balcony for a morning coffee. Excellent bathroom. Litterally in the heart of what matters in Rome. Pictures are views from the balcony on Piazza Navona. Be prepared for an early rise ;) One hears everything on the corridor. But why would one wanna sleep in, when in Rome?

• Jennifer (10/5): This was a great location, clean comfortable room and great friendly staff - The staff was so pleasant and accommodating. Alessia went above and beyond in helping me arrange a shipment to the property and had it waiting in my room. There was some street noise but it didn’t bother me it was a fun neighborhood to stay a block away from the piazza Navona
• Brian (9/5): Wonderful stay at Hub Navona - Excellent location. In the middle of it all. Great staff.
