• Carmen (10/5): Una soggiorno fra burlesque e concerto del Primo maggio - Posizione della struttura rispetto alla stazione, al teatro Brancaccio e al centro. Avremmo gradito dell'acqua nel frigo bar e una testiera del letto non di cuscini per via dell'allergia alla polvere.

• Bill (10/5): We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and look forward to returning. - Giulia the proprietor asked us periodically how we're doing, did we need anything, etc. Her assistant Coco was always cheerful and helpful. The guest house was central to major attractions like the Colosseum and several bus & metro lines. They provided us with helpful recommendations for restaurants and transit options.

Suggestions for restaurants were on point. Host cares! Only one thing: the curtain situation! Not blocking the light at all and too short for the window!

The room was cleaned every day, which we really appreciated, and all the facilities were provided, making our stay comfortable and easy. Overall, for the price we paid, it was a great option and a very convenient place for a short stay. We would definitely recommend it.

• SONIA MARIA (9/5): Excelente Repetiré - Nos gustó muchísimo la ubicación, el calorcito que había en la habitación, la excelente limpieza, el silencio en el piso, el buen trato y amabilidad de Pema. Lo hemos recomendado a nuestros amigos y familiares y esperamos volver. El extractor del baño tarda mucho en apagarse y es molesto, deberían cambiar la puerta de la entrada al piso a una menos ruidosa y con una llave mas segura y cómoda.

• Dovale (10/5): - המקום מעולה , יש בסביבה כל מה שנדרש , הדירה מטופלת נהדר , חבל רק שבחדר הציוד לא מאפשר לדוגמא שהייה ביום גשום או כשלא מרגישים טוב , הכסאות לא נוחים , שולחן קטן , ואין איזה כורסא נוחה כשזקוקים לה . אחראית המקום נהדרת , עוזרת כמה שיכולה , שומרת על סדר ונקיון המקום , אין רעש פנימי למעט הרעש החיצוני של לרוב ראשי אבל כשהחלונות סגורים לא שומעים רעש בדירה . החימום עובד נהדר . כסאות לא נוחים , שולחן קטן מדי , מחסור של כורסה נוחה ושהייה בחדר ביום לא מוצלח כמו גשום מאוד או לא מרגישים טוב .

Por otro lado, tienes la estación principal de tren de Roma a no más de 5 minutos, una parada de metro a dos manzanas y líneas de buses en la misma calle. Por lo que refiere al personal, la atención desde el primer momento y hasta el día que te vas es genial, ofreciendo indicaciones, recomendaciones, seguimiento, aclaraciones. Sin pedirlo nos ofrecieron la posibilidad de poder dejar nuestras cosas hasta la hora que salía el vuelo, dejándonos las llaves para poder entrar y salir sin problemas. ¡Encantadoras! Todo perfecto! No hay nada negativo. Grazie Mile!

• Sogan (9/5): Love Rome and Merulana Suite made the stay easy - Super friendly host and very helpful - providing a map, directions to sights and places to eat. Clean, quiet room. Excellent location with easy access to the A metro (access to all the major tourist sites), walking distance to the Colesseum and the Roman ruins. Many great places to eat from early in the morning to late at night.

• Nikolija (10/5): - Everything was perfect! The Suite is really near the Colosseum with a great infrastructure. The metro is 2 minutes away and also lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets you can find nearby. The communication with Giulia was amaizing from the beginning. Pam was so lovely, she did not let any questions unanswered. The room and the whole facility are VERY CLEAN. The next Time we are coming to Rome we are for sure choosing this accomodation. We wish Guilia and Pam all the best!!! 😊

• Pascal (8/5): - The property’s location is amazing, within a five minutes walk towards the nearest metro and also within walking distance to the Colosseum. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The room itself is comfortable, equipped with a small fridge and tv. We spent four nights here, but our towels weren’t replaced once, which would have been appreciated. The light in the bathroom only worked with sensor, which was bothersome while using the shower.

The location was excellent—just a five-minute walk to the metro and about fifteen minutes to Termini train station. There are also many nice restaurants nearby. The apartment was also very clean and well-maintained. We had a great stay!

• Gyula (10/5): Merulana Suite is warmly recommended, regardless it is a holiday or business trip to Rome! - Great location, walking distance to many must-see sites and museums. The room is large and equipped with everything you need. The bed and pillows are super comfy, and the bathroom also exceeds all expectations. The hosts, Giulia and Pema, are very helpful. Communication was great! Pema even provided us with a list of recommended restaurants and places worth visiting. The breakfast was also lovely, at a very reasonable price. Superb place and hosting! -
• Joshua (10/5): Perfect stay for anyone’s first time in Rome. - Staff was incredibly helpful throughout my stay in terms of: giving directions, leading me away from “tourist traps”, giving examples of good “hidden” restaurants and much much more. Although I did not have the breakfast option the immeneties looked well stocked and clean. Along side all this for the price the location was prime in my opinion. It was 1/2 roads straight to the centre and when walking through Rome there’s really no wrong way to go. Overall it was a perfect stay. Nothing
• Agapi (10/5): Exceptional - I had a stay exactly as I expected. The area where the accommodation is located is about a quarter walk from the Colosseum and Termini central station and less than 5 minutes to metro and bus station. We were greeted by Giulia's colleague who was very kind and provided tips for our trip and suggestions for dining in Rome. I thought the apartment would be noisy due to the busy street, but with the windows closed we hardly heard anything. The photocell in the bathroom was a little uncomfortable, especially during shower where I had to open the door and wave my hand to reactive the light.

• Diana (10/5): Merulana Suite is the best place to stay if you want the perfect location, cleanliness and a friendly atmosphere, defini - The Merulana Suite is in a perfect location. We had a very friendly welcome when we arrived and suggestions for places to visit during our short stay and the best way to get there. Everything was clean and neat. The motion sensor bathroom lights were pretty cool when going to bathroom during night. There is an opportunity to get breakfast in the morning which is perfect if you are in a rush.

• Thomas (8/5): A good value, very clean, and comfortable base to explore Rome. - Great location, easy check in, comfortable bed, in the courtyard room we were in there was excellent noise and light insulation from outside. Great communication with the owner and the person servicing the room. Room was very clean and was even cleaned several times when we were there. The automatic bathroom light and fan was a bit disturbing during the night, the pillows suspended above the bed reduced the effective bed length but could be swung up, and the sound insulation from the common area could be improved (though fortunately those in the other rooms were quite considerate during our stay so we only heard people coming and going and not socialising in the common area).
• Paloma` (10/5): Perfect location and stay - I loved the location of the property. The place was really clean and very comfortable. It has a fridge that was very helpful to cool our waters and drinks. When you come in you are greeted with a map and recommendations of where to go eat and visit. I would definitely stay here again. I liked everything about it!
• Daniel (8/5): Very good - Well located in a nice district and near all main tourist attractions. You can find cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. The room is located on a floor together with other rooms and serviced by a common kitchen/dining room. The host is very polite and could provide a lot of useful information. The room is nice and ample and kept very clean. There is a possibility to leave your luggage in case of a late departure. 10 o'clock check-out
