• Luboš (8/5): The accommodation was clean, and a sweet breakfast was included in the price. - The accommodation was excellent. Communication with the hostess was very fast and without any problems. The accommodation was clean and pleasant, and there were no complications at all. Parking ok.

La zona è molto tranquilla e la posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dall’Ambasciata del Kazakistan. L’appartamento è confortevole, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Un ringraziamento speciale a Erika, host gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Sarà sicuramente il nostro punto di riferimento per i prossimi soggiorni a Roma. Consigliatissimo!

• Michelle (10/5): Truly the most wonderful accommodations we had during our Italy vacation! - Where to begin… lovely welcome by Erika… excellent willingness to communicate and translate from Italian to English. Wonderful for help with public transportation; bus numbers, trams, trains and airport. Best accommodations we had during our 8 day stay in Italy… the only place that went the extra mile to serve a delicious breakfast each morning. Even with a language barrier, Erika made sure we had all our questions answered.. even calling her English speaking daughter to clarify anything we needed answers to. There isn’t anything I can think of… be aware you need to plan time-wise for appointments if using bus systems which are very close to Akira… or take a taxi… Erika was happy to order for us when we needed one.

• ABETE (5/5): Da non ripetere - La colazione è scarsa....con vassoio in camera. Sono rimasto stupito. Assurdo che non sia indicato in evidenza da booking. Mi è stato indicata da booking una distanza pari alla metà di quella effettiva. Io avevo scelto la struttura proprio per la vicinanza al mio luogo di interesse invece ho dovuto fare 7 km in più per due giorni andata e ritorno. Booking non può dare indicazioni errate. Stanza fredda con bagno senza riscaldamento. Colazione scadente. La struttura è in un palazzo condominiale.

• Gironi (10/5): Well-deserved good reputation - Erika is a reliable and very kind host, the location is great (very quiet, the main noise being the delicate chirping of birds in the morning, and at a 45-minute bus drive from Roma Termini), the room was clean, cosy and the toilet had a large shower. In my opinion, the mattress was a little too soft for a man over 230lb.

• Shanty (8/5): Very good - The owner was extremely accomodating since arrived Rome rather late in the night. She made sure she gave specific instructions to get to the hotel. The breakfast was amazing. It was too far from the airport. Had to take a bus from.airport to termini station. Then another bus to the property. More than 1.5 hours after we got out of the airport.

For sure you have what you need for a sleeping night , but if you need to spend more time in the B&B or more days , it's not a comfy place , Location is far from everything , at least if you dont need to stay in the neighbourd (like in my case) , there is nothing around .
