• IvanS (10/5): - Fenomenalna lokacija, iznad metroa, u srcu pešačke zone Via Ottaviano, veoma komforan i prostran apartman,sastavljen od dve manje spojene jedinice, sa prozorima iznad pešačke zone. Maria je tu u prostoriji pored da se postara da sve bude u redu, od dolaska, preko čišćenja svakog dana, do check out vremena.Izuzetno ljubazna.Kuhinja dobro opremljena, čekaju vas kafa, voda i pomorandže. Odlično rešenje za porodice od 4-5 osoba Nema zamerki

• Fabio (10/5): Bb accogliente in posizione eccezionale. - Stanza enorme (addirittura due finestre e salottino), pulitissima e confortevole. Anche il bagno spazioso e comodo, con set di cortesia. Posizione eccezionale. Cucina in comune con yogurt, caffè e arance per spremute a disposizione degli ospiti. Molto gradita l’accoglienza all’arrivo da parte della responsabile della struttura. Consigliatissimo.

Vsude prach. Balkon nijaky a vyhled uplna “topka”. Zvukova izolace nulova hlavne z chodby. Celkove proste uplne jine nez na fotkach a hodnoceni. Dokladam foto.

Limpieza, amabilidad del personal y el detalle de poner frutas y naranjas para exprimir, agua, galletas y de todo en la cocina…Maria y Leonor son encantadoras las 2. Me sentí como en familia Me encantó todo. El baño con todo como si fuera un Hotle de 4 estrellas me pareció un detallazo que no me esperaba. Fermata metro Ottaviano a 20 metri utile per spostarsi in ogni direzione, ma soprattutto a due passi dal Vaticano . Affaccio sulla pedonale Via Ottaviano ricca di locali bar , ristoranti e negozi che la rendono un centro vitale per il passeggio spazio ristretto tra il letto e la scrivania/lavoro.

• Ivan (10/5): - We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this accommodation. The location is excellent, very convenient for exploring the area. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. We also had access to a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed, which made our stay even more comfortable. As a nice touch, we were even provided with complimentary fruit and water. Overall, a truly wonderful experience!

Stanza grande e luminosa, con tre finestre su via Ottaviano, che, sebbene la strada sia pedonale e molto frequentata, risulta ben insonorizzata e silenziosa. Non avevamo la colazione, ma una piccola cucina comoda e pulita permette di prepararsi un buon caffè con biscottini, tisane, latte e spremuta d'arancia offerti dalla struttura. La signora Maria gentilissima. niente

Non era prevista la colazione, ma una piccola cucina accogliente ci ha dato la possibiltà di prepararci caffè, tisane e spremuta d'arancia. Stanza insonorizzata e davvero silenziosa, nonostante tre finestre con affaccio su via Ottaviano, ormai pedonale e molto frequentata. Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli lì dopo il check out fino all'orario di partenza. La signora Maria gentilissima e premurosa. Il soggiorno è stato molto apprezzato anche dalle mie figlie. niente

La disponibilità di una cucina adiacente la camera e la possibilità di fare colazione, o ristorarsi con una tisana la sera. La possibilità di lasciare le valigie fino al pomeriggio quando siamo partiti. La disponibilità e l'accoglienza delle signore della reception che ci hanno dato buone informazioni su come muoverci verso mete d'interesse e ristorante vicino ottimo. Che la signora delle pulizie arrivasse abbastanza presto. Uscivamo un po' tardi, verso le 10.30

• Daniela (10/5): - La struttura si trova in una zona pedonale presso la metro Ottaviano. Ideale per visitare la città. Camminando qualche minuto a piedi si arriva alla Basilica di San Pietro. In zona sono presenti diversi negozi e ristoranti. Stanza tripla ampia e ben arredata. È presente una sala dove è possibile consumare una colazione frugale. Staff davvero cortese e disponibile alle nostre richieste. Se decidessi di tornare a Roma con la mia famiglia, prenoterei sicuramente presso questa struttura.

• Mariella (5/5): Prezzo troppo alto per quello che abbiamo avuto - La posizione ottima! Centralissima Dalle foto la struttura sembra meravigliosa, poi in realtà scopri ben altro! La nostra camera aveva un letto a una piazza e mezzo, quindi lascio immaginare la comodità, tra l’altro io in gravidanza e mio marito di una certa stazza! Il bagno minuscolo poteva stare solamente una persona e per di più se dovevi uscire dalla doccia e c’era qualcuno in bagno doveva uscire perché altrimenti non riuscivi ad aprire il vetro per passare. In più la notte mi è capitato di andare in bagno e ho trovato il pavimento pieno di scarafaggi che camminavano….. risultato non ho più chiuso occhio! Per quello che abbiamo pagato, realmente mi aspettavo una bella camera !

• January (9/5): A fantastic stay with an unbeatable location, great shared amenities, and a host who truly cares. - St. Peter’s Guesthouse was the perfect place for my stay in Rome. The main reason for my trip was visiting the Vatican and St. Peter’s Basilica, and the location could not have been better — everything is within walking distance. The area is very central, with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and a pharmacy nearby. The Metro station is just a few steps away, making it extremely convenient to get around the city quickly. Although the neighborhood can be lively during the day and early evening, it quiets down once the shops close around 8 PM. With the windows closed, you can’t hear outside noise at all. There are also restaurants open late at night, which is great if you’ve had a long day or get hungry late. The guesthouse has a shared, fully equipped kitchen for guests, which I absolutely loved. You can make espresso, tea, and even fresh orange juice any time of day. Fresh oranges are provided, so you don’t need to buy your own — a very thoughtful touch. This is an Airbnb-style apartment with four rooms, and my room was perfect for a solo traveler. I had a single room with a queen bed and private bathroom. Even with a large suitcase, the space was comfortable and sufficient. The apartment is well maintained and serviced daily by staff. What I appreciated the most was the kindness and flexibility of the owner. When my flight was unexpectedly canceled with no immediate alternative, she allowed me to extend my stay for a few more days without any issues. She was extremely understanding and accommodating, which made a stressful situation much easier. I would absolutely recommend St. Peter’s Guesthouse, especially for solo travelers or anyone visiting the Vatican area. I would gladly stay here again. Nothing major. The WiFi could be improved slightly, and the TV seemed to be set up mainly for streaming services rather than local channels- or I may not have figured it out during my stay. I did have my iPad with me so I was able to stream you tube and search the web.

• Elena (7/5): Appartamento pulito e comodo vicino a San Pietro - Mi è piaciuta la posizione dell'appartamento, vicinissimo a San Pietro. l'appartamento era pulito e la cucina in condivisione era dotata di tutto il necessario, anche biscotti, acqua. Il letto era comodo. La pressione dell'acqua nella doccia. Poca pressione e acqua non caldissima. la seconda cosa i moltissimi interruttori per accendere la molte luci presenti.

Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la doccia di uno dei bagni, prontamente risolto con tempestività e discrezione.
