• Paul (8/5): Entspannter Aufenthalt zentrumsnah. - Super zentrale Lage. Sauber und für 3 ausreichend Platz. Inhaberin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstückswünsche wurden lfd. abgefragt. Wegen fehlender Lizenz dürfen die Inhaber kein „offenes „ Frühstück anbieten. Vorteil ist, auf die abgepackten Lebensmittel hat man ganztags zugriff.

• Dorka (10/5): - Paola and Szilvia are extremely helpful and the accommodation is clean, in a beautiful location close to almost all major attractions
• Patricia (8/5): A lovely stay in Rome despite the off-centre location. - The flat was lovely and spacious (which is rare in Rome). It is set in an old building but the flat has been renovated and feels 'new' and fresh. The bathroom was clean and modern, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Although the flat is 'shared' with the owner, we pretty much had the place to ourselves during our 3-night stay as the guest flat is cleverly cordoned off from the main area to provide for a private entrance and bathroom. Aside from the Coliseum, the flat is also very close to the Basilica Santa Maggiore for those who would like to visit the late Pope Francis's tomb. The water pressure of the shower was weak, so it takes a long time to wash off your soap and shampoo. BUT this is more than made up by the fact that the bathroom is so clean and modern! The location is quite far from other big sights aside from the Coliseum. For instance, while we managed to walk to Piazza Navona and the Trevi Fountain, we had to take a cab back as it was an uphill 30-minute walk back home. The Vatican is even further away. We took taxis to get there and back.
• Ana (10/5): Magnífica estancia - Amable acogida, alojamiento con una localización ideal, insuperable, con vistas a una preciosa iglesia que está justo al lado, ubicado en la bella Santa Maria Maggiore, habitación muy grande, luminosa, soleada, con un gran ventanal, camas muy cómodas, súper limpio, lavabo estupendo, climatización perfecta, buena cocina con una mesa redonda muy cómoda. La anfitriona te pregunta por tus deseos para desayunar, muy atenta. No me acordé de pedirle fruta, si no hubiera tenido fruta para elegir, seguro. Sí que había manzanas sin pedirlas. Detalle muy bonito de despedida. Gracias. En resumen, si vuelvo a Roma, busco este alojamiento. Todo estupendo.

• Sheila (10/5): Fantastic location, facilities and hosts. - Silvia provided what we asked for to eat at breakfast. The rooms are like a self-contained apartment with a lot of privacy. Paola works in two of the other rooms on evenings during the week but we never heard her. The location is exceptional - literally a couple of minute's walk to Santa Maria Maggiore and less than 10 minutes to Termini station for trains and buses. There are excellent supermarkets close by for self-catering or lots of places to eat. It was noisy and people were celebrating in the bar next door for a couple of nights, but we were more than happy with it. A. It's the centre of Rome and B. you are in the heart of a vibrant community.

• An (10/5): Great place to stay, lots of room and welcoming hosts. I highly recommend this B&B! - The B&B is very well located, close to the Colosseum and the Trevi fountain. Silvia was very welcoming and made us feel at home. She provided everything we needed for breakfast 😊

• Lucile (9/5): Séjour très agréable - Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Les propriétaires sont très agréables, attentionnées et réactives. Emplacement bien situé à 15 minutes à pied du Colisée. Logement propre, bien équipé. La pression de l’eau dans la douche n’est pas suffisante.

The ladies were attentive to all the details and pleasantly surprised us every time. The apartment is very spacious and clean, equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent, close to the tourist attractions. We felt very good there, it was very relaxing and pleasant.

• Walter (10/5): Great location and value - Overall, great location and value for a family trip to Rome. The room was very spacious as well as access to the kitchen and large bathroom. The other part of the apartment is used by the host, but we never saw them there except for check in and check out. They communicated well, answered questions promptly before our stay, sent out details about location and stay, and stayed in touch via WhatsApp. The location was great. 10 minute walk from Termini station and 15 minute walk tonthe Colosseum. We got to Termini station from FCO via a train for 14 euros a person. Train ride was about 35 minutes. It very close to the Basilica of St. Mary Major. There are plenty of food options nearby - including a must try if you stay here. F.lli Livio Pizza E Panini Breakfast was also provided. Oatmeal, cereal, bread, cheese, ham, and coffee. We had access to the kitchen with a refrigerator, toaster, microwave, oven. We would definitely stay here again.

Lots of useful in - The property was bigger then expected which was a pleasant surprise. The bedroom was prettier than shown in pictures. The facility was immaculately clean. The location was perfect, near train station and main attractions. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

• Jules (10/5): Nice apartment very centrally located - It consists of one accommodation and you basically have the whole apartment(bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, hallway) to ourselves with the exception of two rooms her sister shares. The sister was seldom around .from what we could tell. At the same time this area is separated by double doors so you have your area and your privacy is completely respected. The owner provides breakfast items based on your likes within certain limits .but breakfast was tailored to our needs l. Coming from the USA, we felt a little uneasy that the double doors did not have a formal lock

• Viktors (10/5): Exceptional - Very kind and responsive hostesses Paola and Silvia. The apartment is really beautiful, clean, well-kept and welcoming with all the amenities and great attention to detail: a varied breakfast selection, an espresso coffee machine with capsules available to guests. Conveniently located for sightseeing and close to the train station. But the most important thing is the warm, sensitive attitude to guests. When we left, personalized gifts were waiting for us on the door handle in the hallway. We did not want to leave this house and such lovely hostesses. Many thanks to them for such a warm welcome! Has a separate kitchen and bathroom (without AC). Everything is spotless clean! The hosts are very responsive to requests and will shop for the packaged food you like. Tiny, old fashioned elevator. After 18:00 fumbling with 3 different keys to open all the doors. No hot breakfast.

The place is beautiful and the location very convenient (close to train/bus stations). No TV to watch the Euro:) but plenty of bars around.

Well stocked kitchen. Good location. The host was very helpful and friendly. Too much noise from the bar/restaurant on the street below the apartment. This noise did disturb our sleep. Also, just a small thing...... good pages of local information supplied by the host, but it would make the kitchen/dining area more inviting if these were not tacked all over the walls (maybe just place them in a binder?).

It’s very clean room and renowated, new bathroom. It was very good contact with Paula and Silvia. They are amazing, very kind and helpful. They gave us small presents dyring check out and it was so cute. I had a birthday during the stay and they noticed it, leaving the present for celebreting. It’s so lovely. Paula and Silvia love their small business and it feels. It’s very good price, facilities and client oriented owners. We will back here for 100%

Location. 7 min walk from Termini station. Spacious room with ample storage, Very Well equipped kitchen Breakfast was full of cereal, eggs, butter, bread, croissants, biscuits & chocolates. Hot shower , lovely bathroom. They even gifted us a parting gift. We felt very special here. Thank u Paula & Silvia. There is genuinely nothing that is not to complain.

• Dke (10/5): Beautiful B&B with the most amazing hosts - Location is excellent just 10 mins walk from Rome Termini and 15mins walk from The Colosseum. The apartment is sparkling clean, beautiful and every single details are thoroughly thought of. Silvia and Paola are wonderful hosts, they sent clear instruction on the location, they warmly welcomed us, they even surprised my Mom on her birthday with champagne and also gave us a "Thank you" gift at our leaving with small gifts. I had stayed at many places before but I have never had such a nice, kind and warm welcome by any Hosts. Breakfast was excellent, the apartment had everything that you need. Room is airconditioned and we were even provided with earplugs in case of noise (however the room is super quiet if the window is closed). I highly recommend this B&B to everyone without a heart beat! We will definitely be back :) Thank you so much again Silvia and Paola for the wonderful experience. NOTHING

We've got for breakfast what we asked, the hosts bought it to us and we could prepare it for ourselves. Air conditioning of the room was super an life-saving because Rome was super hot. • Darko (10/5): I recommend this place, 10/10. - The location is great, easy to find, close to Termini station, close to Coloseum (10-15 minutes easy walking when you are with kids) with a lot of small and not very expensive restaurants around. The hosts Paola and Silvia are most kind and friendly persons you get in Rome. Heartwarming welcome, they were there for us for anything and patient with our kid questions. Everything was so clean and comfortable. I recommend this place, 10/10.

The apartment was bright, airy, renovated, clean, quiet and warm. The bedroom had a classic style and comfortable beds with clean sheets. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment for a plentiful breakfast. Very clean bathroom with warm water. The owners are very kind and helpful. They answered us in record time for every request. If you want to spend a quiet and comfortable vacation, we strongly recommend this B&B. That we didn't stay longer 😊
