• Kristjan (9/5): - Location is very good. Termini station is just 5 minute walk away. Room was little bit old but everything was clean and bed was made up every day. Owner was very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay there so I would definitly recommend this place.

• Joshua (10/5): - Host was extremely friendly and everything from before check in to check out was smooth. As it was my first time in Rome she even gave me a map and explained how to view all the sights, which type of public transportation to take, where to eat, and where to avoid. Room was spacious and mostly clean. Room could definitely use a light refresh. The shower head holder is broken and could use a new one. And pillows are flat as well and i had to stack both to make it feel like 1.

• Jiří (5/5): Za 2500 na noc je to hodně špatné. - Dobrá matrace,ale úplně špatný polštář. V té lokalitě převládají chudí přistěhovalci, z nichž jde chvilemi strach. Odpadky,zápach. Pokoj ma okno do malého dvorku. Když chcete vidět oblohu,musite se vyklonit. Voda má slabý tlak,na teplou čekáte několik minut. Varna konvice a automat na kávu je na chodbě, kde se stále pohybuje majitelka. V koupelně všechno zastaralé. Bidet neni vůbec. Lednička byla na fotce ,ve skutečnosti tam není.
• Joana (10/5): Exceptional - Nunzia, the owner, is incredibly gentle and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and clean. The location is great for travelers too: 10-15 minutes walking from the Termini station.

The place was clean and very convenient for our night's stopover. It was just a few minutes walk the next morning to catch the shuttle to the airport from Roma Termini.

• Anita (7/5): Great location but very econo room fittings. - It was a three block walk from the main railway station into Rome. There were plenty of eateries around that area. The host, Nunzia, was helpful with ideas of where to go and what to see. The host runs on a 24 hour clock! So when we said we were coming at 8 pm she was pretty annoyed when we arrived in the evening. She was expecting us in the morning. The sheets were synthetic and pilly, the pillows were lumpy foam, the toilet seat hit me in the back each time I sat on it and the shower head kept falling down. So with a bit more money spent on linen, furniture and room maintenance it would be quite comfortable for a stay of a few nights.
• Alina (9/5): Sleep and go - Staff is so nice. In general the furniture and all room is a bit old. It’s not about aesthetic or like to spend time in the room. Just sleep and go. Evening was cleaned.

Her genuine sympathy and caring nature went above and beyond my expectations. She took the time to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. It's rare to encounter such hospitality, and her kindness truly made the experience worth the money. Moreover, the cleanliness of the space was impeccable. It was evident that great care had been taken.

• Mihoko (9/5): I want to stay again! Thank you very much! - Staffs are very kind. They can speak English well, and give us good information for sightseeing. Our departure time was early, but they prepared typical Italian breakfast beforehand.The room is cute and clean. To find the hotel is difficult. No large sign of the hotel was. It is difficult to find the hotel without google map.

• Monfared (7/5): Improve your facilities for your guest. - The breakfast means a cup of coffee or two, with some cookie. There is nothing available for you to cook, if you want to stay long time and prefer to cook occasionally.

• Nano (1/5): Bad - the only thing good was the lady the owner everything was bad the room ,breakfast ,the location I didn’t like it at all the place was not clean good the breakfast was horrible the bathroom and the smell for the place the place not worth the money at all
• Michael (6/5): Adequate, and cheaper than most places around that area, so I guess you get what you pay for! - The location was good, close to the main station so I didn't have to cart my heavy suitcase so far. The room, with its own bathroom, is in a private apartment, and the building is OK, safe and clean. The breakfast was not to my liking. A black coffee (but you can ask for milk, then you have a cold milky coffee!) and some industrial things in cellophane packets, which I really don't like, so I just didn't have them. There was a fruit, which was welcome. I was also a bit wary of the 3,50€ tourist tax I had to pay for each day, a high amount and only in cash, with no receipt provided until I asked for it, and got a simple one on regular receipt stationery, whereas I expected something more official.
• Zuzana (8/5): Pleasant, friendly and safe stay - The host is very attentive, caring and available. The accomodation is greatly located, I was able to go on foot almost everywhere, plus, I felt safe in there. The room was simply and fully equipped and clean.

• Thais (1/5): Bad - It’s close to the train station and the Colosseum, the hoster was very polite and friendly, gave tips about the city. When we check out she gave us coffee powder as a gift. It’s a room in a family house, and that wasn’t in the ads, so we could hear all the conversations and noise from them. The entrance is a bit difficult to find as doesn’t have any sign , the building and the facilities are old and the neighbourhood can be intimidating if you are an alone woman. Breakfast offered was all packed and sugary juice, that shouldn’t be considered a breakfast. The drain in the shower was blocked so was flooding if you spent more than 3min in your shower. Room was freezing

• Paivi (4/5): Disappointing - Great location. Friendly staff. You are basically staying in a family apartment in a room with private bathroom. You hear the family's every movement and word - and not just in a nice way. The breakfast is a joke: long conservation bread, etc. packed in individual plastic packaging... in Italy?!?
