Staff provided good advice about how to get there from central train station. Easy walking distance to Vatican. Blackout blinds would be helpful as there was a lot of street lighting making the room very light.

The location was very convenient for getting around the city, and the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. But without a doubt, the best part of the stay was the staff. From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or recommendations. They truly made us feel welcome, and that made a huge difference throughout the entire experience. You can really tell when a place genuinely cares about its guests. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Rome

Do metra też bardzo blisko. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą, codziennie było pytanie o sprzątanie pokoju. Warunki bardzo dobre. Z kopuły Bazyliki było widać nasz budynek i okno pokoju😄. Sklep spożywczy 10 metrów. Restauracje bardzo blisko z dobrym jedzeniem. Jak ktoś pali papierosy, to w kierunku metra, ok 100 metrów jest sklep tytoniowy. Wszystko pod nosem. A wieczoem z pokoju można przy lampce np. wina można popatrzeć na Watykan. Recepcja jest w innym budynku naprzeciwko wejścia do naszego pokoju. Jest fajna zabytkowa winda. Do Termini jest ok. 4 km. My mieliśmy autobus o godz. 4 rano z Termini do lotniska Ciampino. Metro o tej godzinie nie jeździło, poszliśmy piechotą z dzieckiem 4 lata, ale dziecko jechało wózkiem. Było ok. Przy okazji trochę zwiedzania. Można wziąć taxi oczywiście... Polecamy. Nic

The location is perfect — just a short walk to the Vatican and close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. We opened the window to air it out, but the smell of food came in because there's a restaurant kitchen downstairs. There's a balcony we can't use because it has several boilers. At night, there's a lot of noise from doors.

A checklist of breakfast preferences is collected every day. Lked the breakfast choices of cereal, croissant, toast, coffee. Room- Good room. Small but for me it was enough for 2 people. There was room to place all.our luggage without the feeling of being cramped. Room is clean, bed comfortable. Cleaned daily. Check in/ Staff - wonderful, attentive and helpful staff. Always a smile on their faces. Check in was quick and easy. Prompt reponse to queries prior to arrival. The rainshower knob was broken so we used the handheld shower spray. Water pressure was good.

Pokój ciemny , bez możliwości skorzystania z przylegającego balkonu. Brak wyciszenia od hall. Bardzo głośno. Śniadanie bardzo skromne. Sieć wi-fi przestała działać i mimo mojej reakcji u pracownika nie zostało nic z tym zrobione.

Lovely restaurants all around the area. The building where we stayed was full of character and the rooms were clean, modern and had everything we needed. The lovely staff were super helpful and friendly. I would recommend this accommodation. Nothing.

La camera era sorprendentemente spaziosa, molto più grande rispetto alla media, e questo ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Un grande punto di forza è sicuramente la gentilezza dello staff: estremamente disponibili, cordiali e sempre pronti ad aiutare con il sorriso. Consigliatissimo! Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato molto positivo, ma alcuni aspetti della camera non mi hanno convinta. La stanza si affacciava su un cortile interno, quindi priva di vista e con poca luce naturale. Il balcone, molto piccolo, era occupato da caldaia, aria condizionata e desalinizzatore, rendendolo inutilizzabile; le finestre della camera si potevano aprire ma l'odore che entrava era davvero sgradevole.

Access to the building is easy and we enjoyed our room which has a balcony where we can see the basilica. Loads of nearby shops and restaurants as well. It’s near the train station as well. Our room has a smart tv which is a plus. Wifi’s good. Definitely be booking again. None

Future clients should know that this hotel has two buildings, one on each side of the road. In our case, we spent an hour looking for the hotel at 10PM with no one from customer care answering our messages or calls.

• Dora (10/5): Exceptional - The location is very convinient and the view spectacular. You can find restaurants and grocery shops in front of the building. The room was clean. Enjoy your wine at the balcony. The size of the room was pretty small and there was not enough space for luggages.

It’s very close to metro and to a few main roads making it easy to get across the river. The air con worked well, and I found the bed to be very comfortable. Staff communicated clearly through WhatsApp and were very friendly. The hot water was inconsistent and didn’t work well. Booking.com shows breakfast and an airport shuttle, neither of which were offered (it seems some rooms do have breakfast, but ours didn’t). I wish there were chairs/seating in the room to enjoy the view or sit somewhere beside the bed.

Room was clean Good communication prior to booking in and during stay. We have family in Rome and have stayed at a few different hotels, this is by far the best and we will definitely stay here next time we come to Rome. We found gaining entry into the building a little confusing to start with (QR codes, corridor code and key safe code) but eventually got the hang of it! The building isn’t fully accessible as there are a few steps leading to the lift and also in the room. Whilst the room was clean it looked a little ‘tired’ due to marks on the wall. Booking.com shows airport shuttle is available for this property, however this is not the case, so if on a budget you need to factor this in.

The window couldn’t be closed for 2 days, fixed on the 3rd day; Very noisy- can hear people talking in street and cars driving by; Hot water was cold for first 2 days, and 1 shower faucet not working; Hair dryer was broken; Door was left ajar after room service, fortunately nothing was lost; No breakfast even I booked the room with breakfast!!! When I asked owner how to deal with it, never replied.
• Olga (3/5): Very average room but good location - The only advantage is the location. If you book a room with “1 large double bed” just expect that for this hotel it means “put 2 beds together” - very disappointing. Walls are all covered with black prints, looks much worse than on the pictures. Ants in the room. They use some very strong smell products to clean the rooms and the odour is just unbearable.
• Jason (10/5): Great location, great value, great staff, great hotel. - The location was perfect, just a short walk to St. Peter's, the Vatican Museum, and the Ottaviano Metro Stop. The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. You choose what you would like the following morning (selection of coffees, tea, juice, pastries, cereals, etc) and when you would like breakfast, and the staff wheels your breakfast to your room door on a table at the appointed time. The rooms were excellent. And there is a taxi stand around the corner from the front door for the drive back to the airport. It was perfect.
